Super tolles, familiäres Hotel!

Wir sind ganz begeistert von dem Hotel. Super nette Personen, super tolles Frühstück mit allen leckereien was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben sogar, ohne nachzufragen, ein Zimmer upgrade erhalten! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben dem Bahnhof! Mein Zimmer war zur Strasse, was aber nur 1-2 Mal "störend" war, es gibt auch Zimmer in den Innenhof!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, deshalb habe ich hierfür nichts auszufüllen!

Unpleasant and unfriendly

It was clean

Unfriendly staff at both the check in and checkout. At the check in I was asked for my credit card which was inconvenient, never was asked about my credit card in any other place in Switzerland or any other place around the world. Our reservation was booked for two room. First, they gave us two rooms in different floors even though we are a family. After an argument they gave us two rooms in different directions. At the checkout, we were charged for extra taxes for both rooms and charged for overnight parking, which was never mentioned during check in. I feel like I was scammed.

Have been travelling in Switzerland for the past 10 days and found this to be my worst experience in Switzerland.

The location was good.

The hotel staff is very unprofessional. When I asked for water bottle, they said only one bottle is complimentary for the whole stay whereas I was staying for 3 days. They did not clean the room any of the day and after the checkout charged almost close to one night charge as cleaning charges saying it was messy whereas it only had wrappers.

Perfect location for Mt Pilatus trip in a comfortable clean hotel

Great location close to the station but quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to be in. The bed was nice and firm.

They should flip the staff: let the lowest level staff run the place as they had a keen sense of hospitality whereas mor

Porters were the nicest people. Most front desk staff except one or two seemed to hate any little request that required effort. We struggled with suitcases to our room and desk staff didn’t care. Related restaurant staff were nice. Accidentally ran into managing director. Seemed arrogant and mean. Many lights in our room not working.

Disappointed

Central location. Near train station. On site parking (though expensive). Near walkable park.

Small room. Poor service. Room cleaning did not include removing used coffee cups or glasses.Request for clean cups was met with ‘you can wash them yourself’…and a rude ‘ If you want new cups, you will be charged’. No facilities on premises yet we were charged a ‘resort’ fee. Most unlike any resort we have ever stayed at. Ordinary restaurant with small breakfast selection.

My stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park was enjoyable!

I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne! The comfort of the room was exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the lovely balcony that added a touch of relaxation to my experience. The shower facilities were top-notch, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. The hotel's location, right across from the station, was incredibly convenient for my travels. It made exploring the city and venturing to nearby areas a breeze. I also appreciated the availability of drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch, and the abundance of eating options in close proximity to the hotel. Whether I was craving local cuisine or international flavors, there was always something delicious to try nearby. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Continental Park for its comfort, location, and amenities.

While my stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne was wonderful overall, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The towels provided in the room could have been softer and of a better quality. Additionally, having the option to choose from a selection of pillows, including firmer or softer ones, would have added a personalized touch to the sleeping experience. Despite these minor points, I still had a great stay and appreciated the hotel's many other positive aspects.

Great location! Quiet enough where we have privacy but also just a few minutes walk from the Old Town of Lucerne which was great! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly!

Great location especially if you have full active days.

Amazing location and practical hotel in the middle of the city. Literally 1 min away from first platform of Luzern train station.

Considering the room rate, it was small things that disrupt the experience such as going to reception to pick up a vanity set or a tooth brush.

Great hotel, but reception leaves much to be desired

Beautifully decorated room, very spacious, comfortable, great bed, good shower, great location.

The receptionist Mateo's service was bad. For 3 days we asked him to empty the fridge. He always said that the next day it would be done and it never was done. We gave up asking! We had the impression that he doesn't understand English well, because on the 1st day he said that if we needed something it was possible to buy it at the station. On the 3rd day he asked what we wanted in the fridge. Although we used different terms to make sure he understood, it seems he never did! The air conditioning made a strange noise every hour disturbing sleep. We also asked for it to be checked and the request was never granted. We found the reception service disappointing.

it’s a top location near the station and boats and the city centre. The front desk staff are all very helpful with recommendations for tourist attractions. Catherine in particular was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Just across from the train station which has supermarkets, food and shops. Short walk to the Chapel bridge and Water Tower and other attractions.

Fantastic

The hotel is beautiful and very central. The staff were amazing and full of recommendations for the area. the reception staff helped us book a tour to the Rigi mountain and spa and planned how to get there. the breakfast staff were always so chatty and bubbly. loved this place and would highly recommend
