We loved our stay here earlier this month! Shaun was extremely responsive and accommodating. This was greatly appreciated as we along with our friends who stayed with us both have small kids under 2. This townhome was very clean and we loved the added touch of the gift basket that included delicious snacks. The location is just a short drive to the Mystic Aquarium and within walking distance of restaurants. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the area!

location location location . Walkable Mystic locations. Bring ear plugs for the early morning traffic (not a deal breaker). Host was great. Easy drive to some great locals.

Lovely older home, nicely renovated, excellent amenities, above and beyond service. We were celebrating our adult daughter's birthday and Shaun was nice enough to leave her a card and gift. She also left my grand-pup, Kona, blankets, bowls and a bone...so nice! The tub in the master bath was a welcome indulgence. There were a variety of high end skin care products. Shaun also left us a basket of snacks like popcorn, chips, granola bars, etc. So many options for coffee! There's an espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, a French press, a percolator, etc. The beds were super comfy! We had a great time playing Bad People...so fun! We were about a half mile from downtown Mystic- easily walkable. About 1 mile from Olde Mystic which had a bunch of fun shops. Will definitely be back!

This was a great rental experience. The host was communicative and provided all we needed to know before we arrived in Mystic. The house is on a quiet block. Everything inside the home was perfect....clean and beautifully decorated to fit the season. We were down for my partners birthday and the host was thoughtful enough to read my original note in regards to our visit and gave her a gift....an incredible touch that helped put a cap on a great weekend. We will return to this location if it is available. 5 stars all around.

We had a lovely stay here in Mystic. They had everything we would need- toiletries, crib for the baby, soaps, towels. The location is not far from downtown Mystic and is completely walkable.
The host was perfect and made check in a breeze and even offered recommendations for restaurants and groceries which were very helpful. We had so much fun and highly recommend this house.

Book this property! It is charming beyond words, in an excellent location, and the host is highly responsive. The toiletries/products, snacks, decor and linens are beautifully curated. We walked to the heart of downtown in less than 10 minutes, (via two different scenic ways). Mystic is dreamy and approachable. We absolutely plan on booking this townhouse again.

This home is walkable to downtown Mystic where all the action is for shopping, bakeries, restaurants, concert on the green.. etc. We stayed 2 nights , a party of 4 adults and we all agreed this VRBO was a good find. It was clean, well stocked and the owner was great at communicating efficiently and very accommodating .

What a great house and a lovely location in Mystic. So well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished, you really could not wish for any more from a home from home (we even had access to beach stuff for a great day out in the sun!) Shaun was really helpful in advance and went out of her way to make our stay perfect.
Mystic was a last-minute change to our holiday itinerary but we were so glad we came - a beautiful little authentic New England port with tons of history, located near some gorgeous coastal scenery and beaches.

We popped up to Mystic with the family (3 young kids) for a night. The only thing that was a little unexpected was that I thought it was in more of a neighborhood, but it is on a somewhat busy road which was only a concern for us because of our kids' ages. Otherwise, no complaints. Shaun was great, very responsive, helpful, and nice. She provided some snacks and drinks in the house for us which was appreciated after the drive up. The shed had many beach supplies for us in great condition and made packing a bit easier. The house itself was great, a/c worked well, wifi, tv streaming, board games, etc. Very clean, comfortable and it was an easy ~10 min walk to town. Wish we had longer to stay! Would recommend.

The house was very clean & well stocked. Shaun had treats for us & even went out of her way to make our dogs feel welcomed also with blankets, bowls & treats for them. It was the perfect place to stay, close to town & restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Shaun for all that you did to make our trip so special.

The house was clean and very comfortable in terms of bedding and furniture/decorations. In a perfect location in town. Our boys had a great time at the Seaport sailing camp and we enjoyed our first week of summer vacation in this beautiful rental. We walked to Mystic Pizza to meet family and enjoyed all the sites and attractions here. Highly recommended!

This home is in a great location. Close to everything. You could walk anywhere if you want to. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was in contact the hole time. The town is nice and lots of places to eat and shop.

This house was in a great location just a short walk to restaurants and the downtown shops. The house had everything we needed including coffee, milk, snacks, and shampoo/soaps. I brought a lot of supplies from home because in the past when renting houses there would be minimal paper goods, cleaning supplies, soaps, garbage bags. But this house had it all and more!
My family of 4 (including a 2 and 3 year old) were very comfortable here. The bedrooms were spacious and beds/pillows were comfortable. The house was very quiet even though it’s attached. Also there was no issue with the street parking at all. The only challenge we had was that both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor up a steep staircase which is difficult for a toddler to negotiate. Other than that, we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Great location to all of Mystic’s offerings! Clean and well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches, including snacks and cooking/cleaning necessities and toiletries. The deep tub is a welcome amenity! Bedding is comfortable and throws are provided. Both bathrooms are upstairs, so visitors with mobility issues may want to factor that into their equation.

We loved the property - so cute, comfortable and close to everything. We didn't have a car and did not need one for our weekend stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough. Wonderful stay and we hope to go back when it isn't winter! ;)

My husband, son, and I had a great time in Mystic. We could easily walk to everything—the many excellent restaurants, the Bascule Bridge, and the Mystic Seaport Museum. We also visited Connecticut College and UConn, so it was a fun and successful trip.
Everything about the stay was smooth, easy, and as described. Thank you so much, Shaun, and apologies for depleting your supply of tea and biscotti!

Comfortable King & Queen bed in rooms far enough apart for a great night sleep with their own bathrooms. Full kitchen to cook a feast w/ real equipment. Out door picknick area with grill. No house noises when we stayed. Responsive host! Outstanding stay! Make sure you have the correct address as the same address comes up in the neighboring town- this location is a few steps from Nana's awesome bakery, Mystic Seaport Museum, Velvet Building Boat showroom across from museum ... Perfect location. Great stay.

Lovely home, would definitely return!
The house is as you see in pictures... it's pretty and airy and sunny and clean. A five minute walk to downtown Mystic. It's definitely one of those places the reaffirms what we all want from a vacation rental site: a place nicer than a hotel and cheaper than a hotel. This house was so much more affordable than all the exorbitantly priced inns and hotels in the same neighborhood, and we were able to spread out into a whole house! As a family of five with small kids, it was so nice to be able to toss dirty clothes into a washing machine, or whip up some sandwiches at a kitchen counter. A few more details... the air mattress in the living room was really comfortable and my kids loved it. Only downside to turning the dining room into the kids bedroom is that there were no good black out blinds or curtains in the downstairs windows, which made getting the kids down for bed on a bright summer evening a little more challenging. The coffee set up and the coffee beans were super high quality and felt like a real luxury. All the beds were really comfortable. The tub was amazing. And the shower was great too. If we're ever back in Mystic, we'll be sure to stay at this lovely home again!

This was a last-minute get-away with a friend where we just wanted to relax, chill, cook together, and enjoy each other's company for a few days. The property was perfect. Nice open downstairs, bedroom & bath for each of us and best stocked kitchen I have ever seen for a rental. Four kinds of vinegars, four (five?) cooking/salad oils, almond & coconut milk (!!), great alphabetized spice rack, coffee, tea, snacks and I can just go on & on. Utensils, cookware, dishes and whatnot were above and beyond. The owner and other people working around the property were extremely friendly, responsive and clearly looked to insure our enjoyment. The property description was spot on. We were very, very satisfied.
