This hotel woke me up early in the morning to collect payment from me again after booking.com had already taken money from me. Its been 2months now and they don't want to refund my money. They have failed to refund to booking.com and those ones too have failed to refund me. All just thieves. Do not go to this hotel if you do not want to be defrauded. I want my money back or you will be hearing from me soon.

The hotel is quirky with rooftop swimming pool and restaurant

The bed was excellent. The shower was big.
New sheets and towels every day. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. Stuff was very helpful and friendly.
No aircon or fan. Lots of mosquitoes. Internet cut out from time to time.

clean and comfortable. great staff
noisy and actually far from the airport

low priced accommodation.
cannot really complain because of the low-cost, but:
- rooms are not well maintained
- location (utewala) is bad
- noisy
- breakfast buffet

The beds were comfortable but due to the amount of noise you couldn't sleep.
The location was awful due to the road works and the volume of traffic. It was a very noisy hotel, not only from the streets outside but from within. Music on until 3.30am then a Cockerell started. If you want peace and relaxation don't go. The food was terrible. For a 4 star hotel I expected better.

None
1. Location is not easy to find. Entrance not easy to identify.
2. Room with bad finishing... You should visit the locations that you are associated with.
3. Options at breakfast very limited: tea or coffee or juice, not two. Omelette but no bread while I was offered a cake to eat with the omelette. Everything was done away and served away.
4. In the bathroom, everything is so low that I am convinced that this is not a standard for adult facility.

Only the receptionist was able to help or cooperate.
All the other staffs are not cooperative
The rooms are too noisy due to the flights, traffic, night clubs and next door noise. ( no sound proof)
Too much mosquitoes in the room and previous guests were killed the mosquitos on the wall but never cleaned.
The bathroom is not completely fixed after construction water is leaking from the piston of the comed.
No much channels are provided in the TV.
WiFi was down specially in the night.
The food was not delicious and the price are too high.
