Great week at at great property. Property is located in an excellent spot, steps from the water in the heart of the town. Access was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone from small families like ours (2 adults, 2 kids) or couples just looking for a great spot to explore the island from.

My husband and I brought our 11,9 and 6 month old daughters to Nantucket and this property was absolutely perfect! The location is unmatched which made navigating town with our spread in kids ages so very manageable. We were right around the corner from great food, shops, drinks and marinas! Andrew was incredibly responsive and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our summer beach trip!

There are many properties that are “in town” but none are more perfectly located than this. Just mere steps from the gazebo and ferry docks this location is perfect. However, despite being in the middle of town, it never felt too busy or loud.
The property itself was ideal for my family (wife and two year old). House was clean and had every amenity we could have wanted to use during our week long stay.
Great communication with the owner before, during and after the stay made it even more enjoyable.

We had the most amazing trip! The condo was pristine and in the best location on the island - we were able to quickly go back and forth between shops, bars, restaurants and the beach! The host was unbelievably responsive and added some special touches that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here during a work trip that my sisters tagged along. The location was amazing. I come to Nantucket annually and have stayed only in town but this location was by far the best. We like to go out and explore and were able to be at bunch of places within minutes and if you forgot something at home could jolt back and forth in no time. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Adorable! Great location
Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Our teen boys liked having separate twin beds in the same room. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. (Towels, Chairs, Umbrella) Access to the washer/dryer was a must after the beach days. Andrew was a great host! We will definitely be back!

This place has everything!
Stay here! It’s such a perfect location from the ferry, has every amenity that you need, beds are so comfortable, and hosts could not be more kind. There is a teeny bit of early morning noise from the trash collection but we are early risers and this didn’t bother us. We were very very pleased. There were 4 of us staying and I think it was the perfect size for that many people. Thank you!

Perfect location!
This property exceeded my expectations! The location was so convenient perfect if you're wanting to stay right in the heart of town. Walking to shops and restaurants was amazing. You walk out the front door to old north wharf! Talk about beautiful. The property itself was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach: cooler, chairs, beach towels! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with our family.

Nice place but not for a beach vacation
The good: clean, renovated apartment, spacious, great location as far as getting to places in town (1-5 min walk to everywhere)
The bad: smells a bit damp in the apartment, towels and bath rugs do not dry over the course of 24 hours so they are damp the next day. Same goes for bathing suits. If you go to the beach, the place gets sandy immediately. It’s a bit loud at night as well, since the apartment is right behind a row of restaurants. Pillows are rock hard, but some people like that.

Such a stunning place with so many extras! Everything was perfect. You absolutely cannot beat the location. It was steps to all the shops and restaurants. The property itself was adorable. Very comfortable. The property owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely come back to this property!

Amazing time
My family and I had a great few days in Nantucket and the Still Dock property really added to the experience. It was the perfect size for us with two kids in the twin beds and the baby in the room with us. The location is unreal! Steps from Provisions, the Gazebo, shops, restaurants… we felt like we were able to see it all. Thank you, Andrew for the perfect spot!

Best Ever
This place could be perfectly defined as the best location! My young children and 75+ parents had everything they wanted. We raved each morning about a great nights sleep and ease of getting our early morning coffee by the boats. The owner could not have been any more responsive or amazing in terms of their hospitality. Perfect Nantucket Cottage
My mom sister and I loved our stay here so much! Cannot beat the location and everything we needed (including champagne :) was there in the adorable cottage. Managers were also super responsive and helpful during the visit.

Great in-town stay
Stayed at property with my wife and little kids during a week escape to Nantucket. Great property just steps away from straight wharf and all of the in town shops. Very clean, comfy and well-appointed (beach chairs, towels, toys, etc). We’d walk to children’s beach daily with the kids for the playground. Only small downside was that parking could be a slight pain some times. It’s shared parking in a alleyway used by delivery trucks and local shop employees, so you can sometimes be ‘trapped’ by trucks in the morning for 20-30 minutes; other times we had to park in a town spot while awaiting a open location in the alley. Not a dealbreaker for this otherwise great property, but may want to take into consideration if you’re going to be using your vehicle on a very frequent basis. Will plan to stay again in the future.

A+ Rental Property in Nantucket Town
Our stay was beyond perfect. To start, the house couldn’t have been in a better location. Once getting off the ferry it was a 5 minute walk. Each day, we walked to the local restaurants, shops, and even the beach. Andrew and Mary were very accommodating and provided us with bikes for our longer ventures. The house was equipped with everything a vacationer would need including tennis rackets, coolers, beach chairs (just to name a few). The house was in pristine condition. Andrew and Mary were wonderful hosts and very responsive. We will most definitely be returning to this little home away from home.

Hidden gem
This was our first visit to Nantucket and we're so glad we stayed in this apartment. The location is perfect for town and waterfront. The unit is completely updated and clean (with cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer provided), with quality linens. Having bikes, cooler, and beach towels available was a real bonus. Check-in was seamless and Andrew/Mary Ellen very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded all expectations
The moment we entered the property, we were greeted with a bottle of Veuve champagne, a beautiful beach bag gift, and a hand written welcome card from the owner. Pictures simply do not do the place justice. I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary to leave my glowing recommendation. The owner thought of absolutely everything - from a beach-ready Yeti to brand new board games. A great place to stay and a wonderful owner to communicate with!

Downtown 2 bed Hideaway
The property is everything it appears in the photos. Beautifully appointed, has everything you could need, and is located in perfect walking location for everything in town. The hosts are very attentive, and even left us a few welcome gifts.
Something to be VERY aware of is that the bedrooms of the unit abuts an alley where there are early morning trash pick up and commercial truck deliveries. So we were awoken every morning very early by those service providers. Additionally, the parking is public and it’s in the alley I referred to. Several days we were blocked in by trucks doing deliveries and couldn’t get our car out for 45 minutes or so.
Other than those two things it’s the perfect little hidden gem in the middle of beautiful downtown Nantucket.

If you want to be in town but still in a peaceful spot, this is it. It's less than a minute walk to the main areas, incredibly convenient, and the apartment is clean and modern. Owner was very responsive and check in process was super easy. Made for a great stay.
