We stayed here for the State Championship Swim meet at UGA. It was 3 families (5 adults and 5 teenagers )We had enough room although it was a bit “cozy” Everyone had a bed and the 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was a bit small for all of those people, but we made it work. There were plenty of amenities. Kitchen items, bathroom items, extra linens, pillows, fans. And the deck with table and sofa and grill is great. The only negative is that parts of the neighborhood are a bit rough with some run down houses. But I never felt unsafe.

Driving into the subdivision was a little sketchy but as you get closer to the house several houses have been remodeled and look very nice. And it is good location of only about 5 minute drive into downtown Athens. Of course it is a college town with many students living around it which brings on tight parking on the street. But the VRBO has nice parking in front and back of the house. Loved the keyless entry! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children with five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Towels & bathcloths supplied but little sparse (but you can wash as needed). Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable seating in the living room with nice size tv. A nice porch and deck on the back with seating (we didn’t get to enjoy due to weather and lack of time). Dining area has high top table for only 4 but we were never there for meal together. A very nice touch: the Christmas tree and Christmas decor in living room!!! The kids especially loved that! Bathrooms were supplied with shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. I would recommend some hooks in upstairs master bath (on back of door or on wall) and full length mirror somewhere upstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The house was clean and neat. The house states it would sleep 14. We initially had 11 which the owner said would be an additional fee due to extra items needing to be supplied. Well we did not get enough towels for the 10 people that ended up staying in the house. The upstairs was pretty hot. There were window units in each bedroom but the thermostat was set on hold so it was still about 80 degrees up there. The units had to work hard to get the upstairs cool enough to sleep.

This house was perfect for us! We were in town for a wedding and had 8 adults, a toddler, and baby and the house was a perfect size for us! Location was very close to everything we needed. Home was SUPER clean and had everything we needed! If you are thinking of booking, let this be your sign to do it!

5 siblings and spouses gathered for a family wedding. The house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group! Priscilla was quick to respond when we had a few minor issues and very accommodating.

This property was perfect! We were in town for graduation at UGA and invited friends and family. The house was so well located and convenient. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property was as advertised. We had plenty of room for a large group. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside area because it turned cold while we were here but it was beautifully done. Our only concern was our parking but that was because we were in a minibus. It would not have been a problem for regular vehicles. Plenty of parking in the back. The neighborhood at first seemed a little rundown but there are a lot of houses being redone in this area so you have newly redone beside some rundown areas. We felt safe there. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was Great!! Comfortable beds, house was beautiful and cozy!! We really enjoyed the back porch..so Beautiful the trees and watching the squirrels ( we are from Arizona, so seeing ivy on tree trunks, fall leaves and squirrels is enjoyable. Especially for my 2yr old grandson!!) Thank you so much for having the perfect house for Us!!

Everything was as expected, house looked true too online photos. We were in town for our sons wedding. House was a 5 minute drive to downtown Athens. We had 4 couples and to small children. Really appreciated the 4 bathrooms!

This was *such* an awesome stay. From the cute decor (pictures don't do it justice!) to the cleanliness to the convenience to the communication. It was the perfect mix of vacationing with all the stuff you would use at home. (That kitchen was STOCKED and that outside deck was everything!) The host was super responsive to all of my communication. And it is only a few minutes from the UGA campus. I could go on. Anyway. I almost don't even want to leave this review b/c once ya'll know about it, it probably won't be available when we need it again next year 😭. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this space! (Hopefully we will be back next year!)

The house is absolutely lovely with five bedrooms and four bathrooms--all beautifully appointed. When I saw how nice the house was, I worried that my three grandchildren (ages 2-6) would handle the more fragile decorations without sufficient care, so I simply took pictures of the rooms on my iPhone and moved those items to the top shelves of bedroom closets. Problem solved! But in addition to the lovely spaces in the house, the communications with the owners, Priscilla and Jeremy, were especially helpful and kind. They got back to me whenever I posed a question, and I appreciated that. Our daughter and son-in-law said they'd love to stay at the house the next time they visit.

We had a wonderful time in Athens celebrating my daughters 21st birthday! The house is so convenient my daughter and friends walked to downtown for a fun Friday night. Our family came in for Saturday night. The weather was beautiful so we were able to use the deck. The owners have provided so many extras, a fully stocked kitchen, beds were very comfortable, and the outside furniture was covered so it was clean to use. The house was everything we wanted and more! I would definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed staying at “The Blue House”! It was the perfect layout with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs! Lots of bathrooms!! Very convenient to downtown Athens! Spacious family room! Great kitchen but it needs a new nonstick skillet ( scrambled eggs stuck to the pan) 😂 Nice and quiet for your family. The students were on summer break so that might be different when they return. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed this beautiful, roomy home as our headquarters for the wedding weekend of our son. The 4 bathrooms facilitated getting ready for the wedding, and the deck was the perfect place to eat together at the large table or sit and talk on the large couches. The white lights and complimentary fireflies added to the charm. Great location to all our events of the weekend.
