The closest I have ever been to the beach. Sitting on the balcony or by the pool, you felt like the surf could touch your toes at any moment. Perfect view with sunrises over the water every morning. The condo is spacious and comfy with a nostalgic old Florida vibe. We will likely be back at some point.

The condo was great in size. The view of the ocean couldn’t be better. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. Everything was funtionable but just outdated. Wi Fi and cable went out and was resolved promptly.

Couldn’t have a better location. The elevator was a deciding factor. Stay on the 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean and beach but no stairs to deal with. Sit in the pool and watch the waves! We recommend it highly!

I've never stayed so close to the water and had such an amazing view!! The condo was clean, and although it could use updating, we still enjoyed our stay. Communications were great with Cindy and Wendy and we made some friends that we plan to visit again next year. Our favorite local place to eat, drink and be merry was Goombay's!

We rented this as a “home base” while getting my daughter set up in her apartment at college in Melbourne. My only complaint is that we didn’t spend enough time here because we were too busy! It was great to have the beach and the pool! We will definitely stay again. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows (this is important to me!). Although jt is a condo with shared walls, we didn’t hear any other guests. Thanks for a great trip!

A clean and comfortable unit with an amazing view of pool and ocean. Kitchen utensils/appliances stocked well enough for great food preparation. All appliances in good woeking order. We had a great stay. Pool large, heated and well maintained. Publix right across the street! What could be better? Only negative was that this part of the east coastline was unexpectedly rocky/corally and got some cuts and bruises in the surf. Would pick this unit again but drive up to Cocoa for a day of wave jumping.

So happy to have found this fantastic home away from home! Great cottage with everything you might need! Stocked kitchen, baths with extras, beach chairs and floats just to name a few. Hated Elsa forced us to leave early as our trip had been perfect in every other way. Will visit again!

The condo had everything needed but I do think it needs updated decor. I will say the manager was great when refrigerator had issues she fixed problems immediately . I probably would not stay in satellite beach again with kids because nothing to do and the corral/Rock cut up their legs . For adults the condo is perfect as cocoa beach is just Minutes away with beach bars. So if you want a chill out time and not really swimming in ocean then you would probably enjoy the low rise condo directly over the pool.

This is our 4th time here all in different units. Great for relaxing and families. We love the beach being . 4 or less minutes from the units. People are aways friendly. Will be back again.
