Perfect for a family vacation or adult time away, this one has it all. With lots of windows & natural light flooding in, it's always breezy & bright! The now open floor plan offers a kitchen, dining and living space that is perfect for family gatherings. Let the space flow out into the newly added farmer's porch or out into the extensive backyard with two new Williams Sonoma white chaise lounges on a bluestone platform and new 6 person outdoor table on dining platform.
This is now a brand new home with central air! Vaulted ceilings adorn the living, dining area and vertical shiplap has replaced all the drywall. As you enter the front door, you are greeted with a beautiful new kitchen in white with all new Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry & large center island with seating. Drop your keys off and throw your shoes in the shoe basket at the built-in foyer area and enjoy!
Grab a drink at the custom, built-in bar with storage and enjoy dinner in the full dining room with seating for eight. Natural light pours into the living room in the afternoons through the rear wall of windows. A gas fireplace has been added for those cooler nights. Built into the fireplace above is a brand new smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime, which can be viewed from anywhere in the living space. Enjoy music throughout with the brand new Sonos Sound System, even out in the farmer's porch & backyard. Every piece of high-end furniture in this home is brand new!
All three bedrooms have been outfitted with en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has custom cabinets and built-ins for storage, and is finished with white Carrara marble flooring, showers and Quartz counter tops. Two bathrooms are shower only, with a tub and shower in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have new Simmons pillow top mattresses with luxury bedding & duvets from Cuddle Down and fully down pillows, as well as TV/cable.
A separate laundry room has been equipped with two brand new sets of front loading washer and dryers by Electrolux . Along the adjacent wall are floor to ceiling storage cabinets equipped with all your basic needs from cleaning supplies to beach toys! A built-in drying rack completes the space.
Outside, fire up the brand new grill and enjoy dinner al fresco while others entertain themselves in the spacious backyard! Relax in the four brand new LL Bean Adirondack chairs or enjoy a morning coffee out on the front porch, equipped with 4 new rocking chairs. Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Ready for the beach? This home already has beach chairs, beach umbrella, a Yeti cooler, & towels. If biking is on the list, bike rentals are just down the street, as are car rentals.
Epernay Wine & Spirits sits across the street and Lola 41 Restaurant just around the corner. This home is walking distance to the playground and beach at Children's Beach, The Nantucket Hotel, The White Elephant & town! You won't want to leave!
