Our room was away from the main road and very quiet.
Having washing/drying facilities in the unit was great

Best place to stay in Albany.
Nothing

Separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen
Filling the kettle from the tap was a bit tricky.
Some filling, sanding and painting where fittings have been removed/changed would make it look nicer but it didn't affect the comfort of the unit.

Location was perfect for our sporting weekend and close to shops
No chromecast to access more programs, more so for kids

There were a couple of little issues and they were fixed quickly without any issue. The complex has about 50 or so units. This unit is set well back from the road. Under cover parking beside unit. No noise.
The WiFi connection was not very good. It was reset but that didn't last the length of time we stayed there. I think the modem needs to be in the unit.

Good value for money, comfortable beds, accomodating hosts.
Internet a little slow. Front of stove needs fixing.

Very clean and cosy
Would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the bedroom.as it was a bit chilly on one night.other than that very clean and comfortable.

Attention to cleanliness could have been better. The windows were very dirty particularly outside. The kitchen cupboards had doors falling off and the bench top was chipped. The Wi-Fi often dropped out and was very slow. It is most unusual to have clear glass in the bathroom, so we generally kept the blind down as it faced the roadway.

Extra blanket needed.

They advertise free Wifi, even though they know that their Wifi is a sham and can't even open Google sometimes. And if the false advertising wasn't bad enough, what's worse is their customer service. When I spoke with Gavin (the property manager) about the Wifi, his response was "We know that the Wifi can be a problem but sorry, there's nothing that can be done about it." That's it - no attempt to find a solution, no attempt to even show that he gives a damn about living up to the promises that his company has made to customers prior to them booking. Gavin's attitude can be summed up as: "We've already got your money, so I really don't care whether or not you get what you paid for". Sorry mate - but if you advertise free Wifi, you can't simply wash your hands off the problem. You have the legal and moral obligation to deliver on the promises you've made to customers prior to them booking. If you already know that your Wifi is a problem and is basically unusable, then why do you keep advertising that you have free Wifi?
Update: Gavin's response to my review sums up his entire attitude towards his guests. Let's start with the classic politician's non-apology: "I am sorry that you feel this way." He's not sorry that he practices false advertising. He is only sorry that "I feel this way".
Next, he goes on to suggest that the fact that we were having problems with the data on our phone shows that the Wifi is not his problem. Mate - I didn't pay Telstra to stay at your place. I paid you. Telstra didn't promise that I was going to get a working Wifi connection at your place. You did. If you know that Telstra's Internet connectivity can be a problem, and it's clear from your response to me that you have known this for a long time, why haven't you done anything about it?
