This detached cottage rests in Moortown near Caistor, Lincolnshire. and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms.
Moortown House is a Visit England accredited detached cottage resting in Moortown near Caistor in Lincolnshire. Hosting six bedrooms; Six bedrooms: 1 x super-king, 3 x king-size, 2 x twin on ground floor, along with a ground-floor shower room, bathroom and shower room on the first floor, this property can sleep up to 12 guests. There is a kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. To the outside, there is private grounds with a lawn, tennis court, barbecue and summer house, indoor heated garden swimming pool, while ample off-road parking is available. Moortown House is a fantastic getaway escape for a large group trip to Lincolnshire.
Amenities: Eco biomass heating and solar panels. Double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Private grounds with lawn, tennis court, fire pit and playground area. One well behaved pet welcome for all bookings. No smoking allowed. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: There is a lake next to the property, please supervise children at all times ( could be dry , weather dependent). If you do wish to use the lake please bring your own equipment, including safety equipment. Note: This property comprises 3/4 of the building, 1/4 is occupied by the owners (There are no interconnecting doors). Note: Internet signal can be intermittent in some rooms. Please note: A single pet will be allowed at the property from 2022, Dog is to be kept downstairs and not on any furniture or beds.

Beautiful house which was actually huge! The pool was warm and we didn't go much further than a local walk. Rob the owner brought us wood for the fire and fire pit. The children loved the pool and playground. A great property for my family celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary
