It was okay.

It was clean and allowed for late checkout at no extra cost.

The streaming services didn’t work in my room and nobody offered me a new room when I complained about it. Definitely was not worth $350

Great value

Ample work area by bar, pool and got tib, and great convenient location.

Waiting a bit to get checked in even though there was no line, but once I was attended to, it was great service.

Motel 6 Would Have Been Better

Front desk gal was so friendly. Good location.

Towels were threadbare, bottom sheet was too small for mattress and you could see the pad. Duvet was filthy. One of the bath towels had stickers in it (like a child’s stickers) making us wonder if it was even laundered. Honestly: hard to believe this was part of the Marriott chain.

I wish the cable was working and am looking forward to hearing from management like I was promised

I came for a relaxing evening alone. I was excited to watch movies and TV and I was told upon arrival that the cable was out ????? I was extremely disappointed for that was the reason for most of my stay. I don’t have streaming services so it was a very boring evening for me. I wish I would have booked somewhere else.

Would stay again.

Property was clean, room was clean and spacious. We liked the options for streaming on TV. Bathroom was clean.

Could not get cold water! Weird. Need ramps in parking area to roll suitcases up/down.

Nice place, rude front desk, sketchy parking lot.

Nice location, nice furniture, nice room

Small groups gathered in the parking lot to ride their bmx bikes. They drive their vehicle to this location just because they know management won’t do anything. Made the whole place feel unsafe.

Fantastic weekend getaway!

We rate hotels based on the shower and water pressure. I know weird. This is by far the best experience we have had! What a fun staycation!

Great place and wonderful staff

The staff was very friendly. Bella greeted us when we arrived and left. She was very personable. The room was very nice and very clean. The facility itself was welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I would definitely use this facility again!

Covered parking would be a nice addition.

Comfy, updated room, stylish, plenty of space. Great location and awesome later check out time. Came in late and grateful for a nice room.

Doors on exterior had issues. One was broken, and one didn't close well. Back parking lot was a little messy.

super clean and sleek, had everything we could need for a one night stay. loved the simplicity of our room gave plenty of space for my children to roam about.

the free breakfast that was advertise was not free and a bit confusing. Overall, a wonderful comfortable stress-free stay.

This is now my go-to hotel when I'm down in the Valley. Will be staying here again.

It was exactly what I needed. I was going down for a medical procedure that was going to leave me knackered. The TV was huge and moveable which was amazing given I basically laid in bed for half the day recovering. With all of the streaming services free to use, I could watch whatever I wanted and truly relax. The location was great, and being surrounded by so much green was wonderful. Next time I need to come down, I'm bringing my dogs and we're staying there.

This is going to sound really dumb, but I kept turning my TV up and down because I was worried it would disturb my neighbors. If there was a sign or note or something saying that the rooms are mostly soundproof or that you can turn the volume up to so and so amount, I wouldn't have had to worry. Like I said, I was there for a medical procedure that left me bed bound but also unable to sleep so having to fiddle with the controller at 2 in the morning to not wake up the people on either side of me would've been nice. But again, it's a stupid, small thing. Only other thing I would have liked was a set of cutlery and a plate in the room. Something disposable or recyclable. I was severely immunocompromised so I couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. Also, the phone didn't work. Rang busy the whole time.

4 adults registered in the room but only 2 towel sets even though requested more from front desk and from maid. TV was difficult to use. Complimentary breakfast was missed.

HORRIBLE! good price, but AWFUL customer service. Rude, disrespectful with horrible attitudes!!

Nothing, was that great . The staff was HORRIBLY RUDE. And the location wasn’t good. The bed was comfortable. That’s about all that I could really even compliment about the hotel, at all, honestly. There isn’t much good about it.

Everything was literally horrible. I am so horrified at how awful this experience was. The staff were the rudest and worst customer service that I have EVER experienced. The general manager was even worse than the other employees! I’m shook!

Not what I was expecting.

The location was great. Quick access to get anywhere you needed on the southwest side of Phoenix. The lobby was clean. The staff tried to have things taken care of.

The room had layers of dust on the furniture. A very large piece of dust hanging from the television. Right above where you would eat. The bathroom sink had men’s shaved hair in it and on the counter. The shower was dirty with hair, as was the bathroom floor. They do not do a very good job cleaning the rooms. I was very uncomfortable that the room was not cleaned properly. I asked for a manager to call me and I never received a call.
