About this house rental

This waterfront home with dock is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located close to the airport at Possum Kingdom Lake. This is a private home with a wood-burning fireplace, central air and heat, High-Speed WiFi, a screened-in porch, and fabulous views of the lake from the kitchen, living, and dining room.

Laminate wood planks cover all the floors. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest bath has a step-in shower. The home has central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, washer & dryer, side by side refrigerator. The living area has a smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and twin-size bunk bed.

A boat can be tied to the private dock with a sandy bottom great for water activities.
As of March 1, 2024, the lake is full.

Free option for access to Toy Shed with paddle boat, kayaks, bikes, and yard games. Toy Shed requires an additional agreement to be signed and returned prior to arrival.

Carport cover for two vehicles.

Beautiful sunsets. A/C was very loud and was hard to sleep when it cycle on and off. Screen patio was nice to keep all the bugs out.

The location was perfect. Very clean home. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat the most out of the toy shed. My only suggestion would be to add a roof to the dock so visitors can sit out near the lake without being burnt to a crisp 🙃. Over all great stay!

If you are looking for a nice a peaceful place this is where you want to be ! Great view of the lake with a nice dock and plenty of games and activities to do from the toy shed.

We were in the area for baseball at Rocker B. This house was only 15 minutes away. We truly enjoyed the dock and swimming, sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for fishing day in and day out. Perfect area for swimming as well. Nice and sandy area. We love the fire pit for s'mores and grilled almost every meal. We will for sure be back.

15 minutes to Rocker B. The house is in an excellent location right on the lake. Soft bottom and easy entry to the lake makes it a great spot for families.

This location and house was great! We brought our jet ski and rented a boat, they both docked great at the house. We were able to swim and play in the lake right out the back door. It was quiet with little to no traffic on the lake in our area so great for kids! I would recommend this house for anyone playing at Rocker B! Had an amazing time for being there for a baseball tournament!

The location is great for sunset views and smooth water in the late afternoon hours for wake surfing, tubing, etc. The screened in porch was great for being outside without worrying about any mosquitos. Boat ramp is very conveniently located and had no issues launching a 25ft surf boat. The area around the dock is all soft sand with no obstacles to worry about with the boat. The A/C in the house was loud during start up cycles but worked really well too keep the house comfortable throughout the night. I'm hopeful to find availability for this location again when we plan to come back to possum kingdom lake as it will be my first choice.

We attended a local baseball tournament and this place was perfect for our stay. Great yard/dock set up for us to enjoy between games. Screened in patio was very nice to have so we could eat outside when we chose to. We would definitely book this place again!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. Son enjoyed the tournament but his highlight was catching Giant Bass of the Pier. The house was even more amazing in person. Host was the best. Looking forward to staying here again!!!

This is our 4th year at our favorite lake house to celebrate ours kids birthdays. It’s so beautiful and peaceful! Everything is clean as always and hosts are super easy to communicate with.

My husband I and enjoyed our stay very much. It's a perfect location, right on the lake and yet close to stores/restaurants. Loved the toy shed! We used the water bike in the evenings and watched the sunset from the lake :-) The view of the sunset is amazing! The house has everything you need and more. Very clean and well maintained. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. The first thing I noticed was how clean the property was. Very comfortable to stay in such a clean house! The location was perfect with the dock and plenty of water to splash around. We all loved the toy shed! The kayaks, inflatable’s, yard games. We loved it all! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions, and very clear with their answers. The location and view were spectacular. A great place to relax for a long weekend or even longer.

The house was good, had almost everthing we needed, lots of things to use in the toy shed, the outside property was the best part. Floor was a little unsteady in places, and the air needed a little attention, but overall it was a good weekend getaway spot.

This stay was so close to Rocker B Ranch and gave us a great place to escape the heat and enjoy the water. The boys caught enough fish off the deck to feed us for dinner our last night! It was a wonderful stay!

The backyard is really nice for playing and the dock is great for fishing. The house is a double wide but has everything you need. Could have provided more towels, bedding, supplies, and dishes for larger families. AC worked good, plenty of hot water, master bed was okay. Overall the house was nice. The back porch was our favorite place especially mornings and evenings. Conveniently located near convenient stores and boat rental. We enjoyed the toy shed, kayaks, and especially the paddle boat.

We enjoyed our stay. The toy shed access made it the perfect low key, restful vacay with teens. I especially enjoyed the screened-in back porch for family meals and morning coffee. There was a generous supply of staples (toilet paper, paper towels, towels, detergents…).

Nice meeting up here with another couple from Amarillo, us from Austin - close to store, Boondock’s - water was down but we had a delightful time sitting in the water and also watching the sunset on the deck - the floats and chairs in the Toy Box were perfect! It was like staying at a friend’s house - enjoyed our reunion with family ~

First of all the pics do not do this property justice due to its location! On top of the fact that it is extremely peaceful, t backyard area goes from gently sloping grass to a sandy beach like area to the lake, which has a shallow walk in entry! The firepit is awesome and allows for amazing views of sunset! The house has every amenity needed for a comfortable stay! The toy shed is loaded with everything you need to enjoy the lake! The owners did a great, very detailed job on the welcome book! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to possum kingdom lake!

Excellent location, right on the lake. The property was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive to my pre-trip questions. Only minor downsides were: 1. lake water level was very low, but that's not anything the owner has control over, and 2. the internet speed was extremely slow during our stay, but maybe that's not a bad thing that we weren't able to stay on conference calls all day long. Overall, very nice property.

We loved staying at this home! It was right on the water and had all the amenities we could ask for! It was the perfect way to wrap up our summer and our kids loved it! We will absolutely be back again soon!

We had never been to PK lake before, and renting here was a real treat. The toy shed is amazing! And I could not get over how peaceful the lake was. We enjoyed every sunset. The AC worked great (a little loud, but sooo glad it worked), the kitchen is beautifully updated and clean. Check in was easy. It is near the local small airport, but there is only 3 or 4 flights a day. Super quiet. Lovely area, about 10 minutes from restaurants. Highly suggest the hike and bike trail. This is a gem of PK lake.

House was great but friendliness of boaters was not good at all had a little boat trouble and several boaters went by us while we were swimming to shore dragging a boat not one person stopped to ask if we needed help.

We love this location. It was so easy to hang out at the house and swim/fish at the dock. We also are only a few minutes drive from a place to put the boat in the water and access Hell's Gate- which we love and recommend. We really enjoyed the toy shed. It was the best one we've had and everything was in really great shape. The screened in porch saved us from wasps/bugs while enjoying our morning coffee and the sunset (can't beat those from this view). Thank you for a great stay!
