Location, facilities, hosts, all of it

The cabin was spacious and quiet, and fully stocked with enough kitchen tools to make home cooked meals and coffee. The staff were lovely. My daughter loved the play area. The location is a short walk from all the restaurants and pubs

Well positioned for local facilities, walking routes and sightseeing in the area. All you need at the property for a comfortable rustic stay.

Braemar is always lovely but it was buzzing with the book festival. lots of interesting conversations and people watching. Enjoyed our meals at the Flying Stag and the Kings Larder and exploring the village. The lodge was perfect (I'd like to live in it permanently, so easy) 6 of our friends were also up and we all fitted round the table comfortably. They loved it and spoke of each hiring one next year. Malcolm, Charlie and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you all so much

The cabin was the best possible place to stay for our trip. It was close to everything and providing enough space for us to relax in the fresh mountain air. The staff was friendly and the cabin was clean and well accomodated. I would highly recommend.

I stayed here for one night en route between Fort William and Crathie. It was a perfect little find.

I took my Mum and her Westie, Snowy for a short break. We stayed in a three bedroom log cabin and all had a great time. The cabins are a proper home from home with everything supplied that you could possibly need. (The only thing we wished we had taken were deck chairs for sitting outside, however we just used the kitchen chairs). Braemar is a beautiful wilderness to explore and nice to return to our cabin and sit with a drink on the decking before heading out to eat, in the hotel or in town

Lodges are huge and reasonably equipped

Peaceful surroundings, chalets wide apart, plenty of space for parking cars. After having spent our day on the mountains and in castles we were pleased to return home to the chalets.

The cabin offered a comfortable place to stay with adequate facilities.

The cabins are cosy, there were really comfortable and clean and we had a great time. It was also really easy to communicate with you and get the booking done, something I appreciated as I was booking on behalf of 27 other people. Thank you!

We came to climb Munros, and managed five in three days out, which was good for us. We were lucky to have good weather, only one summit was covered in mist - the others gave us clear views of the district. We also visited the Linns of Dee and Quioch and climbed the local mountain, Morrone.

we had a 3 nights stop and everything was ok. Huge accomodatation with everything we need.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a good time.

we stayed in the log cabins as we were a shooting party and the group could be together.

Absolutely recommend these log cabins, really well equipped and as warm as toast.

Perfect for our needs. The only issue we had was that the lock to one of the doors was broken and we weren’t told about this at check-in.

We were staying at the property on business and the owner/manager of the hotel (and staff) couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that had a meal despite it being late and extremely busy.
