Location, amenities, beds and the drive is very narrow so be careful. Very nice place👍

A group of friends from around the country. We found this space to provide plenty of beds and two full bathrooms. We thought we would use the kitchen more, but we didn’t. The living room area was very comfortable for hanging out and talking.

We loved the location, everything is very accessible from our spot. It’s a quiet street, and we felt safe. The house is clean, but not the comfiest bedding (sheets and bed covers are a very synthetic material) . If that’s not a non negotiable for you then then you should be fine. We had a great time and would come back.

Great place to stay with a large group. Plenty of room for all. My only suggestion is more dressers to store clothing. Great overall. Great neighborhood and easy walk to area.

My Friends and I from NY were in for a long weekend wedding. Place is in a great location with restaurants and bars on King Street ~15 minute walk away. Very clean (including bathrooms), plenty of towels/blankets for a group of 7. Check in process was easy. Would definitely recommend for groups looking to stay in Charlston.

This location, size, and layout were perfectly suited to our needs for a quick working vacation in downtown Charleston with five adults and two small kids. There was plenty of room for the whole crew, with several extra beds, washer/dryer, and small but modern kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was very welcoming upon arrival and the Vacasa text system ensured that any issues could be dealt with promptly. But we did not encounter any problems whatsoever, thankfully.

Scratched up car driving in from the narrow driveway and bushes on both side. It is by no means a 4 car parking in back. We had no tv. Had to call for repair. He came but still no decent service. That was 6 days. We were asked to strip beds where we discovered blood stains in the back room on the mattress. The pillows are extremely flat. The trip was one we had looked forward to. The inconvenience issues subtracted major point from rebooking at that location. 3 stars are for convenience and room space.

It is what it is- an older home in the city. Parking is tight, but it’s super convenient to everything you want to do. Very comfy beds. Traffic out front got loud at times but we were so tired from sight seeing that we didn’t mind.

The house was great for our group of 7 for two nights! The location is great - walkable to Upper King and lots of yummy food / coffee options near by. The house is old but charming and the price felt very fair for the location and number of beds. I would return!

The house is very centrally located near a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Very comfortable beds. Enough parking for our cars. We enjoyed our stay very much. The wifi sometimes is spotty. Vacasa team responded to all our needs very quickly.

This property was perfect for our girls getaway! We had 8 people and the apartment fit our group perfectly. The location was superb, within walking distance to King Street and lots of great lunch and coffee spots. The management team was very communicative and helpful with our check in. I would highly recommend this property for any group looking for a great stay in Charleston!

This was a great place to stay in Charleston! It is clearly some level of historical based on construction and architecture, and the things that come along with a home that has been upgraded and modern amenities added though the years. Has a very Charleston look and feel to it, and the parking in the back was great for our smaller SUVs!

We enjoyed the character of the home and neighborhood. Although one way streets make driving interesting, gps made everything a reasonable drive.
House was clean. Beds and linens were excellent.

The rental process was easy and the local representatives checked on us. The property was very nice and looked like the pictures. It was great to stay in an authentic older Charleston, South Carolina home (updated nicely).

This property needs a good bit of improvement.

This place needs so much work. There is mold on the walls. Literally, mold where water has come in and never dealt with at all. That is dangerous. I could see the ground underneath the house through one of the vents. When we turned the heat on, one bedroom had cold air blasting into it like a meat locker, and the other was like a sauna. The third bedroom had mold, so you can’t sleep there. There are no curtains on the living room windows, so you cannot sleep there and everyone can look in to see what you have to steal. There is no full length mirror, one bathroom does not have a plug, the is only one mirror with any plug near it, the garbage can was filthy and hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the walls need to be repaired. It was terrible. Vacasa moved us to another place after our second night, which was helpful, but it cost us most of a day going back and forth to coordinate the move, packing up everything we had unpacked already, moving, hauling our stuff upstairs, and unpacking in the new place, which then had it’s own problems. I have stayed in other Vrbo properties. I have never experienced anything like this. This listing should be removed until the mold is remediated, the HVAC is fixed, and all the other repairs are made. This place really negatively effected our stay.

We loved being close to so much in Charleston. The beds were comfortable and the living room was big enough for all of us to gather and play games. Loved having a Keurig! Thank you for the memorable stay.

Our stay coincided with Ian’s South Carolina landfall. We were worried that would put a damper on things but found the home to be very cozy, accurately described and no flooding to be found in the surrounding neighborhood (a rarity for downtown Charleston). Communication with host was superb and they were quick to respond. 5 stars

This house slept 10 of us for a girls trip. Cozy beds. Amazing black out curtains. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen has basics. They provide starters like paper towels. If you plan to really cook, bring some supplies. 2 full bathrooms and were needed w girls! Close and walkable to king street. Cute area. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing it needs is an extra trashcan.

Great location!
Loved this spacious, beautiful spot that had a great location downtown! It was clean and a great access point for getting out and exploring the beautiful city!

Location!
Wonderful space and location. The house was decorated beautifully and has lots of natural sunlight. Many beds to comfortably fit 11 of us and a trundle if there was a 12th. Kitchen is decently equipped for basic cooking needs. Impeccable location in walking distance to King Street or a short Uber ride to downtown.

"66th" Birthday Celebration
This warm historical spacious home was just right for my birthday celebration with my 3 lady friends(total guest 4). Adequate bedding and privacy for each guest, the bed rms was large enough to hold 2 king size beds in each rm. One rm had a full size bed along with a twin size sofa type bed. 2 full bath rms was a plus. Private parking on property. Quite community.

Not a great experience.
Check in experience was not good, management company provided the incorrect code for the door. I was unable to get in for over an hour. Also the receptionist wasn’t very nice or helpful. The house is beautiful but the temperature never got below 79 degrees. I understand old homes are difficult to cool but we were miserable especially at night trying to sleep. The cleanliness of the house was mediocre, there was hair in the bathrooms and food on the kitchen floor. Also the trash cans outside were overflowing. The location of the house is great. I would suggest renting this house in the fall or winter.

Nice Stay!
The space is bigger than it appears in picture. It was comfortable for 11 of us that were there for the weekend. Management team was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing house!
My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was amazing! The house was super clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect.. close enough to downtown but far enough away to where it was quiet late at night. Very sweet and safe street. Quick 5 minute uber to all bars and restaurants/shopping or a 20 min walk. We loved it soo much!!! Thank you for a great stay!!
