My family and zi stayed at this location for a beach trip, and truly enjoyed the relaxation! The host communicated well, helped us through check in and check out, and presented us with a nice, cozy little place for our trip. Very much appreciated!
3.0
Beds were great and location was convenient. Parking is very tight and would not work if all units are full or you have two cars with you (two spaces provided). Had to report multiple cracks in vinal floors from poor condition of subflooring...several soft spots under carpets also. Walls were dirty and scratched and need to fresh paint. Managment group was easy to communicate with via phone and responsive when sending photos. Noisy late night neighbors also but that is just part of staying in the city. Convenient location but pricy for condition.

Property was as advertised. Had 4br 2 baths, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi was down one of the days but that's about it. Overall a good stay. Area is in the process of gentrification, but short walk (w blocks) to King Street makes it a good spot.

The property was very clean. The showers had strong water supply. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The appliances were good in the kitchen. The floors were very uneven with soft spots in many rooms. The sitting area outside is in the parking area.
5.0
Great location and a stand alone house set in back of property. Clean, simple decor. It was perfect for 4 friends on a weekend trip to Charleston.
3.0
The king sized beds and bedrooms were great - very comfortable beds and up to date bedding. The overall cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The washer and dryer were great too - new and efficient. The towels and bathroom amenities were great. It was close to King street was was very convenient.
Our issues were the kitchen (very minimal contents, wonky drawers - a screw with no knob and items unreachable in top cabinets, only 2 wine glasses), the furniture in the sitting room is sacked out and uncomfortable, the floors are sinking in spots underneath the poorly installed vinyl floor and the approach to the property was very disappointing because you have to walk past a dilapidated makeshift structure.

Great location, 4 rooms all with king beds is ideal. Bathrooms could both use an update but overall a really nice experience
3.0
Great location, free parking, and 4 king size beds are what you’re paying for here. The house itself is pretty mediocre—old, poorly maintained, cheaper materials.

The property was exactly as described.

I booked this place for 5 besties and 5 Mom's for my daughter’s birthday. I had an itinerary planned, we ate and the moms drank their way through Charleston.
The home had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood was so great, one morning we even met a Southern Charm cast member. The owner emailed me asap whenever I had a concern or question.
We made some wonderful memories and are super excited to go back. The house is close to everything, shops, eating and a close walk to College of Charleston.

The location was great but overall the house was average. Updates looked to be done on the cheap. The spiders and spiderwebs around the inside of the front door were not a welcome sign either.
Since we were gone most of the days the house worked out fine.

Very clean , and good location. Mine only complaint is that we could have used some more wash clothes and it would have been nice if they had some board games. Overall a great stay though!
5.0
Perfect house for a medium group to ensure everyone has their own space. It’s ideal for those spending their time on King St more so than in the house due to the average sized living/kitchen space. The communication was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ here- checked in regularly and responded to any questions and most importantly was able to accommodate a last minute request! Charleston was great to visit and thanks to the property management team to really help make the trip over the top!
5.0
Great location in downtown Charleston, easy access to King St and a quick drive to beaches and restaurants. Having four king beds was a nice plus, check-in was easy, clean and well kept house, plenty of towels and other amenities.

Best location of all the properties we looked at. It's in a very walkable neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and very close to King Street. We liked that the house is set back from the street and there is off street parking for 2 cars. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable for our large group. Especially liked having 4 bedrooms, with one on the first floor. Our host David was very helpful and responsive, and took good care of us. We definitely can recommend this property for friends or family, or in our case both!

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Once we parked we didn’t have to drive anywhere. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location for a girls trip to Charleston!
4.0
Clean and basic. Nice to have parking right there and little coffee shops and restaurants around the corner. Walkable to shopping. Super comfortable beds (though I would prefer to have a bottom sheet that is fitted and stays on). We stayed in the downstairs bedroom—it would not be hard to put one piece of furniture in there to put some of your clothes in or on. And tip for the housekeepers—I’d rather be directed to dry towels in the dryer than have very damp ones folded neatly on the bed! Glad to have that dryer there! Property manager was quickly responsive and the door access was easy for a group that is coming and going at all different times. Thank you!

Host was very helpful with the rental process, check-in and communication during the stay.

Great location, comfy beds. Lots of room! Would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy and smooth. The listing looks exactly as pictured. The downstairs shower only stays freezing cold. Multiple of the fire alarms were going off when we first entered because they were low battery. Maintenance was very quick to respond. If they fixed the above two issues it would be a 5/5.

House was clean, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Nice property. Set back off road and quiet . Clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable beds. For large group that wants to cook a bit difficult with smaller dining table but plenty of restaurants to eat at within walking distance.

The location was perfect for accessing all of the Charleston historic district. Multiple king beds made it excellent for three married couples.

My family & I rented this beautiful home for our family vacation. As soon as we all walked in we all had a huge smile on our face from the gorgeous, clean and cozy home. David and the crew were incredible to reply to any of our emails and we never had to wait more than 2 hours for a reply. Location was perfect just walks away from all the stores and bus stops. We will definitely rent this house again and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with them!

Excellent experience.

Nice place, 4 king bedrooms!
Having 4 king bedrooms was a huge plus for my group of couples. The house is in close walking distance of several great restaurants and bars, with about a 30 minute walk to the aquarium. We didn’t use the kitchen a ton, but there was plenty of space in the refrigerator for all of our beverages. The outdoor seating was a great place to relax off all of the walking at the end of the day.

Charleston Family Getaway
Exceptional location…easy walking distance to food and retail on King St.

Good place if you want to enjoy King Street
The best part of this property is its location. It is close to many food places. We walked to all our activities downtown. It also has parking right out front. It does not have a Keurig but is close to several coffee spots.

Weekend getaway
We had a wonderful time at 60 Spring Street. We did encounter a couple of hiccups but the host was quick to address them.
Overall, it’s a nice property but could use some upgrades.

Great location! Great beds!
Great location to king street and just a short drive local attractions such as the battery, water, and beaches. The beds were extra comfortable with good linens. Easy check in process and cute outdoor area to hangout.

Quick response from manger
The best part of the rental was ease of use, great beds, and location. Other - the property will sleep 10, but please don’t expect to shower more than 2 every 30 minutes or so. The property manager was quick to respond with additional wash cloths (there were 4 for 5 women). The drive was very narrow - our van made it ok, but tight squeeze and had to circle a few times late at night as it was not easily visible. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend for a large group.

Late Christmas Gathering with Family
The rental experience was very easy. David the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Loved every recommendation. The house was in a very walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. My only comment is it’s time for a paint refresh as the walls were a bit scuffed but that happens in rentals. We enjoyed our stay very much.
