Newer construction, completed in 2015, this stunning property features gorgeous finishes both in and out. Clean, convenient and price was good for the condo.

Very nice property in a perfect location in South Tahoe. Walking distance to so many options for restaurants and shopping. The condo is in a gated complex with easy in and out access, and parking just in front of the condo. The unit was very large, with plenty of space, and clean rooms & bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen much, but did notice that it was very well stocked with everything you'd need. Highly recommended!

Overall our stay was great. There were just some things that need to be addressed. There was only 1 roll of paper towels. Every other place we have stayed gave us like 3 rolls. The can opener needs to be updated to one that works a little easier! We noticed an electric one in the cabinet, but it did not work. They could use a new set of knives. They were very dull. We have stayed at 2 other places in the same complex that provided beach chairs for there renters. It makes it nice not having to haul that stuff up with you. Also, in the master bathroom, the toilet paper holder kept falling off. The balcony was really dirty. The rug going out to it looked like it had never been washed. The outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced. Some of it is just falling apart. These are not big things, but should be looked into.

The property was clean, organized, and well-appointed. We were a bit worried about parking but found there was sufficient additional parking within the complex. The kitchen and kitchen equipment was great for family meal prep.

Great location! Walk to everything South Lake Tahoe, beaches, boating, restaurants, casinos and shopping. Excellent parking and secure, gated property. Stayed on a busy holiday weekend and everything was truly easy and convenient. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again

Great location, literally a 7 minute walk to the gondola! Huge condo, very clean. We had one minor problem and I called the management company - they actually answered the phone and took care of the issue immediately, which we appreciated. Highly recommended.

One of the cleanest places we've rented and even more spacious than expected. We enjoyed the large kitchen with plenty of prep space, like new pots/ pans & utensils etc. Bonus points for the electric coffee grinder. The shuffleboard table and video games got plenty of use. The host left enough consumables for our group of 5 for the week ( laundry & dishwasher pods, soap, paper towels, garbage bags) The bedroom on the lower level is huge!
We had no issues with the stairs, it was one of the easiest walk ups we've ever stayed at. They are indoors with a railing and we left all our skis & snowboards in the garage. Dumpsters are right outside the building.
Location is a quiet gated community in a area that seemed like a mix of local residences & motels, with a gas station right up the block. It's an easy walk to the village with shopping, dining & gondola ( less than 10 minutes) The Raleys is closed as of winter 2023 ( noted to host to update listing) but there is a new Whole Foods a few miles away. A few other fun places to check out nearby is the South of North Brewery & "Drink Coffee Do Stuff" local coffee shop.
Heat is forced air so it gets a little dry, humidifiers would have been nice. Also, its noted that you can't use the hot tub after hours but there is no hot tub ( hot tub was not listed in amenities but we found it a little confusing).
Host was very responsive to all questions before, during & after the trip so do reach out to them if you have any questions.

This property is great! Located within walking distance to Heavenly and Lakeside Beach. The home itself is spacious and comfortable. We loved our long weekend here!

Great location to both beach and stateline. We came for last minute trip on 4th of July. The property inside is meticulously decorated with above standard furnishings. Kitchen fully equipped including most spices needed. I wish we had looked in all of the cabinets before heading off to the store. We enjoyed the video games and shuffleboard. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. And everything was very clean. We did laundry too, very easy. Two things to know before you go. (1) Parking can be a challenge. We were told we would have two parking spots but that would have been impossible if we had brought a larger group with two cars (we did not) unless we parked in someone’s driveway. We didn’t see off complex parking nearby. (2) be prepared to carry up all of your personal belongings and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. A good work out but to be honest, unexpected. All in all though, we highly recommend this property.

Loved the property and location. Everything is close and within walking distance to Heavenly Village. Property was just as presented on website. Very spacious for 8 adults. We were on top of each other at all. Only downside to this property is the patio off the eating area was covered so we could not sit on patio due to so much snow accumulated. Other than the patio we loved the space and would definitely recommend it to travelers

The most impressive thing was the space 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom. The house was well supplied with all appliances and furniture you may need. It is very close to the beach, casinos, restaurants and entertainments. I strongly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxing time of vacation with family.

Walking distance!
Very nice place, close to town. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We also enjoyed the shuffleboard table. Would recommend to future guests.

Vary disappointing with cleanliness, view, appliances and entertainment!
We booked a 4 night stay because we liked the location as it was walking distance to heavenly ski resort and casinos with a view.
Not only were we disappointed with the view but also the cleanliness and the kitchen appliances.
The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned found toothpaste on the sink and hair in the tub and the plumbing backing up toilets and shower stall . The refrigerator doors did not close properly and food was frozen in the refrigerator compartment The dishwasher shelf and some of the kitchen drawers were broke. The kitchen utensils were old, some broke and pans were not usable due to the teflon was all scratched off of them, didn’t have enough cookware or utensils to make it a functional kitchen . There wasn’t even a broom available to use. With that being said, the cleaning fee of $240 was not included in the original price it was charged after the payment was proceed , there was also a broken dinning chair that looked functional unit you pulled out from under the dinning table , the head peace coming off and the leg was wobbling ready to come off at any minute could of been injured if you didn’t know any better ( a hazard ready to happen) this should of been checked prior to check in . We were looking forwarding to playing the pinball machine as well, unfortunately, that was also broke!!! The shuffleboard was the only entertainment while indoors Lastly, this Condo does not have Mountain View as advertised, the view is of the condo buildings w/ parking lot and garage dumpster in the center court area . Very very disappointing. Will not recommend anyone stay here.
