The house is very pretty and was a great size for our group of 6. The location is fantastic as it's an easy walk to Seaside for dinner/shopping and it's also close to the beach club whether you want to walk, bike or ride the shuttle. There's no need to rent a golf cart for $$$$ unless you just want to. The only con would be the lack of dressers as none of the bedrooms had them and there were only a few hangers in each closet. I don't know anyone who likes to live out of a suitcase for a week. A dresser in each room would make this an A+ house. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

No porch furniture on back, towels and bedding are thin and falling apart. No blankets. All of the furniture is filthy, we had to sit on towels on top of it because it was so dirty. Scuffs all over walls, light bulbs out, bikes coudn't be adjusted and had flat tires. Management did nothing to help our stay, I contacted them about all the issues and they told me to enjoy my vacation.

This house was clean and a great location! Check-in easy. Loved the house! Only a few issues. Bedding very thin. Bring a blanket. Only 7 drinking glasses probably due to wear and tear. Master bedroom mattress super uncomfortable and hard. Like sleeping on just a box spring. Biggest issue was the WiFi. It did not work upon arrival. Took multiple calls. Always very nice and assured someone would come to fix. It took daily calls and someone finally arrived on day 3.

This is our 3rd stay in this house, so it has a lot of things going for it — a great location, large bedrooms, renovated baths, no stairs!
However, if you have an issue, it will take a while to be addressed. We had internet problems and were never able to get a signal unless we were within 4 ft of the router. Not a huge issue for us but would be if you needed to work! There are a lot of small things that have been mentioned in other reviews that are still not fixed (hard mattresses, very thin bedding, broken shelf in closet, no dressers, no lamps in the living room, etc). With these changes and reliable internet, this would be a five-star house easy!

Overall our stay was great! The house is exactly as described in the pictures it is beautiful and in perfect location in watercolor. The bikes and amenities in the community are great! Only thing from house perspective is like others have mentioned is the blankets on beds are very thin and it was chilly at night with no extra blankets available. While the house and location is great. Vacasa was a not great to deal with with any concern with had. If you can book this home through a different platform would def recommend that!

This is a very nice home and, in general, is as it appears online. The home is spacious, light and airy, has two lovely King suites with large, beautiful bathrooms. Those, along with the double-bunk room and twin bed bunks in the hall, worked well for our family, and our grandson loved the bunk in the hallway (after we hung a blanket for his privacy.) The home is in a great location, close to the beach, the pools and Seaside. The management company generally answered texts quickly but seemed less attentive than we’ve previously experienced on 30A. A few things took away from full enjoyment: The upholstery – living room couches as well as the outdoor porch cushions - was very dirty. The porch cushions were so filthy that we washed them ourselves to be able to use. (Feral cats in the neighborhood tend to use them if they are not tipped up, and it appears nobody really checked them out before we arrived). All the throw rugs (in kitchen and all baths) were soiled; there are no dressers in the bedrooms, and some of the limited closet shelving had disconnected from the walls, making those shelves unusable. So, unfortunately, for our entire four week stay we lived out of suitcases. It would also have been nice to have a full-length mirror. So while the home was overall clean and met our needs, these little but very visible things, added together made us a bit less satisfied. But overall, it was a nice home and great location.

This house was AMAZING!!! The location, the decor, the cleanliness was all spectacular! With a group of 10 girls, they all agree, there needs to be a full length mirror in this house! It would be a great addition! No other suggestions!!

Nice house in a great location. There was a lack of communication from the property management team. We were not informed that the dishwasher was broken, nor that maintenance would be coming to fix it. Upon arrival, the living room area rug had a large wet spot on it that didn’t dry and by day 2
Began to smell like mildew. We called the property manager who said they would send someone out. When we returned to the house one evening, the living room furniture was pushed against the wall, wet rug still in place and no information from the property management team. We ended up moving the rug to the back porch.

Positives: Location was perfect. Well stocked with all needs (except hairdryer). Peaceful front porch. Vacasa is we great to communicate with.
Negatives: Could use a little sprucing up, sofas were dingy, walls banged up, hardly any art on stark white walls, one entire bedroom was locked off (which we didn’t need anyway but would’ve been nice to have option to use).

We loved this house. The location was perfect — a quick walk to seaside or watercolor. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We have two small children and really appreciated that the front porch was gated. We hope to stay here again!

This rental has some great things going for it and some that could be improved.
Pros: great location in watercolor. It’s close to the back entrance to seaside, so you can easily walk or bike there. It’s in a great location within watercolor as well. There was construction in front and back of us, which was frustrating, but that can be the case for any house you rent. It just happened to be the case when we were there. We were able to check in early, which was a huge help and plus to our trip. It’s also clean! And like any house in watercolor, it is beautiful.
Cons: the lighting is pretty bad/harsh. Bright white lights everywhere with dimmers thaf didn’t work. Only lamps in the main two masters. If the company would just get some warm lighting in the house, i.e. living room, it would change the experience in a big way.
*There is some art on the walls in the living room walls, but none in the bedrooms. The bright white bare walls with the harsh white lights was not a good combination.
*there were no blankets on the beds. We had to request them and Vacasa brought them the next day, but that was frustrating. The pics of the bedding were not accurate.
*there are no curtain rods or curtains. There are blinds, but those still let in light in the mornings, just fyi. Another detail that, if provided, could have brought warmth to the home.
*there were no house instructions, only instructions for the water color community.
*there was no furniture on the back porch and the couch on the front porch was stained.
Overall this property was ok, but it feels like the company has done the bare minimum in comparison to other watercolor houses I have stayed in or seen. It is not a very homey vibe, but if they changed the lighting, added lamps, blankets, and curtains, it would be amazing!

We absolutely loved this property! It was spotless upon our arrival, with an easy check-in process, and the photos were spot-on. Comfy beds, giant bathrooms, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The hallway bunks are super fun! (We only had 4 adults, ranging in age from 40-70, and we definitely used the bunks for fun!) We were pleasantly surprised to find that bikes are included with the property for no extra cost; our wristbands for the resort amenities were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. All the resort amenities are within walking distance; our favorite was the Boat House pool, though family liked the "main" three pools at Watercolor proper better. Take advantage of breakfast on the porch and evening grilling! We will absolutely be back, no question. Even the little shopping avenue at the resort was great - and, again, within easy walking distance.
Great value as well -- after a few days at the home on our own, we moved to the hotel property to join-up with more family. Without one iota of doubt, the home is the way to go! Less per night at quite a few of the homes than per night at the hotel, plus, you know, access to an entire house. Truly a gem of a property!
Pro tip: If you've got older adults or littles, renting a golf cart is worth the expense. While the grocery store and the like are close enough to walk/bike, if you actually buy anything you need to bring "home" and are without a car, Ubers/Lyft/etc aren't really available. We had to wait 30 minutes at the grocery store to get an Uber and it was only sheer luck that the driver happened to be on his way home.
You'll also need to book your return travel to the airport far in advance using a taxi service - ride-shares doesn't even have drivers available for a scheduled pick-up.
All in all, we loved the home and its location within the larger Watercolor development!
