The house was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, had plenty of space and the view was amazing! Would stay there again.

Our group of 14 spread out so comfortably, and we had big dinners in the kitchen/dining room! The views were incredible, and communication with the management was quick and easy.

Induction cook top with many pans that cannot be used on this surface. On check in, water on floor by fridge which reappeared thru out week. Garage door opener did not work without repeated mashing of button. Called maintenace, said he'd be out Monday...never showed. All bathrooms had towel racks for only bath towels...no hand towel bars or rings by sinks. No hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes. No nite lights in any of the bathrooms...some have no ambient light. Very nice house and beautifully sited, but for this price the above gives the impression the owner cheaped out.

Beautiful property with lovely ocean views. As can happen, the weather didn’t cooperate for the entire trip and our kiddos had a blast playing pool, in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows, doing a cooking project and playing games which was possible because of how well appointed this home was. Lots of space for loud kiddos and napping kiddos. The adults got some space too. 10/10 recommend for family get away!!!

Our stay was our annual family trip. The home was so comfortable and roomy for us all to really enjoy our time together. Beds were so comfy and everything was very clean. Location cannot be beat, close to everything. We enjoyed the Aquarium and visited the lighthouse. Bought fresh seafood and made Cioppino in the very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely book another stay. We also had a couple questions and called guest services. They responded quickly.

Great house! Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, room to spread out. Clean. Easy check-in. Spectacular views! We would come back tomorrow.

The location of this house is wonderful, although parking can be challenging if you have a large group but we knew that going in. It is decently stocked and spacious.
However, some of the beds are downright awful. I’ve stayed in many vacation homes with beds that were too soft or warm down, it is just part of the experience. But the bed we had in this home should be slept on by no humans. It needs to be thrown out. Others in our group also had sleeping issues due to bad mattresses. And to add context, this type of thing typically doesn’t bother me so much as I am an avid camper and backpacker. But I did not sleep well for the first 3 nights and the entire group decided to pack up a day early and go home.
Other than the awful beds, I would have given this house a 4/5 star rating. The layout is a little funky but that was not a big deal. Please just upgrade the mattresses to something better than a bowl-shaped sack of potatoes. Thank you for letting us stay here but we will not be returning.

I have been in many properties and this has been one of the best❤️

This is a beautiful home overlooking the ocean. We had a friend reunion of 10 stay for a week July 2023. Lots of room for us all. The pool and ping pong table kept us busy during down times. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more!
Now the reason for the 3 stars:
Multiple reviewers have mentioned the uncomfortable mattresses and hot rubber mattress pads yet still no upgrades. Mattress toppers and nice pads really don’t cost that much.
The fire places haven’t worked in quite a while yet no apparent effort to fix them
Broken handles on windows with signs that say don’t use instead of repairing them
Chairs around the fire pit are broken
Hot tub cover isn’t the right size so can’t use the clips although most are broken, the strap to secure it doesn’t work and the wind is very blustery and blows the top off. We ended up placing large rocks to keep it on
The small river rocks slide on the ground when walked on. We had 2 people fall on them and one broke her ankle. Definitely a liability that needs tended to
The bedroom with the 2 beds had a bag of chips stashed between the bed and wall which the ants had found.
Overall it’s a beautiful place just not being kept up

We had a wonderful time in Newport, Oregon in this large home. It has plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. From kitchen items to cooking items. The 5 bedrooms upstairs are large with one being a master bedroom and bathroom and two other bedrooms having a shared jack and jill bathroom. Two of the king bedrooms upstairs do not have a common full bathroom, only a half bathroom.
The downstairs is like it's own apartment. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom and a half bath downstairs too. Plus the full kitchen. It was great to play pool, watch Tv and relax. The hot tub was great and nice and hot on those cold and windy nights.
The location is perfect for getting around Newport. The trail down to the beach is very treacherous and only try it if you are in good physical shape. We drove to Beverly Beach just 10 mins up the road to enjoy a flat beach with access.
Overall we had a great time is this home and everyone enjoyed having their own space.
Thank you!

We brought our 6 adult kids (including sons and daughter inlaws) 3 grandkids and another set of parents. The house is fantastic, amazing location, great views and great walking. The house was perfect for us with two kitchens and several distinct areas that provided for all. The kids really enjoyed the secret lighthouse room, that we did not find until the second day. I would highly recommend this house!!

We checked in this weekend with 10 adults and 4 kids, it was a great weekend with tons of room to spread out. The kitchen had a LOT of handy items to cook with. Note: The oven is induction, which does need more reliable skillets, as that style of oven wont effectively work without proper pans. The fireplaces unfortunately didnt work, which was a huge bummer as we were hoping for a cozy stormy weekend at the coast.
Some beds were better than others, but for the size of home and location, we were pleased.

I just finished a girls trip to this house and it was absolutely perfect! Huge house right on the coast with amazing views and a hot tub! There were enough rooms that the 9 of us each had a room. Many have bathrooms attached. The master is large with a giant soaking tub. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. There is enough room at the table and living room couch for large groups to hang out.
I thought there was direct beach access on site, but there is not. However, it is only a block or two to the path which takes you right down to Moolak beach.
I would highly recommend this house for your next trip!

We loved our stay, such a beautiful home. The view was spectacular. Loved the size of the home and it was well equipped with kitchen supplies. So close to shopping and the beach.

Great location on the Ocean with a great view of the lighthouse. We took our staff on a fishing trip and it was perfect for us. Large kitchen and king sized beds in most of the rooms. Definately a great property for large crowd.

We had to call 3 times to have the breaker for the hot tub reset and finally just gave up on it. When we arrived at 4 pm on Thursday afternoon the temp in the house was 52! Because it is a big house it took several hours to get it warmed up to 68. The downstairs bedrooms remained cold throughout our weekend and we couldn't locate any extra blankets.
But, even still we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time in the home. We had issues with the hot tub but after the third attempt to get it going again we gave up. The house is beautiful but "cold". When we arrived at 4ir was 52 degrees ( maybe they could have preheated it for our arrival because it took several hours to warm up to 68 degrees. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were cold the whole time. Maybe they could provide extra blankets.
Over all we had a great time. We had 18 (12 adults and 6 kids) so there was room to spread out and activities in close proximity for all ages.
5.0
We planned a gathering of 15 friends, mostly couples, and everyone had their own room! Everything was spotless, and organized well. House is nearby to good restaurants, and of course the hot tub was a big hit. Definitely plan on renting this property again.

A few things didn’t work, fireplaces and one oven. Lots of coaxed, great location, we had a great time. Owner was responsive.
5.0
Very spacious house with comfortable big bedrooms. Nice views of the lighthouse and beaches. House is well-maintained with nice touches, like a wine fridge, pool table, and fun crow's nest that provides an extra sleeping area.
4.0
We appreciated cleanliness and overall size of this property for our large group. There were some maintenance issues however, namely fireplaces were not working which we were disappointed in because it would be nice after cold beach days.
4.0
Great house for large groups. Had a few questions for the property manager and he was very responsive, usually within a few minutes and very pleasant and easy to work with. The house itself was supplied with very adequate amount of supplies, unlike some we have stayed at before. The kitchen is very spacious and was great for cooking for a large group. Our only complaint was both slider doors to the back and deck are aging and are extremely hard to open and close, and a number of the cranks on the casement windows were not working well, and most without screens. Overall this was a great home for our family reunion.
5.0
A spectacular view was our first impression as we walked in the door. The house was great with lots is room for 4 couples. . Modern and convenient kitchen and a great sitting area.
We were central to the many activities that we did through the week as well. Overall couldn’t have found a better spot to discover the Oregon Coast..

Great location. Beds wonderful. House perfect. So thankful.

This property worked perfectly for our large group, we had members from 4 different families, and everyone had more than enough space to enjoy their stay. Enough beds for all the Adults and most of the kids, the others enjoyed the oversized furniture in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The property is located at the end of a private road, so no traffic or random visitors. When the weather allowed, we had breath taking ocean views along with views of the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse. All in all, we loved this location and enjoyed our stay.

Loved the house, the view, and location. Perfect for my teenage kids. Close to beautiful hikes fishermen rock and devils punch bowl. What a luxury to have two kitchens and beautiful piano!

Newport is a great ocean town with activities for all ages. We went to the the Yaquina Head lighthouse, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, the aquarium, the historic waterfront and trails at South Beach State Park. A few of our more ambitious family members went clamming and then crabbing. There are lot of unique restaurants and breweries to enjoy. Other activities are just a short drive away. We especially enjoyed hiking down to the beach in front of our vacation home. This vacation home is spacious, super clean, well stocked, and beautiful yet not fussy. There was all we needed for cooking when we chose to do so. We all enjoyed making S'mores around the fire pit while watching the sunset over the ocean. The ocean views are spectacular. Every member of our family loved this home from 67 years old to 6 months old (he couldn't tell me that but I could tell by his happy face)!

Lovely Ocean View Property
This property was very comfortable for our group of 16. Plenty of space was provided for group activities as well as personal time. The property was clean and provided everything necessary to result in a wonderful family time together. The view and sound of the ocean established a relaxing atmosphere. Management was instantly accommodating to answer questions or solve problems. The house itself was lovely and we greatly enjoyed or time there. One improvement that could be made is to provide comfortable and supporting mattresses. The mattresses were well worn causing sleep problems for the group and one family member suffered from a stiff neck. If not for the mattress, this property would sore to a 5 star rating.

Stunning Views
We had a family reunion with people from all over the country. The views were amazing.
16 people comfortably stayed in the home. the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The renovated house was beautiful. The upstairs kitchen was great for cooking with our large group. It was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We had 20 for our largest dinner gathering.
The trail down to the beach was a little harder than expected. 2 of our guest were not able to make it to the beach in front of the home. This being said there are beaches within a short driving distance which are easily accessible for those with difficulties walking.
We would highly recommend this home.

Amazing views
We couldn’t have asked for a better location or views. This house is close to plenty of shops and restaurants, yet feels secluded. There are five bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ocean views, a sleeper sofa and luxurious full bath. Two rooms (king bedroom and full/twin bedroom) are connected via a Jack and Jill full bath. The other two bedrooms on the main floor do not have a connected bath but there is a half bath that is accessible from the great room. On the lower level are two bedrooms with attached full bathrooms and an additional half bath. There are full kitchens on the main floor and lower level. Beach access was a little tricky to find (the path is somewhat hidden) and a little difficult to navigate but most of our group was able to utilize the path with no issue. If you don’t want to hike to the beach, it is only a short drive to public beach access at Agate beach. It is a great house for a large family gathering such as ours. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing that could have made it even better would be better mattresses for the beds, although by the middle of the week we were so exhausted from our adventures that we had no trouble sleeping.

Great house. It was so spacious. We loved the bonus room downstairs, the fire pit hot tub and close to the beach path.
We love to come back.

We were a family of 13 ranging in age from 16 - 77. This home was perfect to accommodate our 4 couples and 5 young adults. Lots of room to spread out or just hang out together in the large living areas or kitchens. The views are magnificent. Would definitely rent it again.

Newport Beach home
Great location with beautiful views and amazing tide pools on the beach below. Kitchen has everything you will need. Home was great for our extended family of all ages. The listing states there are 6 full baths, however there is only 4 full baths. The other 2 bathrooms are half-baths with no shower/tub. Could of used one more full bath for our family. Overall wonderful stay.

Beach vacation property
Nice house and location. Wish it was a little easier beach access, but that can be hard on the cliff. For our group size we needed a bit more parking. But house, amenities and view was fantastic.
