Location, close to daughter's college and near everything else but out of the hustle of things. Safe, friendly, very stylish, and home like in set-up! Rooftop...
The bathroom design was nice, but the shower/doors with details must be cleaned better. That could be a deal breaker. It takes away from the ambiance 😩😩

It was beautiful with a lot of awesome amenities and very affordable!
The pad to key the code in to get in is far from the door so if you are by yourself you have to type and run before it times out and you have to do it again.

Gorgeous building. Great location.
Staff didn’t respond to requests and attempted to rush me out prior to check out. Housekeeper vacuumed at 8am outside our doors. Didn’t allow for our floor to sleep in.

The location was practically next to the convention center which was the primary reason to choose this hotel. However, the major tourist attractions which are around the French Quarter are about a mile away. There is also a nice mall right next to the convention center and the riverside is also very close. I had a room at the penthouse which was big, and nice. The host responded quickly and answered all my questions. I also liked the fact that there were free utensils at the reception (eg. towels) and also a vending machine from CVS pharmacy.
The location is not very close to the tourist attractions. No breakfast availability, no bar or restaurant. I met no physical person working at the hotel except for the cleaners.

We loved that it was very clean, and that it was in a quiet location. It also had a cvs machine inside in case you needed anything!

Schöne Ausstattung und relativ günstige Lage zum French Quarter.
Extremer Straßenlärm der durch die einfachen Fenster kaum abgehalten wird.
Die Smart TV‘s funktionieren nur sehr langsam oder gar nicht.

Parking was scary idea coming int the place not knowing the surroundings was told needed to find parking? It was hurricaning when I arrived ? Not so smooth going as far as that concept?
There was a complete empty parking lot behind us? Had to wake up at 7 to run out to pay parking lot man. He was super helpful ! The night before not knowing where I was not knowing any of area plus the rains?

I liked the style and ambiance of the hotel.
We found dozens of dead ants all over the pillows, bed, and sink. We also found a bunch of hair all over the shower walls.

Bed was comfortable and security to get in and out of building was nice
Staff was non existent and I had to call in just to get a new comforter since mine was stained upon arriving. The room was also nothing like the pictures which is written in fine print on a separate page during booking.

The room was super nice! It was very clean and well organized. I loved the decor and design. Having a Smart TV and a white noise machine was awesome. Dimmable lights were super cool; and, the view was amazing! Location of the property was great; walking distance from a lot of places. Also, pricing was very reasonable for the room. Quiet building as well.
Parking is my only complaint. It appears that it’s a problem throughout New Orleans. But it was annoying. Valet at your facility being $42/day is outrageous. We ended up just paying for street parking through the visit. It was fine; but, since they do have spots in a parking lot, it would’ve been nice if it had been included with the apartment; or, at the very least, cheaper. Hell, we would’ve been happy paying the $42/day IF the parking lot was SELF parking (not janky third party valet) AND had full in/out privileges (even if it was only between certain hours, i.e. 9am-9pm).

So many cars broken into right around the property and the fact that there's hardly ever anyone at the front desk

Location, decor, cleanliness, coffee, ice,
Beside a bridge where homeless community is. Had to walk past there a couple times—not the safest area.

The living area could be more soundproof. The neighbors were totally noisy.

It was right by the convention center. That was great.
The parking situation was horrible. We were finally able to park by the building, Our cars were ok, but other cars on the lot had windows busted out. Apparently this is a common occurrence.
A camping cot would have been better than the beds.

I thought the gym was good, I liked the design of the apartment, the bathroom was nice and clean, linens and pillows were of good quality. I liked the self-serve supplies we could get out of the lobby and the self-service check-in style. I appreciated that the facilities were pet friendly and it was easy to accommodate our dog. The hotel was close to the Quarter and a lot of nice restaurants but was quiet at night even with it being right by the Highway.
My jeep was smashed into on the first night by someone checking to see if I had a gun stored somewhere inside (being in a jeep I unknowingly had made myself an even more tempting target). The only thing they actually stole was some peanut butter snacks I had in my center console, but having to spend time on my vacation getting the window replaced instead of being a tourist isn't an experience I want anyone to repeat. Given that the hotel parking lot was behind the hotel in a semi-lit lot and unguarded (they share their parking spaces with a local parking service that can only afford to guard it on weekends), it would have ironically been much safer to park overnight on the street (and I wouldn't have had to pay +$40 for my spot). Talking to the hotel staffer later, she recommended leaving the windows rolled down as well leaving no valuables in the Jeep itself. Getting that tip earlier, and understanding just how much I was leaving my Jeep vulnerable to a break in, would have probably saved me a lot of frustration. It's unfortunate because I think the hotel has a lot to recommend itself otherwise, but their more self-service style (virtual concierge in the lobby, you'll only see the Valet if you call them to come on-site) makes it a huge negative for anyone that drove there and wants to access to their car throughout their stay. I had to follow the Valet's instructions to find my ticket inside of the lobby desk and then put it on my dashboard myself- we're talking hardcore self service.

Great location. Everything you could need (for the most part)
The TV in the master bedroom didnt work.

Great location and the place was clean and cozy. Everything was great and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I just wished they had more in person staff onsite, and also that the staff onsite were able to answer my questions. They didn't seem to know much about anything, and solved problems by having us call a number. A more personable experience would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, I had a great experience.
Lack of onsite (in person) staff and lack of knowledge/problem solving skills from the staff onsite.
