Located in a prime position in the popular holiday village of Thorpeness stands 1 Westgate, an exceptionally spacious property set over three floors which offers a fantastic holiday experience for families. With large bedrooms and spacious living areas, 1 Westgate is a just a three-minute walk to the beach.
1 Westgate has its own large private garden to the rear which is fantastic for children and adults alike. With access to the Meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness and just around the corner from the popular Dolphin Pub, it is a fantastic property ideal for a family break.

Dining Room: Spacious room with a large dining table with eight chairs and a fireplace – a great place to entertain friends and family
Kitchen: Fully equipped traditional kitchen with electric oven, four gas rings with extractor above, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Breakfast table with four chairs. Views over the garden
Bedroom 1: Double bed with lovely views out to garden. Double doors open out onto rear patio/garden
Ensuite Bathroom: Bath with shower, washbasin, wc
First Floor
Living Room: Divided into two stylish sitting areas, one of which has a sofa and chairs close to the well-stocked library; the other with comfortable sofas with a TV and wood burner. View of the ‘House in the Clouds' over the trees
