I enthusiastically suggest Jackson Rental Properties, particularly for groups needing ample space. Despite encountering a minor issue, their prompt response was commendable.

Everything was wonderful just a little hot at night and I will most definitely stay again

The house was very nice although there were only 19 forks in the kitchen and it is supposed to house over 30 guests. Contract that we signed said checkout was 11 central time but they enforced a 10 eastern exit time with several pre-written messages. When we asked about it, we got another non-answer. They were at out door before 9:30 to start the cleanup process! At the last minute we were told there were no blankets. We made room in crowded vehicles for blankets (one family had 8 people in their vehicle) and we found the beds had blankets plus extras in drawers. They said to clean the grill after use but it was so filthy, it took a lot of time to clean it up to use. When we arrived the back door on one of the bedrooms was wide open and the couple that stayed in that room had a mouse that kept them up at night. Although the place was nice, they definitely need to improve their communication. We don't plan to ever intend to rent from that company again!

The cabin has a large kitchen with plenty of seating and double ovens and refrigerator which helps with a large group of teenagers with snacks. It was affordably priced, most we looked at were upwards of $10,000 for that size. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors in the kitchen were sticky and the some of the bathrooms had to be cleaned before being used, especially the bathtubs. Our feet were black when we walked on the floor without shoes and we had to wash them before going to bed. The floors are also incredibly squeaky with every step and although it was helpful to know where to kiss were at any moment, it made midnight bathroom runs an event that woke the entire floor. It wasn't enough to keep us from renting it again because all the other properties were much more expensive and we could not have afforded the trip if we hadn't found this one.

Our stay wag great! Plenty of space for the 20 of us. Literally 2 of everything made ot so much easier to maneuver around. Love the big family table and outdoor seating. Only gripe is the bbq grill was filthy on arrival and it caused us to waste food, the connect 4 game didnt have the pieces it should and the wifi needed clearer instructions to get going. Also there was someone that tried to come in the house saying they had gotten a work order. That was a little scary because i would expect that to be commuicated through the property manager. Other than that it was a great location and a beautiful time. Would recommend and come back.

The home was beautiful. Could definitely use some updates, especially in the bathroom showers but we had plenty of space for our party of 10. They do not leave many (or any) start up items, like garbage bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, coffee filters, shampoo/cond, etc, so you definitely have to make an immediate grocery trip. The parking lot/spaces are terrible, way too small & crowded for the area. We had trucks & were blocked in numerous days by other nearby guests. But our overall stay was good. Other than location & parking, we would probably stay there again. with a large party.

The house was awesome. Plenty of room for our group. The kitchen had most anything you would need.

This property was perfect for our large group. Having the dual dishwashers/ fridges/ ovens made cooking and food preparation easy! The kids enjoyed the downstairs games and the bunk rooms. The cabin and hot tubs were clean when we arrived and check in / check out was easy through the portal. The only advice we have for people going up is to bring your own oven mitts — there wasn’t any there.

10 co-workers stayed here for a company retreat. It was wonderful! We could have easily doubled our guest count and still felt comfortable in this spacious home. The kitchen was so well stocked with plenty of everything. Having two of each major appliance, especially refrigerators, allowed for easy cooking for a crowd and easy cleanup, too. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great. The large open living/dining/kitchen area made it easy for us to all gather comfortably. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted to see and do - the downtown area, the arts & crafts district, and the grocery store were all very easily accessible. There are three large cabins right next to each other so it is not secluded and private, if that's important to you. We were fine with other guests in close proximity. One of the hot tubs was not working when we arrived and they had a technician there very quickly - within the hour - to resolve the problem. We were very happy and would highly recommend this rental.

Very roomy, but homes are packed in like sardines, parking is plentiful, but tight. Many minor things need to be fixed. Overall a nice place for a large family or a group of people.

We really enjoyed this trip and had a great time. We had 21 people in our group. In my opinion it would be tough to fit more people than that. Over all everything was very good.

We had a great time, and the cabin provided a relaxing getaway close enough to town. Overall the experience was fine. We could not lower the temperature in the cabin below 75°, which was very uncomfortable, especially as we had multiple infants seven weeks to 7 months old. We only had other minor inconveniences that were taken care of, and they gave us tickets to a show to make up for the trouble, which was very nice!

The property was very clrean could use some updates and maybe some plastic containers to store your food

Nice cabin, room to spread out. The cabin is 3 stories. There’s only 1 bedroom on the main floor. The description states game room upstairs but it’s downstairs which led me to believe there were only 2 stories and more bedrooms would be on the main floor. We needed another room without stairs but we made do and the trip was successful. Not all tvs in bedrooms worked on the 3rd floor due to missing remote or non working remote.

House is as advertised — superb. Management company is no frills. Doesn’t provide for instance shampoo, coffee filters, extra trash bags. But great stay nonetheless.

The house we stayed in was awesome. Plenty of room for everybody. Needed a few little upgrades but when you have handymen with you, we took care of it. Parking was a little tight but overall it was a great property

We were in town with our Lady Tigers Soccer Team for a tournament. It was an amazing property and it met all of our needs. Plenty of room for the team, lots of areas for the girls to bond and hang out, and enough room for them to all eat together! It was also right around the corner from the soccer complex. I highly recommend this property!

Celebrate
Booking this property was easy. The lodge is huge and offers a great layout. Everything was clean when we arrived. One of our refrigerators was not properly cooling. One of the hot tubs was only filled half way. We did call for service on the refrigerator. The service was scheduled but I don't believe they did make it out to fix the issue.

Great family vacation
More pros than cons
This place is absolutely beautiful, huge and was wonderful! Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The rooms are bug, we loved that everyone had their own bathroom! The hot tubs were clean! We had 16 ppl including 4 toddlers and there was plenty of room! Tge cons: the floors were dirty, we couldn't walk barefoot or our feet would be black with dirt and grit, the dishwashers were slanted forward, the couches were so wore out the pleather was rubbed off. The baseboard at the half bathroom was loose, the futon in the bedroom on the main floor had numerous stains, the dryer would turn on but not get hot. It really needs updated.

Great for large groups
The house is big with large bedrooms and central meeting area that includes the kitchen and two seating areas. We had 18 adults and it never felt crowded. One of the 3 AC units did not work when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it the following day. The only real negative are the kitchen appliances. The refrigerators were okay, but the drawers in the dishwashers would come off the tracks, especially when full. The handle to one of the ovens felt like it was about to fall off. Other than that, a very pleasant stay!

Very disappointed with 807 Spirit Loop Way and Jackson Mountain Homes!
We arrived Friday to see that the oven door was broken. Also found that the garbage disposal did not work, the floors were so filthy that they turned our feet black on the bottom. No soap bars in the master bath, both dishwashers were not secured in place, one refrigerator had a non-working water line, one toaster was broken, at least one bathtub had dripping faucets, the dryer didn’t dry well, the pool table had ripped felt and the pool cues had no tips, the air hockey table was broken, and the outside furniture on the decks was filthy too. Light fixtures were very dirty too. One bathroom exhaust fan was burned out too! I definitely would not rent this property at 807 Spirit Loop Way, in Gatlinburg, TN. I will say the maintenance people came over 3 times and fixed what they could. They were nice but the owners must not care about this property!

I wanted to love this place.
The paperwork portion of the rental process was the most tedious process yet and took multiple phone calls and emails to sort out. Most of the cabin was clean. I was disappointed to discover upon arriving that the cabin is in what I consider a cabin-condo compound. There are cabins basically built within inches of each other and the “driveway” is a full blown parking lot. I was expecting a little more of a private cabin experience. And to add to my “excitement” of the close proximity of other tourists, Someone was shooting air soft bbs onto our deck from a neighboring cabin. We kept finding piles of these bb’s on our deck.
Arriving at the cabin after getting over the shock of the cramped location, we were eager to check out the hot tubs. 1 wasn’t on and wouldn’t turn on, the 2nd was functioning but was cosmetically lacking. The outer portion was busted with insulation and other parts hanging out. None of the gas logs worked, and if they are working there are no operating instructions for lighting them so we didn’t get to use those either.
The kitchen was roomy, I did love the large table, I did not love that both ovens weren’t super clean.
At one point during our stay the sheet came off of our bed which led to the discovery of a blood stained mattress topper (🤢). That was the final straw for me. I usually give great ratings, but this property wasn’t exactly what we were expecting. If you’re looking for luxury this is NOT the rental for you. If you’re looking for a place to stay with a group of people to literally chill in a cold hot tub then this is the property for you. Overall the cabin served its purpose but it could use some TLC, definitely a clean mattress topper, some instructions for operating the “amenities” that work, and maybe a bit more disclosure about where the property is located.

Not the best
This property was falling apart. When of the freezers was frozen solid as to the icemaker one of the stoves came apart as we were trying to cook plus it had a large crack in the glass top the pool table was falling apart when of the hot tubs didn't work it took 3 days to get it working when of the fireplaces in 1 of the rooms never worked and the Room stayed cold and the people actually left early because of it. The owners of this property need to put some money into it because it's just getting run down and there never doing any repairs
