Exceptional

Apartment is very big and comfortable! Location was great and all facilities did work well. I recommend this place to travelers, because not only apartment but we enjoyed with hosts as well. they were very easy to contact.

Wifi wasn't working throughout house. there wasn't anything that i didnt like.

Decent but with a lot of problems

The position was near the centre and the structure was new.

We had a bad experience due to some problems with the water. We had this issue for 3/4 days multiple times. It was hard for us for a few hours to go to the bathroom or take the shower after we came back from the beach.

Superb

The apartment is big enough for everybody, the furniture is new and the AC in every room is very practical. There are also a lot of terraces, perfect for dining outside or hanging wet swimsuits

The shower in the bathroom upstairs has no curtains, so that when you shower the water spills everywhere.

Nice host but the bathrooms could have been cleaner

The host was super nice and helpful. It was easy to accommodate 8 people. The entire apartment was refurbished (except the bathrooms from the 70's)

We had to start with a complete batroom cleaning to be able to use it. The television did not work though they had chromecast and mi TV Because of some reason the condens water of the air conditioner was dripping on the floor , that made us fall several times.

Not a luxury apartment

Although it is a spacious apartment, it should not be characterized as luxurious, it is far away from it! There are a lot of features and furniture that are worn off and need either to be fixed or changed. The TV was not working also. When you open the door to the laundry room, the walls are full of mold. There was a strong odor of humidity in one of the bedroom and all sheets and towels smelled of tobacco. The balconies had not been cleaned and it seems that the house was cleaned a while back and not refreshed for quite some time.

The apartment had its own parking, it was very close to a super market and it is walking distance to the centre.

Superb

Beautiful apartment modern and sunny, very good location, supermarket just 2 steps away.

Kitchen deserves a little maintenance (water boiler not working, hood light, ceramic plate and bathroom lighting need to be fixed). Maybe an extra effort on cleaning. Nevertheless remains a gorgeous place. (Mosquitoes are unforgiving - but that's not the owners fault 😑).

Nice room and easy stay, needed better cleaning before we arrive.

The apartment was big and comfortable, with furniture in good condition. There was a TV and free WiFi, large balconies and a comfort and functional kitchen. Nice and quiet neighborhood too.

Apartment seemed clean, but it was not cleaned in detail. Bins were empty and beds were made, but bathrooms and the kitchen were not that clean. We had to clean them again ourselves.

Quiet and Comfortable

Close to Supermarket and Taxi stand. Local restaurants are great and in just a few minutes you can be in the heart of Heraklion.
