Exceptional breakfast. Attention to detail with every aspect of the stay. Very clean. Friendly and professional. Easy check in and parking.
Quite warm in the room as the three windows faced the same direction and it was hard to get any air flowing through the room. But there was an air conditioning unit if we needed it.

The exceptionally well designed, purpose built guest house provided us with everything we needed for our short stay. The room was adequately sized with an excellent shower room. The whole property was in pristine condition as if it had just been built and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were good and organised in an efficient, imaginative and hygienic fashion. The addition of an option of a pain au chocolat or a croissant would have been a nice touch. There is adequate parking on the property and from our room we didn't hear any traffic noise. The litmus test, of course, is; if we returned to Suffolk would we book again? Yes, absolutely.

Couldn’t have met nicer people. It was one of the most enjoyable stays that I have had in a long long time. The place was absolutely lovely.

Superb Bed and Breakfast which exceeded all expectations. Room was spotless, very quiet and peaceful with ample car parking in an out of town location. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Host Karen very friendly and so welcoming has everything under control with such attention to detail from arrival to departure. Deservedly called a ‘Gem’.
Nothing adverse to report.

The Tirah was truly exceptional … the room was a generous size, immaculately presented and cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was also quite special, a good choice well presented a delicious - especially the smoked salmon. The proprietor was professional, friendly and appropriately attentive. All in all the very best of the many b&bs we’ve stayed in throughout the UK!

The breakfast was amazing with an incredible choice, which included fruit, yoghurts and a full English with homemade preserves. Karen, the owner has put a great deal of thought into her guest house. She was a good host. We were very impressed by the whole set up. We would recommend Tirah to our friends and family. Brilliant.

Karen was a warm, friendly and welcoming host. The purpose -built accommodation was very clean, nicely decorated throughout and well maintained, in fact you could be forgiven for thinking it was brand new. There was plenty of parking right on the doorstep, accommodation for people with disability, including good lighting options for those with sight impairment as well as easy access for those with mobility issues. Karen's personal accommodation is a separate building within the grounds. Our room was nicely decorated and had mirrors, (including a full length one), that had been mounted in optimal positions for light, hairdryer socket etc. The bed was very comfortable and because of the location of Tirah, it was very peaceful both during the night and in the daytime. The bathroom had everything you could need including places to store your toiletries and most importantly, a powerful, easy to use shower. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a good choice. There were a number of tables in the dining space so no having to share a table with complete strangers! Everywhere smelt fresh and clean too. We would definitely stay at Tirah again.
The only thing we were sad about was having to leave

Freshly cooked breakfast; varied choices and served in a very clean, airy area of the kitchen.
Comfortable, relaxing chairs - two - in our room and a large shower with great pressure. Bed was very comfortable though this is of course subjective to everyone.
Not down to B&B but very dark road at this time of the year; owner has done her best to provide good signage for seeing the entrance however which does help.

Breakfasts were excellent, room very comfortable and lovely and clean. We will be returning soon when next working nearby. Parking for our vehicles was very convenient. Couldn't fault it,
