Great location and nice to have four bedrooms without bunks. Worked very well for a family wedding in Park City.

The AC was not working in the home, or at least the air was turned on and it was blowing hot air. We tried to contact the property management but no response. We made it work and it was still nice. One room is wide open which could be uncomfy but it's hidden enough to have space from folks.

This condo was in a great location. The shuttle was steps away from property and main base was about 10 min walk. The property also had a fantastic heated pool, hot tub and sauna which was great after a long day of riding/skiing.
The condo itself was basic but sufficient for all our needs. It was a bit outdated and TVs werent smart capable which was kind of annoying but also not a big deal. Overall the property was clean and management company very responsive. It was also steps away from grocery and liquor store which was very convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a convenient location with easy lift access.

Our family of 4 found this condo last minute for a spring break ski vacation. It had everything we needed and complimented our two adults and two teens with space and comfort. The garage kept our car out of the elements and we were a 5 minute drive away from Park City Mountain Village. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and fire place. Property management was responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely will book again for next spring break.

It was a great location! A great place too!

Condo was clean , but dated … could use a refresh on paint countertops and floors . Other than not enough toilet paper it was overall a good experience. One thing to note the parking was a bit confusing, one of our cars got towed as nothing was said about needing a permit . But the condo paid for the car tow , so all good .

The condo's location is one of the best with close proximity to Fresh Market and other stores. It also is well situated for catching the bus to slopes or waling up, if need be.

The condo was very clean. And I love how close it was to Park City conveniences.

Lots of problems. It was not clean. It was dusty and full of cobwebs and smelled musty. We received notification on day before of work being done on property that was going to create a lot of noise. It was very noisy and there was concrete dust everywhere. Then we received a notification that the water to the entire condo unit was going to be off for the entire day I was able to successfully work with Casago and they moved us to a different condo in Deer Valley. Then everything was much better and vacation was saved!

This condo was all you need for a ski vacation. Clean, big, and super convenient. Everything thing you need was footsteps away. Fresh market, Walgreens, Starbucks and so much more were directly across the street. The bus to Park City Resort was a quick walk, and the ride was literally 2 min. No need to rent a car if you stay at this home. Our family would definitely return. If you are looking for a great breakfast/lunch,
5 Seed is absolutely amazing. Versante for dinner, the pizza is great!!! Hope whoever stays at this home, has as much fun and laughs as we did. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us…

Cameron and AJ were wonderful with assistance. Condo location is perfect for skiing.
4.0 / 5.0
If you can't stay on-mountain, this condo is an easy walk in ski boots to an 8-15 minute bus ride to Park City Mountain, Downtown or the Canyons. We found the free and low-cost transportation in the area to be superb and our group of friends did not need a car.
Fresh Market is just across the street, and a great pub a few blocks away.
The kitchen has everything you need to make dinners at home to enjoy at the big family table in the dining area.
The beds were very comfy and with 2 full baths upstairs it was easy for the occupants of the 4 bedrooms to share.
Check-in was simple with a door code, but be aware that the code is not active till exactly 4:00. However, we found Cameron and the team at Casago to be very responsive to our needs and they worked diligently with us to resolve an issue with the condo that could not have been predicted.

There was no Hot Water or heat at one point and had to keep turning the breakers on for hot water.

I love the location of this condo. It was convenient to buses, the library, theaters, Fresh Market (a wonderful supermarket), and the ski slopes. I also appreciated the layout of the bedrooms and the communal areas. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo, especially when it was snowing hard and we wanted to dry off our clothes quickly. Thank you for providing us with plenty of nice thick towels for our 10-day stay. 8 of us stayed in the unit (at most 5 at any given time).

This is an older property but a perfect location. It is located right across the street from French Market, Starbucks, Walgreens and Chase bank. It is a one minute walk to the free bus shuttle to The Canyons, Main Street and Park City Mountain and other locations. The complex has a great hot tub and pool. The condo is spacious but cozy. It has super fast Wi-Fi with a big kitchen and eating area and lots of pots and pans for cooking. The beds were super comfy. Cameron was incredibly helpful at Casago and gave great customer service. The website stated there are three bathrooms, but it is really two full baths and 1/2 bath. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this condo.

This is an older property, very well maintained. The location is fantastic! Walk accross the street to full market and Walgreens. Bus shuttles on the main street in front of complex. Easy driving to Canyon Village ski area. Upper Canyon Village georgeous newer ski area, lovely shops and restaurants.

We had three couples sharing the condo for a long weekend vacation. It’s a perfect property for families with everything you would need. We were here during the summer so I’m not sure what access looks like for ski areas. We enjoyed walks to Main Street, the grocery store, and coffee shops.

Great location and condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the casago property. It’s in a great location which is just about a mile away from downtown park city. A nice walk during the summer! The place was very nice and accommodated all of our guests well. There was a kind of musty smell when we first entered so I think some cleaning of the carpets is in order soon. Beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen has a good amount of supplies for cooking!

Great location but no A/C for summer rental .
Property location, size and cleanliness were very good. However no air conditioning in the condo. With over 85 degrees in the day the condo was very hot. Many windows did not have screens so unable to leave open for Air. The Property manager was very attentive and did his best to get air blowers but they were very loud and they did not blow cold air.

Nice place but some frustrations - not the value we expected
We booked this location for a few reasons - the number of rooms, nice sized kitchen, and access to a pool./hot tub. Overall we loved the condo and felt the place was well stocked for our stay (besides minimal toilet paper). What was very frustrating was we did not have pool access for half our stay due to not being provided a code for the gate. I called to get a code and was provided the wrong one and the property manager on site was extreemly rude to us when we asked them about it. I was able to get ahold of Casago again and they gave me the code the next day (day 3 of 5). We actually ended up using the pool in the hotel across the street where some friends were staying. We were also told we would be provided extra toilet paper by them dropping it off on our porch but that never happened. The person helping us work through our troubles was very kind and sincere but at the end of the day we deserved a better experience especially at these prices.

Good location
We enjoyed our stay in Park City. Great communication with the management. Although the weather wasn’t warm, the pool was heated and we also enjoyed the hot tub, which was nice. For the price of the place, it was a good stay.

Excellent service, good value
I'd like to thank Cameron and his team for their excellent service and for helping make our stay a great experience over MLK weekend. Park Ave Condos are a great value.

Dated but Cozy,
The condo was in a very convenient location, the beds were very comfortable, older building I'd guess from the 80s. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Living room and dining rooms were nice size for our party of 6, The room temperatures were a challenge first floor chilly second floor roasting, so have the windows cracked at night and all is good.
The condo could definitely use a update.

Good location but no view.
The condo is nice but it was built in the 1970s and needs updating. The management responded immediately when called. If you want to be wowed, this isn't your place. If you want a comfortable home to return to after skiing and hiking, this is for you.

Very nice
The condo was lovely with plenty of room for my family of adults to spread out. There was some confusion surrounding mileage claims but this was the VRBO website not the fault of the property management, however, they have been diligent to rectify the error.

great area and facilities
this condo was very near the bus stop and we got around town well, everyone could go where they wished and no parking problems. The pool area was fun, not too deep but lots of room with 2 hot tubs. great table and chairs for our party of 8, great refrigerator with large freezer and ice and water in the door. We could have used more seating in the living room, but we used the chairs from the table area. Beds were great, decor was fun, great ski racks and coats hanging area. Could use more towel hanging hooks in the main bath. Washer and dryer worked well. Loved it!

Great location!
It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds and great location. Kitchen cookware was lacking and pans are in really rough shape. Missing some kitchen essentials. Other than that great stay and parking was enough which is a bonus in PC old town.

Park City Elopement
Great property, in a very convenient location close to the lifts and town. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Property is an end unit, so nice to have a few more windows and only one neighbor.
