Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This WaterColor home was designed with families in mind. On the porch, guests will enjoy a table for 4 while enjoying their morning coffee or a delicious meal. Additional porch seating options include a swing and toddler chair. Tall airy windows and french doors lead to the spacious living room inside. Enjoy the TV and DVD player while lounging in available 2 sets of club chairs or comfy couch. Hardwood floors and a nice stereo system add the perfect final touch to this splendid living area. There are options to dine at 2 different tables. The larger table has 6 chairs and a bench, and the smaller table is round with 4 chairs. The bright kitchen includes an island counter and is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. A half bath is located next to the laundry room for guests utilizing the common area. Finishing out this fantastic first floor, the primary suite can be your very own beautiful private retreat. It features large windows, a king bed, flat-screen TV with DVD, lounge chair, and en-suite bath with a double vanity and a shower. The primary also has access to a back porch with Adirondack chairs, a table, and a charcoal grill. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms and a wonderful kid-friendly bunk area. The first bedroom features a queen, TV with DVD, and a private bath with a single vanity and shower-tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV with DVD, and a bath with a shower-tub combo with an access point from the hallway. The bunk area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, day bed, trundle with TV/DVD player, and bean bags. We found this place was perfect for us. We have 4 boys ages 1,4,5, and 13 and it was great. It was stocked with baby gear and toys. The older kids had puzzles and games and lots of space away from parents. It was a manageable walk to the beach with them all in tow.

We love WaterColor and always use 360 Blue. That said, the construction was ongoing for three days outside our front door. Window shaking bull dozers and constant beeping from utility trucks in reverse unfortunately put a dent in our relaxing and made it unable to use the front porch. Construction began at 7am each morning and lasted til 6pm. When you have a 2 year old you spend lots of time indoors. I would recommend you find out which of your property neighbors are undergoing construction and notify the renter before they book a home. Other than that great trip!

We LOVED the house. We were in Watercolor three nights for a wedding. We are all in our early 30s (three couples, no kids) and were so excited to find this gem. We were able to walk everywhere - even to Seaside. The property also came with bikes. Everything was clean, updated and so comfortable. The porch made for a nice place to have morning workout or an evening drink.
Additionally, 360Blue + the app were so helpful in making our stay nice.
I would return again!

Overall, this house served our needs and is beautiful. I will say I’m pretty critical on cleanliness and there were a few things I noticed: upstairs the shower curtain and liner were gross and stained, there was moldy spots in grout in shower and floor was dirty and found several hairs left over from prior guests. The upstairs baths definitely need an overhaul. The dishwasher also didn’t work well and the washer was moldy too. The floors left our feet black, not mopped well. There was food splatter all over the blinds above kitchen sink. A trash can in the laundry would be handy. A light was out in the pantry and the AC unit upstairs wasn’t working upon arrival but they did come that night to fix and it was good the rest of the trip. The kids area is awesome upstairs! We needed more trash bags and paper towels and when we called for more they said they’d bring more once but we would be charged if we needed more which I feel is silly when you spend this much on a rental. Great location and would rent again!

June 29, 2019 -July 6, 2019 stay at WaterColor
The house at 117 Silver Laurel Way was fine. Plenty roomy , quiet ,comfortable , well furnished and maintained , and in a good location on a quiet street in the Park District . Only drawback is no door on the room upstairs with the bunkbeds where the grandsons slept , and one son and daughter -in -law who slept in one of the two upstair guest rooms had to walk through the room with the bunkbeds to get to their room. Plus the Beach Club Pool was closed from when we arrived on Saturday, June 29, 2019 until the morning of Thursday , July 4.

We had a wonderful visit to Watercolor. The house was perfect-had everything we needed. We like being able to walk over to Seaside for dinner and shopping but come back to the quietness of Watercolor. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
