Living room 2: 50" Smart TV, Netflix. Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack.. Front garden with patio and garden furniture. Enclosed rear lawned garden with BBQ. Bike storage in garage. Private parking for 2 cars, additional on road parking nearby.No smoking. Please note: There are ponds in the rear garden.. Primrose Villa has a prime position with spectacular uninterrupted views down the valley. Watch the wonderful wildlife just sitting in the open plan living space whilst your warm your toes in front of the multi-fuel burner. This semi-detached house is situated over three floors with two lovingly furnished bedrooms on the first floor and a second living room on the second floor, perfect for chilling out at the end of the day after rambling in the countryside.
The village of Rosedale Abbey attracts visitors all year round. Its history is fascinating as it used to be a busy industrial area with most of the houses being owned by the miners, now it’s a perfect holiday retreat in one of the most stunning areas of Yorkshire. This fantastic location really is a walkers dream with fantastic trails right on the doorstep. As well as the fantastic walking opportunities, Rosedale Abbey was one of the villages that the ’Tour de Yorkshire’ bike race came through attracting international visitors. The cycling routes that are literally on the doorstep take you through the wonderful Yorkshire countryside, which form part of the North York Moors National Park. Dalby Forest is a short drive away or for those who enjoy cycling, its a great bike ride to a fantastic mountain bike and cycling forest full of trails from the easy ones for beginners to the very challenging runs used in the World Cup mountain biking championship. Should you be looking to bring your bikes on holiday with you, there is a garage at the property to store your bikes in.
The seaside resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey are just a short drive away, and are a destination for a day out at the beach. The medieval city of York is an hour by car and is definitely worth a visit during your stay. For those who love the great outdoors this property takes some beating. Beach 17 miles. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 600 yards.
