I won't ever go to that prison again

I just liked the room the cleaning lady was muce

That it felt like I was in prison and security watched me more then the people who was walking around they would follow me in there truck some looked like real cops made me very uncomfortable

Worst Hotel Management in Phoenix

Not Much , Staff accused me of Raping some Girl , when they absolutely had zero Evidence and didnt call the Police and make a Police report. To say the least , they will unfortunately have to answer to my Counsel and a Court of Law

This is my go to when I need a place to feel like I'm at home when I'm away from home.

The staff and security staff are amazing always on top of everything. If you have an issue they kindly offer to work with you. The property is quite and clean all the time. This is my favorite hotel and my first go to when need a hotel.

There's nothing I didn't like. This is honestly the best hotel I've stayed at.

We were able to swap rooms when we realized that the first nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, but the second room also smelled like smoke.

The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, we asked to swap to a different room but that one also smelled like cigarettes. There were two small cockroaches in the room, and the pillows were very thin/ uncomfortable.

They had Cable and comfy beds. They also had a fridge and freezer as well as a microwave. It was also mostly quiet. People leave you alone for the most part.

Too expensive for what we got but they had a fridge and microwave so that's better than the Travel Inn across the street. The security kicks people out for the dumbest things. They are kinda nosy as well.

Lots of activity going on outside the hotel. We ended up not saying here because we found other accommodations but it didn’t feel like it was in the safest of locations. Staff in the front is very helpful.

I feared for my life and wellness during my stay.

Nothing to be honest.

The area is dangerous. Some clients wore guns on their waist which made me uncomfortable. There were insects inside the room.

the guy behind the bullet proof glazing at the office was nice to complete my refund.

It was the worst hotel I have ever checked into. Room reeked of smoke, top blanket of bed had dozens of cigarette burn marks, floors were disgusting. The deadbolt of the door had been kicked in. We were concerned for our health and safety and immediately asked for a refund.
