We enjoyed our stay. The house had all that we needed and the pool and screened in back porch were wonderful. The location was great - close to shopping, restaurants and a ton of things to do. The hosts are wonderful - kind, genuine and attentive. They made us feel more like friends than guests.

We loved staying in this house. So much better than a hotel! The backyard pool area is surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and solar tiki torches - just like an oasis in town! Felt safe and our dog was much more comfortable there than if she were in a hotel room. Plenty of kitchenware and pool towels for a great home away from home gathering. Harry is the perfect host!

Excellent host (Harry) makes sure that you are ready to relax. The well-kept home is ready for your stay and then private and yours for the duration. Quiet neighborhood, quiet backyard with privacy fence, foliage, and pool. Very convenient screened-in room. My wife and I stayed for 10 weeks while renovating our home. We made this our home during our stay! Now we book this property for visiting family when they are in town. 1.5-mile walk to downtown Melbourne for restaurants and shopping and a 4.5-mile bike ride to the beach.

Excellent communication with the owner on check-in, during stay and check out. The house was exactly as advertised with all essential available and if any problem had occurred, the owner was across the street and always available. The pool was a bonus as the grandkids really enjoyed it, more so than the beach. Harry, the owner was an excellent host even baking a banana bread cake and bringing to us. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that wanted a wonderful stay in a quiet golfing community.

If anything the space is even more spacious than the pictures show. All the amenities are in excellent condition and the pool is heated & well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Looking for a wonderful private spot near everything - than this is the spot for you. Most attentive host I have ever encountered. Offers just about anything you might require to make your stay an enjoyable one. I loved the gas grill too.

Awesome Pool, house is Beautiful, Lovely, Clean, Refrigerator had Welcoming snacks, fresh delicious mangoes. Beds were excellent to sleep. Tv in every room, Washer and dryer top of the line … I’m telling you literally Everything was there .. Harry and Brenda are Excellent Hosts !! Thank You Again, we will be going back ! Highly Recommended!! And those mangoes do go Great with Vodka 😂😂

So from the moment you arrive you have qualified concierges, ready, willing and able to help get you "started" on your stay. From familiarization with the property to suggestions for restaurants your stay is almost like "home" from the very start. The property location was ultra convenient, the pool was warm and crystal clear and mid 20th century furnishings lent a comfortable and functional feeling to the whole house! We enjoyed the "place" and were very grateful and appreciative of our hosts.

Harry contacted us the day of the booking, was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. In the days leading up to the visit, he was in close communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and was always very prompt in answering- even when he was on vacation himself! The house was beautiful, the pool well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped to provide us with a great in home dining experience every day we needed it. The location is perfect, minutes away from anything you could possibly want, and a quiet neighborhood. We visited the dog park where everyone was friendly! This house was great. We enjoyed being able to swim everyday. It was close to the beach and downtown Melbourne. Bring your own spices if you are cooking. But other than that - Harry made sure the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking needs met- even a crockpot! There were pool toys and if you ask - beach chairs will appear on the steps of the front door. It was totally worth the money! Thanks Harry!!!! Sorry we couldn’t meet you- maybe on the next go around!

The house is located in a very nice and quiet golf course neighborhood. And it is very close to the beach and the Indian River. Harry the host is very accommodating and checked to make sure we had everything we need. He welcomed us when we arrived and and explained everything we needed to know. There was also a welcome basket in the fridge with snacks and drinks. The house is furnished very comfy. We had a wonderful relaxing time. We will definitely go back.

We had a relaxing stay at this Melbourne pool house. We enjoyed all that is offered except riding bikes, we ran out of time. The pool was heated which was perfect for the spring like evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with stove, toaster, microwave, and full size fridge. Located close to the beach so we enjoyed that as well. Property manager was excellent! Thank you Harry for the Aloe. The beach shovels and bucket were a hit also. P.S. , I got a little extra sun and The property Manager was just a call away with an Aloe plant.

Harry, Brenda and Chad were very nice. Harry walked us through upon arrival. Screened porch area and pool were awesome. Spent most of our time there. Could have used more room in closets and kitchen area for our personal items. Our 5 weeks there was pleasant and Harry very responsive to our requests.

Perfect sunny escape in crazy times. House was just as pictured. It was clean, private, and we felt distanced and safe. Harry checked in often by text to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. We found some great, dog friendly, places to eat. House had just enough yard for our big baby to roam and the neighborhood was safe for taking him on walks. Returned home to rain and very cold. Ready to turn around and go back!

Property was in a good location. Harry (the owner) lives right across the street and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. We stayed in January when temps were in the 60s and low 70s most days and even with the new pool heater it was too cold to get in. The screened in porch was very nice and comfortable. Nice little get away, clean, simple and close to anything needed. Harry the manager/owner is very accommodating and lives close by. Not fancy but very homey and comfortable. A little cool during our stay but still got a couple of days in the pool between visiting relatives and activities. A great experience and feel we’ve made some new Florida friends. Hope to rent again our next time we get down to Melbourne from Michigan . Thanks Harry and hope you can get down the isle and put that ring on her finger soon!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Florida Tech and downtown Melbourne. The backyard was private and perfect for watching squirrels and bunnies in the early morning on the back porch while enjoying a cup of coffee. Harry, our host was wonderful. He left snacks and bottled water for us, the house was well stocked and we didn’t have to stop at the store for basic items like garbage bags and toilet paper. There were my three adult siblings and myself staying in town for my Grandma’s funeral and we didn’t cook, but we did order UberEats and DoorDash, there were lots of options.
