Pathetic front desk experience!

Location is good! Overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok, nothing exceptional but not bad either! Room and bathroom were okay.

Bathroom was not very much clean. It’s just okay. But the worst part was the front desk lady named Janiel who was there at the time of checking in! We reached the hotel around 11 pm or so (informed the property front desk well in advance about that). But when we went to the front desk for checking in, the front desk lady was continuously speaking on a phone and neither she bothered even once to greet us nor to address us and say at least to wait for few minutes while she was on the phone. Instead she was acting like as if we did not exist at all! We had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes (could be more but definitely not less than that) like that before she hung up and finally got the time to attend us! Even at that point also, she did not even apologize for once for keeping us waiting for so long! Such a great manner and courtesy she had for the guests! Horrible experience!

Nice hotel wish it wasn’t as far off the parkway

The room was spacious & clean.

The walk to the parkway was a little far. Breakfast was ok.

Overall, our stay was great.

Didn't have breakfast. Location is great.

The carpet in our was damp for our entire stay. It caused the room to be very humid. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The Fairfield was an awesome place to stay for our long weekend in the area.

The Fairfield was a very clean property and was close to everything Gatlinburg.

Nothing about the property, but after a long day of walking it was a little bit of a hike up to the Fairfield from the Parkway. We just opted to drive down the hill closer to the parkway and pay to park so we wouldn’t have to walk so far back uphill.

Distance to town was not great, but there was a trolley stop across the street, so that made up for it. Also, the room had a strong cologne fragrance, but I think it was to cover the smell of the HVAC system. When it came on, there was an awful dust smell that gradually faded. However, it was very clean.

Hotel needs improvements at breakfast

The bed is comfortable. The shower is good, the bathroom is large and very clean.

We didn't like breakfast, the pancake machine takes too long and there's only one, causing a lot of waiting. The bread toaster also has only one, causing a lot of queuing and waiting. They should invest more in equipment for making pancakes and toasting bread. Very difficult to have breakfast with the family. The bedroom floors have carpet. This is bad for people with allergies

It was a great stay except the bed was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed eating breakfast every morning when they served bacon.

The bed in the room was too hard. It wasn’t comfortable and back was hurting almost every night. Tried putting an extra blanket under the sheets but still the bed was very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

There were many issues during our stay. First off the jacuzzi was closed, there was no fan in the bathroom, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and only two towels.

Great Vacation!!!!!!

The location was great and the room exceeded our expectations. I must say hats off to the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. We were heading home and just entering the state of Kentucky when we realized that we had left personal documents in our room. We immediately called the hotel and informed them or our mishap. The manager informed us that she already had our information locked in her office. Furthermore, she explained that they use a program called "ileftmystuff.com" for times like this. The manager emailed the link, we submitted the required information, selected how we wanted our information returned and in less than 30 minutes received a tracking conformation number. The process was quick, easy and a big relief.

The Breakfast was not Good and the Mattress and the sofa bed not Good. And for the Price that I pay . I stay many times at the Marriots Before and no complaints but this location I would no stay again. The Employees are very Nice. That I can say about .

AWESOME STAY

breakfast was awesome and the rooms were really clean. The location was perfect. we were literally 4 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The fire pit outside the breakfast area was amazing as well :)

I was charged twice through booking and its been two weeks and STILL YET TO HAVE RECIEVED MY REFUND AS PROMISED. BOOKING HAS BEEN WAITING ON THE COMPANY/MANAGER TO RESPOND AND STILL NOTHING. IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT.

it was quite and close to the gatlinburg trolly stop across the street and close to the Smokey mountain national park

the hot tub was not controlled well, there were a ton of high school kids that took over the hot tub area all night. There’s a sign saying limit of 8 people in the hot tub and there was definitely more than that. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. They didn’t come clean our room or give new sheets/towels at all during our stay Sunday-Wednesday. We had to ask for towels at the front desk. There was an extra charge of $20 a night that they take upfront and will refund 3-5 days after you checkout. They did not explain that to us when we checked in. It would have been nice to be informed instead of question the bank withdrawal amount
