Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Perfect location to pools and the beach. Very toddler friendly.

View and roomy were great. Not nearly enough towels, or hand towels, and ONE washcloth for eight of us. Two lamps had burned out bulbs and I asked for replacement for at least one of them but none ever showed, after being told someone would take care of it. Only one bath mat (two showers).

We've stayed at this place twice in the past, but it has fallen into a bit of disrepair. Bathroom drains aren't working well. Several lightbulbs were burned out and, in general, there isn't enough light in the unit at night. There's a mirror missing in one of the bathrooms, and some of the wall art was on the floor. And the unit was not all that clean when we checked in. Floors and counters were sticky. Finally, we weren't provided a full set of towels. To be fair, when we called Vacasa, they responded to the plumbing issues and towels promptly. So that was good. But I think if they made some relatively minor repairs and refreshes to the unit, it would be excellent.

Loved the view & the location .
The bathrooms need serious updating, the pots and pans need replacement the surface coating were all scratched very toxic , the master bedroom had a king size bed that was TOO HIGH if your under 6’. I needed help to get up & down off of it (there was no stepping stool), the tv in the master was too low and not working, had to call vacassa to fix, the coffee table on the living room was tilted and unusable, the mirror on the 2nd bathroom was ripped off the wall sitting on the ledge & The AC was extremely LOUD .
Sorry but I won’t stay here again unless the above is addressed.

View was great, location great for walking to the boardwalk. Pools are are very well kept and clean. This home, however, is in desperate need of some major updates, replacements and deep cleaning.

Our whole family (5 adults plus 1-year old baby) found 710 Dover House to be very comfortable with its open common areas, all standard amenities, and beautiful view.

This location was perfect for my family + my sons girlfriend. Everyone enjoyed the view and being on the beach! The view was outstanding. Sheets and bath towels were provided as well as extras. All the furniture was comfortable as well as the beds and VERY CLEAN! Hope to come back again some day!

Family Beach Trip
I loved the gorgeous view, the wrap balcony and being close to the pool. And I really enjoyed being able to easily access the beach for early morning sunrise walks. This was a 3 bedroom condo so everyone had their own space. The open floor plan was great so you could still have conversations while preparing food. Two and a half baths was an added bonus. Only one issue - the toilet in one of the bathrooms leaked at the base. We called maintenance and they were able to fix it quickly. They cleaned up and provided additional towels. The location is close to restaurants within walking distance making it so convenient. Overall it was a great vacation. I would recommend and stay here again.

Nice, overall
The kitchen and living area are very nice. (Although the couch has feather-filled pillows and feathers were all over the carpet.) The bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updating. The condo was not as stocked with basic items like laundry detergent, dish soap, dish towels. I know these weren't listed, but many condos at this price point often have kitchen and bathroom items for guests.

Very Nice
This condo has a spectacular view. The king bed is to high to get into if you're height challenged. The bathrooms could use some up dating. Coffee maker is a cafe type, no k-cup. Not much in cooking utensils, if you plan on eating in often. Totally enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo and the view totally out weigh the small things. 🏖️🌊🔆

Not ready and NOT clean - This gem needs to be polished ( a lot)
Our family booked a partial-week stay at this property, from a Wed-Sat. We arrived around 1pm and went to the rental office to see if there was a chance we could check-in anytime prior to the 4pm check-in time since the last renters had checked-out several days before. The answer was a gruff NO and I was told that checking in even 1 minute early was impossible - there was nothing they could/would do. I was taken aback by their complete inflexibility given the mid-week check-in. At 4pm when I entered the unit I was hit with a horrible smell and saw food and trash strewn all over the floor. The unit had not been cleaned after the last guests left days before. The previous guests had left the unit with pieces of food covering the floors, counters & carpets, sticky spots of juice and milk on every surface, sofa cushions scattered on the filthy floor, food in the fridge, and trash cans overflowing with dirty diapers. It was so gross, I could not even find a clean spot to sit my luggage down. I quickly called the Vacasa property manager and they were able to get a cleaning crew out within 30 minutes. 35 minutes later the cleaning crew was done. The 2 person crew did a very basic wipe down of most surfaces and a quick swipe with a carpet vacuum. To clean the floors, they took a damp towel and pushed it around with a broom. The unit was NOT what I would consider clean and was definitely not the advertised "Enhanced Covid Clean". I spent a portion of my first evening scrubbing the kitchen sink, cleaning the showers of the hair and left-behind bars of soap, sweeping sand out of the bedroom carpet and wiping the sticky substances off of the kitchen cabinet doors to remove the ick factor and make it livable. I was refunded the cleaning fee as compensation.
Aside from that, the unit has amazing views and was the perfect size for my family of 5. Having the extra half bath was great. The unit could be truly lovely, but it desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning. The shower walls & curtain in the master bathroom had mold on it, all sinks have crust around the spigot handles, the water barely trickles out of the master bath showerhead. The sofa has stains, the carpets are filthy and need shampooed. Everything is dingy. The bathrooms need updating to bring them up to the level of the rest of the unit. It is a shame, because it could be a beautiful place after a deep clean and some better upkeep. Vacasa is unorganized & not well managed.
