About this house rental
C-View is the perfect island getaway for your family vacation. Conveniently located within walking distance to Anna Maria's picturesque white sand beaches, Pine Avenue's restaurants and shops, and access to the free trolley. Be sure to bring your kayaks and paddle boards so you can take advantage of the easy canal access from the dock in the backyard. Spend your nights out on the lanai where you will find plenty of seating for leisure or dining or take a dip in the private heated pool. This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home comfortably accommodates 10 people with the open concept and split-floor plan. It's perfect for a large family or multi-family. Upon entry, you will see the open living and dining area complete with large sliding doors that lead to the picturesque backyard where you will find the private heated pool, canal/dock and plenty of seating to relax or enjoy your meals. Directly off the dining area, you will find the fully-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to make a quick snack or full-course meal.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and jetted tub. Adjacent to the primary bedroom you will find the two guest rooms; one features a queen-size bed and the other two twins, both have flat screen TVs. These rooms share a full-size bathroom and can be closed off with the pocket door for privacy. On the west side of the home, you will find the other guests rooms which can also be closed off for privacy. One room features a queen-size bed, the other a twin trundle bed. These rooms share a full-size bathroom and are equipped with flat screen TVs as well. But, it doesn't stop there! This home also features a full-size washer & dryer, BBQ Grill, beach cart with beach equipment and WiFi throughout. We had a wonderful stay at CView!
We were even dampened by flooding due to Tropical Storm Debby and SeaBreeze provided us an extra night stay at no charge when we couldn’t get out. House is perfect for group beach vacation!

Loved staying at C-View Florida. Plenty of room, well stocked, comfortable, nice pool and outside visiting area. Also this rental is within easy walking distance to beach and Bay Area and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Oh and the sea shells were beautiful on the beach and of course the clear blue ocean. Nice relaxing place to go.

We had a large group staying at this beautiful home, and 3 babies, and it was perfect! Tons of space, beautiful pool with umbrella shaded sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, games and complimentary items. It was exactly what we needed and we would love to return one day! We visited from Belgium and it was so easy. Don't hesitate to book!! So happy with everything.

We had a great time at the C View! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. There were so many great beach items available to use. The outdoor living space was fantastic! I hope we get to go back next year!

The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner etc the kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans, utensils, dishes etc
The kitchen also came with a small packet of cleaning supplies.

C View was an excellent location for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was exactly as described. Wonderful outdoor space and to the beach was great. Speaking of the beach, it’s beautiful!

This house was perfect. It is well equipped for a lot of people. The pool is beautiful, and the backyard in general was awesome.
Also, the location is great because you could walk to the beach which is three blocks away.
The only suggestion I have, is to provide a big canopy to take to the beach, umbrellas don't do it for a big group of people.

What a Gem!
We had an amazing time and the house was perfect. Great open space! The layout was great too since we were traveling with multiple families and it gave everyone their own space. The backyard and pool were perfect. We saw manatees from the dock a few times! Having the beach wagon, chairs, etc. was a huge plus! Just a short walk to the beach. It was our first time in Anna Maria Island and we will be back, and likely to this house!

Perfect for multiple families and amazing backyard!
We absolutely loved our stay at C-View. The house was perfect for 2 families and had a great layout. The backyard was so much bigger than expected and had so many options for seating/gathering. We spent many evenings sitting on the couch outside, and afternoons hanging out at the dock. The pool was a hit with everyone and was bigger than many you find.
The house was open and had a nice layout with pocket doors to help separate the rooms from the main living space. The kitchen had plenty of tools, etc so we felt that we were well stocked to cook what we needed. The only downside to the kitchen was the dishwasher, which was just not cleaning as well as it should. We didn't let it bother us though. I think it just needs a tune-up. But that was really our only complaint.
The amount of pool and beach toys and chairs and the wagon were an absolute godsend!
It's like a 6 minute walk to the Cypress beach access point, which was easy for us with younger kids (4-8) and all our gear. The beach was perfect - not too crowded in that area either. Bean point is like a 10-15 minute walk, North shore cafe is like 10 minutes walk. All to say it's a GREAT location.
It truly is a little gem. Thank you for sharing it with us.

There were 9 adults in our group and we found the home to be lovely, spacious and well appointed. We had a few very minor issues and the rental agency was very prompt and attentive. The home is clean, well furnished and boasts a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We would love to stay there again. We enjoyed seeing egrets and geckos by the pool and manatees off the dock. Word of advice - don't forget to press the alarm button before going out to the pool or the alarm will sound and don't leave the door open long. LOL Great pool safety feature and glad it's there for the safety of little ones.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation with three generations of our family from 7 mos. to 70 yo. The house perfectly met all our needs. The beach is an easy walk and the canal was a delight to our grandchildren who saw manatees and ‘flying fish’. Everything was be fine our expectations. Thank you!

Perfect for multigenerational family
Everything was as advertised. Smooth check in and really ideal layout for a group with different time tables and schedules. That said there was great indoor and outdoor communal space for gathering all at once. Nice quiet locale with a very short walk to lovely part of the beach.

(There is not an umbrella.) Although, it is walking distance to one of the beaches, we ended up driving because the part of the beach we wanted to go to would have been a little far to walk. We liked the beach that was near the Sandbar restaurant the best.

(There is not an umbrella.) Although, it is walking distance to one of the beaches, we ended up driving because the part of the beach we wanted to go to would have been a little far to walk. We liked the beach that was near the Sandbar restaurant the best.

Sea breeze at Anna Maria Island
The house was beautiful and plenty spacious for 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children ages 5-10. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs including all grilling outdoors. The pool was lovely and the outdoor sitting and eating area was perfect. And I can’t forget the closet of beach toys, chairs, and floats-so convenient and helpful!! Would definitely return to this house!! Wonderful vacation!!!

Girls Weekend
We had a small group of family and friends get together to celebrate a bride-to-be. This house was exactly what we needed- plenty of beds, lots of open space for us to hang, and the pool/ outdoor area was so nice to sit and relax! We would definitely stay here again.
