Located just steps from Coal Creek and only 1 block off Elk Avenue, your group couldn't ask for a better location in town! Sit on the expansive outdoor decks and listen to the sounds of Coal Creek or just relax with that cup of morning coffee while taking in the unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte. When it comes time to go ski, you are only 2 blocks from the free shuttle which runs you right to the base area! With all of these amenities Totem House is sure to be your family's favorite place in CB!

Park in one of the 4 off street spots and step inside this luxury home to start your Crested Butte adventure. Kick off the hiking boots in the oversized mudroom and relax in the game room with wet bar, pool table, and comfy TV area. There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this level including the master suite with King bed. The other two bedrooms have cozy queen beds with en-suite baths, and the massive logs used in the construction of the home are a fantastic touch throughout the home.

On the second floor of the home you will find the great room with multiple seating areas, incredible views, a gourmet kitchen, and massive outdoor deck. There is room for the whole clan on this floor and should someone need to work there is even an office nook with desk area. Our first trip to Crested Butte- we loved it! At first I was concerned about staying in town instead of on the mountain, but it turned out to be perfect for our group. The town with its restaurants, shops and galleries was just a small bridge walk across the delightful Coal Creek. A shuttle to the mountain was very close by and we tremendously enjoyed both town and hiking on the mountain. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable but big enough to give everyone plenty of space. The kitchen, great room and deck were lovely gathering areas for our family of 4 couples. We did not really cook but the kitchen is completely equipped and well stocked. I hope we can return soon!

Beautiful house very close to downtown, 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get to the mountain. Plenty of space for our group. The dishwasher stopped working, but the management company was very prompt to have it repaired.

We had so much fun staying in this amazing house. The location was a TEN and we walked to all the shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of room for us to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!

We visit Crested Butte annually and this was the best house we've stayed in yet. The home itself was very clean and well appointed with nice amenities. We were a group of nine and there was plenty of room for everyone, with a little to spare. We could have fit 2-3 more people and still not felt crowded. The property is a block from town and two blocks-ish from the bus to the mountain. We had both skiers and non-skiers in our party, and everyone was really happy with the location. The property management team was cheerful, responsive, and helpful. We will definitely book this property again if it is available.

We enjoyed 2 weeks in CB the location was perfect. The heart of town. The home has plenty of room and was in great condition. We enjoyed playing pool, sitting on the deck, and quick access to everything. We would stay here again.

Our family of ten (six adults, four teenagers) celebrated Thanksgiving and a 75th birthday at this location. Every kitchen gadget we needed was available and the living area fit all of us comfortably. Only suggestion is to allow a 3:00 check in and 11:00 check out (they are set at 4:00 and 10:00 respectively); for the price per night, these hours were inconvenient.

Great location! this place was perfect for our big group with varying ages. Second floor common area and big kitchen was great for family dinners and gatherings. Pool room was great for kid escape. Loved having cocktails and watching the sunset on the Butte. All bedrooms and are quiet and enough baths for all. Very social location at Totem Park and easy walk everywhere - so much fun!!!

The Totem House is a beautiful home, convenient to town and comfortable for a crowd. We had 12 people staying and many other people stopping by and hanging out and it was perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the nessecities, the bedrooms are comfortable with tons of storage space and the outside porch provides perfect views of Crested Butte. We were literally minutes (walking) from town for our morning coffee and donuts. We were there for our son's wedding and the Totem House was THE PERFECT PLACE to stay!

We really had a great time and really loved the house. The location was perfect as well being a block off of Elk St (main street essentially) with a ton of great restaurant options nearby. Only issue was the heat had some issues, but the owners got someone out quickly to get them resolved. Would definitely stay here again if we decide to go to CB again.

Great big house in an awesome location!

We had a group of 13 people (4 different families) stay in this house together for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. The house is one block away from Elk and getting to places in town is so easy! The rooms were all very nice and there is plenty of space for everyone. Overall we had ZERO complaints about the house and we are so glad we decided to stay here. Absolutely would recommend to other people :)

We rented this house when we were in Crested Butte for a wedding last weekend. The location is fabulous. (about 2 blocks from Elk Avenue) Walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops. We rented bikes and rode around the area. Also went for a beautiful 5 mile hike from the house. The house is very spacious!! There were only 5 of us staying there--, but it sleeps 16. Great common area and large deck. 6 Bedrooms and 5 full baths and one half bath. Room for everyone. Super comfortable. Great parking if you have a car. Highly recommend!! The Totem House was perfect for our family during the holidays. The skiers had a short walk to the shuttle to take them to the base of the mountain, and the rest of us had a short walk to sledding, ice skating and the shops and restaurants in town. The house easily accommodated 11 of us and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the Totem House!

Crested Butte was the location for our yearly ski trip this time and the Totem house accommodated my group of 9 easily. The house is beautiful and fit everyone and our ski/snowboard gear perfectly. The main level was very spacious allowing us to cook a big breakfast each morning while many sat at the counter and socialized. There are two massive fridge/freezer units in the kitchen along with all the cookware you need. Plenty of windows to view the spectacular scenery this wonderful area has to offer. The location couldn't be beat - A short walk to Elk and the free ski shuttle. Once we stocked up on supplies we didn't have to drive the entire stay. Excellent for enjoying some Aprés Ski. The property management company was a breeze to deal with and their communication was superb. I would rent again without hesistation.

Great home for big groups

We had a family reunion in CB for the holidays. We stayed at the Totem House in downtown crested butte. The location was phenomenal, we walked to Elk every morning for breakfast. Then had easy access to the shuttle bus up the mountain so we could ski. We had 15 guests and everyone was comfortable, not cramped and each couple/group had their own bath. The beds were super comfy and the home was impeccably clean. We will return again next year and hope to stay at the Totem House again. It is called this due to its super close location to Totem Pole park. CB is so cool!
