Breakfast was great, especially the fresh eggs and lovely bread. Was central for our needs.

Perfect location for what we needed

Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Rusty the dog is so sweet and friendly! Location is a bit out of the way, but it's so beautiful and was a good stopping point before driving the rental car back to Auckland airport.
We couldn't really connect to the WiFi, but for one night that was okay.

Prachtig, groot verblijf met mooie keuken met een prachtig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke host, die ons goed hielp.
4.7
Home away from home, everything we needed and more. Loved the extras.
No aircon in 2nd space, which would normally be fine but it was exceptionally hot weather.
4.7
Quiet location. Off the beaten track but easy to find. Friendly host and equally friendly dog. Spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Beautiful property, great location & Rusty the dog a real gem.
4.7
Short trip to Pukekohe where there is everything you need but just far enough out of town to enjoy this rural gem.
All you need is at this location, whether you use it as a place to return from day trips each day or just somewhere to put your feet up. Plenty of room and fresh country air of course. Cook in-house in the kitchen or duck into town for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Not much.

Rusty provided the best welcome ever. Cottage was tranquil, serene and absolutely amazing to look out and see rolling hills and so much green. Hosts were super friendly and marvelous. Cannot recommend highly enough. Loved staying here

The entire property was absolutely beautiful. Keith and Lyn were absolutely spot on & so welcoming to my parents, husband and myself. The hosts had extras which were amazingly helpful e.g milk, fresh eggs, fruit, washing powder …everything you’d need. Rusty was an amazing pet dog. He bought so much happiness and smiles as were missing our dog from back home. The property was very clean, tidy and functional. We will be returning in the future. 10/10 couldn’t fault anything with the accomodation!
Everything was perfect !

Keith and Lyn really have such a beautiful property. Rusty was beyond friendly and well loved by the kids. The location, sunset/sunrise views are exceptional. The comfort and the above and beyond service offered really makes you feel more than welcome. Would definitely stay here again if ever we visited again
Not only being able to stay one night. If the stars aligned I would've stayed longer

Big cosy cottage, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very quiet
The owner is kind and welcoming.
Note that the second bedroom separate from the rest of the cottage (adjacent but you have to go outside to enter it) Not a problem for my 10 and 13yo kids
All was great

Our host Lyn thought of everything we might need. Just like a home away from home, with some nice little touches that went above and beyond what we expected. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, with easy access and very safe and enjoyable for our small dog.
Nothing. It was perfect.

The units were warm, clean and we were in the country. The kids loved Rusty who was exceptionally friendly as well as the chooks. Overall the farm vibe was lovely, we just wished that we had left some time to just chill instead of trying to get so much.
In no way the owner's fault but approaching the driveway at night was a bit hair-raising, especially when you are unfamiliar with the area. The sign gets hidden by a hedge fencing the adjacent property until you get quite close, this combined with no street lighting and cars behind you makes turning off the main road a bit stressful. A light illuminating the sign or a reflector of sorts would probably make approaching the entrance a bit easier. A strong incentive to get 'home' before dark.

Everything was there. Really comfortable.

Fantastic amenities, everything you need and more.
If I may suggest a quick vacuum of window sills to clear off the dead flies.

Not to far from city easy to find vary quiet location had everything we needed.

Lots of parking space for utes and trailers, facilities were very tidy, great location. Not very far away from the motorway and very nice hosts.

Lovely hosts, clean, and the fresh eggs were a great surprise. All the small things had been considered (e.g. salt and pepper and cooking oil), and Rusty the dog was an added bonus 👌
As I was travelling for work, the WiFi cutting out throughout an important morning meeting was less than ideal. I get that this can't always be helped though in rural properties and need to be more mindful of this personally with future business bookings.

We loved our stay here. A lovely spot. Welcoming and helpful hosts.

I like the flexibility of checking in- both times I booked there I arrived early - Lyn & Keith had no problems with early check in…
Thank you Lyn and Keith for being amazing owners-
Rusty is the most friendliest dog I’ve ever met and I’m not keen on dogs.
My husband and I have nothing to fault’ the cottage - Neil felt right at home as he compared it to our Melbourne surroundings- living close to the wineries… Netflix and a glass of Jim Beam kept him relaxed LOL
Would consider staying there again definitely 👍
Just the wifi connection 🤣🤣🤣

It was clean, comfortable, countryside and felt so homely.. The hosts were very lovely and welcoming and the dog was so beautiful.
Nothing.
