One of the bathroom’s ventilation or sewage system is not working. The bathroom smells very bad.

The apartment is very nice. So spacious. All new.

We had some issues with the linen at first but the staff replaced them for us.

Perfect location, chill pool, beautiful place, more than big enough location for a group of 7

The fan in one of the bathrooms smelt horrible, and one of the windows was broken in the single bedroom bathrooms. Besides from that everything else was perfect.

Comfy stay, would stay again.

Property can accommodate bigger groups, neatly kept and prompt communication.

Everything was as per expectations, lobby light was not working and even upon mentioning, it was not fixed.

Would reccomend for group getaways and will stay again!

The property was huge and just what we were after with a big communal space and ensuites for all the bedrooms. Beautiful decor

The location is great and the view is excellent. The apartment is spacious and modern.

The pool looks dirty, and there are a few things that didn’t work or broke. However the manager fixed them quite quickly

Great stay would go again, discovered a different side of Surfers Paradise.

Location was fantastic, 4 min walk to heart of Surfers Paradise and short walk to shops and HOTA. Chevron Island is lovely. So much space in the apartment it was perfect for wheelchair accessibility and easy street parking for van. Unique luxuries like lift opening into apartment, each bedroom with its own bathroom and king size beds, beautiful lounge and nice appliances.

No tv remote in master bedroom.

The location and size of the apartment were great. The apartment itself was very sparse, missing many things that make a stay easy - sugar for coffee, paper towels or tissues, bedside lamps (getting out of bed to turn the light out after reading sucks) etc. The kitchen utensils were not clean and the apartment needs a tidy-up. The manager was very responsive to anything we needed and we would stay again now we know that we'll need to provide things ourselves.

Location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants and the Art precinct. Beautiful view. A lift straight into the apartment and having a whole floor so essentially 360 degree views.

Maybe a few extra bits and pieces in the kitchen. We only had 6 people staying due to some illness in our group, had we had the full 8 the cutlery wouldn’t have been adequate.

This is my second stay here and it has never disappointed.

Location is amazing. Everything was comfortable and well presented.

Wasn't enough towels and no towels for the pool. Also a few extra blankets would be good.

The view. the space.

The bath room is a disaster. The whole bath room is wet after every shower. Virtually only two beds in each room and nothing else. Not enough cutleries. Only FOUR forks provided.
