it was well worth it for quality of the accommodation it was clean, quiet and comfortable
the shower
the shower room was small
and I couldn’t work out how to use the cooling hob

Very very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need, peaceful setting. beautiful comfortable beds. duvets and pillows and lots of storage for hanging clothes etc
The shower was a little unpredictable so we mainly had baths, could easily be sorted im sure.
4.0
Very modern decor and appliances, great location, warm, quiet.
Good WIFI and a TV with a decent sound system were a bonus.
The shower unfortunately was terrible - either freezing or scalding with no in between. Strange choice to go with a low end power shower when the water pressure is so good and combi boiler to get hot water quickly.
Beds not the comfiest or biggest - a king or queen with softer mattress would have been ideal.

Good location, good parking, very clean and nicely furnished! Had everything we needed to cook meals
The WiFi is shocking. It keeps cutting off, and if you have the TV on, don't even bother trying to use it on another device

Great location! Easy bike rides from the property along the beach front. Nice pub just up the front called 'The Jolly Sailor'. House is nice and clean and comfortable.
The wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived and I had to get someone out to reboot it, couldn't find the router and no-one seemed to know where it was or how to reset it. This was a pain as I had to work and also for kids who these days watch movies on line etc.
Minor niggle about no instructions for the hob cooker either. I had a problem getting it to work until I discovered that you have to press the 'unlock' button on it for about 5 seconds. After coming back from a day at the beach all ready to cook dinner it was a bit of a pain having to ring to find out how to work the hob.

Catered well for rentals. Modern and minimalist. Didn’t feel like walking into someone else’s house.
Lovely location for a good walk into Lowestoft. Shop, fish & chips and pubs within a stones throw of the house.
Managing agent avoided question about a late check out on several occasions. Hob and heating complicated to work for a quick stay. Simple instructions to use these rather than trying find the manual would be helpful.

This property is all about location
Very close to the beach and the town of Lowestoft
Great walks and a couple of lovely pubs close by our favourite being the Oddfellows
We liked everthing about the house
Not much to be honest
Maybe arrival could be a bit earlier and departure later but I understand why

The house is lovely, very light and airy, newly refurbished by the look and feel of it and they have done a great job! It's also very well equipped, even with a dishwasher. Very comfortable. The location is exceptional, outside the front door is a green and past that the beach and the sea. There is a great view of this from the main bedroom also. The place is a dogwalkers' paradise! There are sheep in the nearby churchyard. Delightful. In the house, there is a downstairs toilet as well as the bathroom, very useful. Down the road is a fish and chip shop and a two or three nearby pubs serve food,
This is very very picky, but if you have long legs you may struggle to fit the bathroom toilet if you want to sit down! Because of the proximity of the sink! But luckily there is a downstairs toilet as well!
