Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, we only had one night here instead of the two we had booked. The communication was excellent throughout with prompt responses. The room was clean and comfortable and we had no issues at all.
We ate at the Cloud 9 restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced; they also serve delicious cocktails.Special mention to the lovely waitress (I forgot her name) who was extremely polite and helpful.
I wish we could have spent more time there so I can give more details

The two-bedroom apartment was huge and perfect for our family. The heated pool was a nice touch. The reception desk was friendly and offered to make change so we would have small bills for Uber, which was so appreciated. The location was convenient.
We stayed for 5 nights and did not have hot water (for baths/showers) the entire time despite informing the hotel. The room itself had some issues like the latches on windows and balcony doors not working, and the bathroom door didn't lock.
There was also communication issues between the restaurant and reception. (Related: Every morning we had to renegotiate the price of breakfast).

The staff were so friendly, the Ambiance.
I think if one books 2 bedroomed apartments it should be able to accommodate 4 pax. I booked the 2 bedroomed and it was only restricted to me. I booked it because I expected to be with my 3 other sisters.

the bed was comfortable and the shower was really hot and had great water pressure
It is under some construction and there is debris around. The photos of the pool area look amazing but it’s crowded, not nice up there. I did not go into the pool. I was sitting outside having a drink and they were closing the pool and dumped two big buckets of chlorine into it, which was very toxic smelling to those sitting around. The parking garage is super small and tight parking, though a staff member was hood at helping me park. the toilet leaked in the night and made the floor super dirty.

Oh the rooms. It was fantastic with family. The staff, Elizabeth and Timothy, great guys.
The Gym closed very early on 25th.

I highly recommend staying here. The staff organised a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The room was lovely - clean, quiet and such a comfortable bed! Choose the option with the breakfast - lots of choice and all fresh and delicious. I also had dinner there which was brilliant too. I used the gym, which had everything I needed, and had a massage which got rid of the knots in my back. all in all, a brilliant place to stay!

The facility is located in a tranquil suburb of the Nairobi throbbing city.
The staff here were extremely warm - help you feel welcome and homey.
Tuesday, break fast was always spectacular [lots of choices].
The rooms have a unique touch of comfort with daily maintenance.
WIFI was always on and with very nice speeds - even for video/conference call [no buffering]
Slightly limited breakfast options.
Noise from the pull on weekends - ruined the morning weekend slumber

Excellent services at Clarence House
The breakfast was exceptional 👌
Room was very clean
Check-in was never confirmed.
No cups/percolator for tea in the room even when sugar and tea bags were availed. Most items were dated, but clean

The room, amenities, excellent breakfast and very warm staff
The internet was slow during that week. The front office informed that the providers were working on it

We did not like anything in this apartment, infact the first day we were already planning to switch to an AIRBNB which we eventualy did after the second night..
The first room (studio)we got was more of a storage room with furnitures and everything crammped all together in a room.According to the description there was a garden view and balcony but that was totally non existent. We were upgraded after we wanted to leave immediately, the room size was ok then but again you had to pay to expensive fee to use the washing machine and the cooker. We were not allowed to smoke at the balcony with warnings plasterd everywhere the entire building. The smoking area at the rooftop was an ugly uncomfortable place (photos to follow). We had payed for six nights but after the second night we left. This place is nothing like described. Before anyone settles on such an expensive and cheap looking place i believe there a way better more better places to stay while in the city. we were more than dissapointed. Photos to follow.

I didn't have breakfast because I was leaving very early. The location of the hotel is very strategic for my movements and travel.
The fact that I couldn't have breakfast due to my own timing.

Security
My purse was stolen but the manager was able to interview the staff and take action. A very scary moment that left me shaken but I praise the manager for doing his work because of that, I will visit again.

Great staff. Good Wi-Fi. Nice view. Cute curtains.
Kitchen dirty and falling apart — and came with a free cockroach.
Microwave controls covered in food residue.
Bathroom was cracking; toilet seat wonky; hot water wasn’t hot.
TV placement renders it essentially unusable and unviewable.

Loved the room and reception service!
The bedsheets and pillow cases felt like they hadn't been changed. They had other people's scent which was gross

Good location.
Hotel confirmed the airport pickup but did not show up.
4.1
Quality of the service, even with limited staff due to the pandemic they have done everything possible to support and provide the best service
internet is of too poor quality to be in a good position to work
