Comfortable and convenient

Easy walk to city

Vey basic utensils in kitchen - not sufficient for cooking for ourselves, bath was slippery and should have a mat, no toilet roll holder on wall

Disappointment

The location is convenient and just 10 mins walk to the city centre.

1. there is going construction works opposite to the apartment, there were noises all day long during the stay. 2. kitchen ware is an ashame to use, and the apartment does not have oil, salt and etc for cooking. 3. no body wash, shampoo or soap in the bathroom, no hairdryer. The owner replied that they are not listed in the facilities, I can go out to buy them if necessary. 4. the pillow cases were not cleaned, there were smell. 5. Sofa is a sofa bed, it is totally uncomfortable. 6. the dining chair that I sat is shaky. 7. slow or no response from the owner. 8. the dryer is not working.

Fabulous. Easy. Just what I needed

Easy check in with code, easy parking with allocated spot with parking permit. Absolutely no problems at all with the property, I would say it’s abit pricey since as I stayed for a few days. But definitely worth the money after staying. Will be back

Floors could do with a little better clean , other than that the place was spotless

Great space, value for money Take basic cleaning and toiletries with you!

Size was great! Really spacious and plenty of space for everyone (family of 4) Free parking was huge added bonus

It was a very nice apartment but unfortunately though it had been 'cleaned' it was not thorough. The bedding was smelly unfortunately. I think it has been cleaned but a musky machine must have been used. We wanted to wash but then why provide a washing machine and no detergent? Slightly surprised no basic toiletries and enough towels. 2 towels for a family booking of 4 seemed not well thought out That was a let down, we did not make arrangements to fix these issues as with 2 kids didn't seem worth the hassle.

Lovely clean well equipped apartment. Just a 10 minute stroll to the town with the bonus of free parking. Would definitely recommend.

Stylish apartment in a excellent location

Nice neighbourhood in a residential area and only 10 mins to train station and the main shopping streets. The apartment is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, and spacious.

The only issue was the plates were not properly cleaned when I arrived.

We have just returned from staying in your aparments that are described as luxury accommodation which is reflected in the price.We are both decidedly underwhelmed by the quality of the accommodation together with the very poor standard of cleaning.As can be seen in the photos the communal areas were below what would be expected and the linen was not of a standard which is not acceptable given the recent pandemic.The pillows and duvet were stained,the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and the quality of the pillows and bedding were far from luxurious.The bathroom though pleasant was let down by the level of cleanliness and the poor standard of the towels which were thin and discoloured .The hand soap did not work and there was no toilet roll holder which although not a deal breaker would be expected in a luxury apartments. We were exasperated by the discarded pizza boxes and left over pizza that were left in the lobby for the duration of our stay which as well as unsightly could attract vermin through the door which was often left ajar. In view of the fact that the apartment was nowhere near clean when we arrived we feel it is unfair to charge us £50 for cleaning when it was dirty on arrival which resulted in us having to clean it ourselves.I know for a fact it was much cleaner than when we arrived. We feel that the very least you could do is to refund the cleaning fee for the reasons given above. We would appreciate a prompt response to our concerns. Very good

The property was very nice, clean and had a good location.

The mattresses for the bed are two singles made into a king zise bed, so you sink in the middle and it makes it not that comfortable.

Great place for us to meet up with friends who live in the area.

Great for our weekend get together. Was really useful to have a full kitchen. Main bed & sofa bed were large & very comfortable.

Very good

Lots of light, great comfortable king size bed. Just a short walk to where we need to be and to the centre of town.

Not a dislike exactly more a surprise as I hadn’t read the notes that there was no hairdryer or toiletries provided. Luckily I brought my own toiletries and was able to borrow a hairdryer. Travel a lot and this is the first stay in many where these have not been available.

Superb

The cleanliness was amazing, such a lovely relaxing atmosphere, so comfortable and modern, almost everything about the place was perfect.

The kitchen itself was excellent, only minor flaw was cooking equipment provided was best the best, but everything else was perfect

Very smart modern apartment, good shower, comfortable bed.

Two adults and 2 children stayed but the double bed settee had a double duvet but no double cover! Had 2 single covers which obviously didn’t fit! Only 3 towels provided. Only 1 pillowcase for 4 pillows! Only 3 knives and 2 forks.

Outstanding Value and in a Great Location near St Albans Station - better than a hotel stay!

Lovely flat ideally situated in St Albans near the station. Great facilities including lovely power shower and a great functioning kitchen area. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Great views from the flat. Added bonus of having access to a Smart TV to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Britbox etc. Morayo was very communicative before and during my stay and having the added bonus of a contactless check in so need to collect keys

Nothing at all - perhaps a small bedside lamp might be beneficial but other than that the flat was more than adequately equipped
