Cartref is an attractive ground-floor cottage resting in the village of Trawsfynydd near Penrhyndeudraeth. Housing one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin, this cottage can sleep a total of six guests. The cottage is serviced by a further shower room and family bathroom, as well as featuring an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting space along with a separate utility room and conservatory/games room. Secure bike storage. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with patio furniture and outside tap. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop 1 mile; Shop with off licence aprox 3 miles; Pub aprox 3 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250 for this property. Note: No hen/stag parties or similar. Note: Bi-folding door, please be cautious in windy conditions.
