The house worked out perfectly for our family reunion. There were many options for open seating so we never felt crowded. The game area and video games were a huge hit with the kids (big and little). The outdoor seating by the pool was very nice, as well.
The house came with a big lily pad, which everyone loved. There is an extra large fridge in the garage that we used for beverages. We rented the wave runners for the duration of our trip and they got more use than the boat we rented.
We would highly recommend this house to anyone trying to accommodate a bigger group of people who like nice amenities.

We’ve been coming to the Lake every summer since our children were in grade school. There are now 13 of us, including grand children and great grandchildren. Our family has grown to where we needed a large property that could accommodate all of us. Allie’s Alley was the perfect fit for us! This was our first year at this home and it didn’t disappoint. What a beautiful property! Very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Ample parking. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous ! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, theater room, and just sitting on one of the decks enjoying the magnificent view. The owner welcomed us with information for boat rentals and other info we found helpful. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s close to the supermarket and several restaurants. We’ve already booked it for next year! Thank you, Anthony, for sharing your home with us.

This was our fifth year staying at Allies alley. The house is clean. The pool is great, the lake at that point is absolutely beautiful. We can unpack and be ready to party within a half an hour of arriving. This year there were 21 of us. We ran a boat for one day and also use the Jets skis that are at the house. Love staying here .

The house and its position were fantastic. There are a number of maintenance issues that should be corrected. We will be sending a list of those later. We are not complaining but attempting to help you to make this a great house! We would love to have the info. on you other house in Osage for future consideration if you would send us the info.

We booked a last minute weekend trip with some friends to enjoy a rare sports free weekend.
The house was just as described. The games and activities were just what we needed during the rainy day of our trip. The SeaDoos (available to rent) and fishing from the dock were perfect for our sunny day. It's a short drive to the grocery store and a few of our favorite spots like Franky & Louie's.
Host was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has everything that you need all under one roof. It is incredibly spacious, so it is perfect for large groups. The heated pool was fantastic and you get to look out over the lake from all the different balconies this place has. We will definitely be rebooking this property.

Overall, for that time of year, we had fun! The communication was excellent. We rented A Tritoon, two jet skis and enjoyed the lake before it got too busy! A few days during the week, we really enjoyed hanging out at the house. Would definitely recommend this house for the location and the convenience!

Came down to attend my son’s graduation from Army basic training at Ft Leonard Wood which was an hour away. The house was amazing. Enough space for multiple families. Games for the kids. We didn’t get to enjoy the water much because of the weather but would love to come back in the summer and hopefully stay here again.

The house looked great in the pictures but was even better in person. We had an amazing time and there was so much room for all of our guests. We had a team bbq and everyone loved the house. It was a perfect fit for our group and we will definitely stay here again. Our host Anthony always responded to my questions very quickly, which was awesome.

This property is what the online photos project and that’s clean and spacious! It’s located perfectly and perched atop with stunning lake views. They are keenly responsive to any questions and topped off hosting my group of 10 with a complimentary bottle of Missouri wine. I do recommend this place for your next group getaway.

We had 16 guests. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the Home is very nicely decorated and clean. The Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. The 3rd floor lower level has so many fun games to play. The 2nd lower level floor was a great hang out room as well as it has a Bar that we fully stocked. So many outdoor decks it’s hard to choose which one to use. We all drove separately and parking was not an issue. The view can't be beat, what a beautiful winter wonderland we had. Anthony was so accommodating. We had absolutely no issues. I would recommend this home for a large group 100%. We hope to enjoy again this summer so we can fully utilize the Pool.

My husband and I along with our 2 daughters and their families celebrated at Allies Alley the weekend of November 17th; total of 14 people that included our 7 year old great granddaughter. Our family had so much fun with all of the games and toys that it has! There was never a dull moment at this house for 3 days! Absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Enough room to spread out and still be together which is what we wanted to achieve. Our grandkids have been to FL on vacation and now they are asking to go back to Allies Alley at Sunrise Beach. Who knew it would make that kind of impression. Location right on the point and all of the amenities that is offered is worth every dollar you spend! You and your family will love it! This has by far been the best VRBO house we have stayed in! We highly recommend this house whether it’s for a family vacation, retreat with friends, or even co-workers. There is something for every age!!! It’s amazing having a pool and hot tub especially for young kids while the older ones enjoy the Lake. The jet ski rentals are an amazing deal and it’s always a highlight! We love staying here and it’s an annual vacation spot for us! We love the host and he is so responsive and ensures you have best stay! Boook!!! It goes fast.

We had an exceptional experience at Allie's Alley. There are many activities to keep every age group occupied. We missed having the lilly pad float but thankfully our group brought paddle boards. We took advantage of trh jet ski on site and rented them for a day. It was a fun tome exploring the lake. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The media room and arcade games provided for endless hours of fun! Kitchen is on the smaller side but the connecting covered pourch helped with dinning time. Definitely recommend this rental. Thank you to the owner for his very quick responses!

This property is Awesome! There were 19 of us and we never felt that we were in each others way. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the jet skis. The kids had a great time in the game room and we all enjoyed the theater. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the home we selected for our reunion, and even the weather cooperated!

I can honestly say this is the BEST rental property we have ever rented in the Ozarks. We have been going for the past few years, and this home far out ranks any we have stayed at. It has everything a family would want for a relaxing fun vacation. Adequate seating capacity for a large group, all kinds of arcade games for the kids, beautiful pool with bar area, large theatre room, bar on middle level, even jet skis we could rent and use. And in a quite cove where fishing is great. Plus not far from grocery store or bars. Highly recommend. We definitely will again.

The house and location on the lake were outstanding! There was plenty of room for our four families, and there's plenty to keep the kids occupied for the week.
We rented a super tritoon from Pirate's Point for the week, and used the two house jet skis on one day. The Lily Pad flotation mat at the dock, and tubing behind the boat were a big hit, as was the game room and theater room.
We paid the extra fee to keep the pool heated which was great on the mid-week cooler days.
Our only complaint is the small size of the kitchen, which made meal prep and meal times quite chaotic.
We would definitely consider returning to Allies Alley for another fantastic family lake vacation!

Our extended family of 12 (ages 16 to 80) stayed for a week in June, and everyone loved it! The property was so much fun. The lake was a blast. The host was great to work with. There was plenty of space for large groups to gather and plenty of space to spread out. We all want to go right back!

This was our second year at Allie's Alley! Family members ranged from 2 years old to 80 years old. Everyone had a GREAT time!! Loved the new pool chairs, the new kitchen refrigerator, and the new grocery store like fridge in the garage! Tons of room! We took advantage of the home's Jet Ski and rented a Pontoon Boat for the week! Lots of fun seeing the sun set each night and spent time in beautiful coves during the day. We actually got married at Allies Alley!!! It was an amazing “venue”. Our families are from all over the US so picked somewhere in the middle and found this place. It was everything advertised and so much more. We had our bridal party stay in the house and families booked houses all around us. Very comfortably slept 9 couples with a few kids too and could have fit a bunch more with the bunk rooms, air mattresses, and couches. 3 washer/dryers in the house were awesome; tons of towels. Black stone out in the garage made breakfast a breeze plus two massive coolers we brought down to the pool. Tons and tons of refrigerator space in the garage. The bar was awesome although suggest getting extra ice- the ice maker couldn’t quite keep up with our thirsty guests. The game room was probably the best thing ever; with the amount of people we had coming to hang out during the day there was no one bored at any point. House wave runners super fun and convenient. Anthony was so awesome to deal with! Already planning trips back- might be our new family reunion location.
