You are just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools from the patio of this convenient first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! An easy one-level design, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Love being on the first floor- it’s a great location. Place has been updated recently. Kids love staying there!

Love being on the bottom floor which gives easier access to the beach. Love the two rooms and tvs. Quick walk to the boardwalk or cvs, Dunkin, and our favorite restaurant, Fins.

Location is great, but it's a dated property with some improvements (e.g., new appliances). It is quite spacious which is great, with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor.
Wifi was not working (Vacasa customer support did not answer during our stay of 3 nights), doors to bathrooms and rooms were very hard to close, the cover for the water heater was loose, pretty dangerous for little ones.

nice location with seaview. spacious. property would benefit from privacy curtains in living room. while the beds in master bedroom were great, the mattress in kids room could use upgrade. kitchen/cooking equipment barebones but dishes/glasses plentiful. nice furnishings and flooring

Loved walking right out to the main patio toward the beach and pool areas. Large spacious condos. Lots of amenities within the sea colony itself. Close to attractions and restaurants

Love all of the upgrades, this was our second year coming and everything was perfect. Thank you! Please contact me if the unit is available the same week next year. I can’t find it. Thanks! Oh and we donated a broom!

Cute beachfront condo
Was pleasantly surprised the renovations were completed before our stay. Beautiful bathrooms, Comfy couch, nice floors. Clean condo, with the perfect location. Walk right out to the beach and pool! Loved the amenities of Sea Colony! Broken dishwasher, but maintenance came same day. Would recommend a new bed frame for full bed in bunk room as it was very wobbly. Other than that no complaints. Look forward to visiting again!

Very Disappointing
We have vacationed at Sea Colony for 14 years and always had positive experiences until this year. Condo was dirty, not maintained, peeling paint, delaminated vanities, mold in bathrooms and living room ceilings, cheap beds, cheap furniture, broken desk furniture, and even the coffee pot didn’t work … Super disappointing!!
