Welcome to our Ocean Pearl Beach Retreat with heated pool or spa! Come home from the beach to relax in your own private pool and spa. Roast marshmallows and s'mores for the kiddos in the built-in fire pit!
Amazing home near the beach! This open layout beach house is made for making memories and relaxing beach getaways! The living room boasts a spacious vaulted ceiling and comfy sofas. The back yard is private and for fresh-air fun and there is a cozy screened in back porch to relax and enjoy your evenings. The spa has on-demand heating that is included in your stay or you can choose to heat the entire pool for an extra fee.
The living room has a large flat screen smart TV. The beautifully updated spacious eat-in kitchen is perfect for whipping up a small snack or a chefs meal alike!
The beach is just a three short blocks away and there is parking by the beach or in Windswept park which is just across the street from the beach. Driving on our beach is also allowed, which can be great for families with kids.

Crescent Beach awaits you and your loved ones with this charming house mere blocks from the beach. This home also lies just a short distance to shopping, ice cream, restaurants, seafood, souvenirs, and rental shops that line the road to the north. Anastasia State Park, to the north, offers an array of hiking trails. Within a ten minute drive or less you can visit the Alligator Farm, The Lighthouse, and the Historic District of St. Augustine is just 10 minute drive away. Visit our lovely downtown shops and galleries, museums, and more!
Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.
Important info about pool heating and fees: Both the spa and the pool will be at the same temperature if you choose to heat the pool because they share the same plumbing and heater. Most people prefer a heated spa in colder temperatures to a heated pool because the spa is set to 101 degrees and the pool heater would be set to 85 degrees. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. The heating of the spa is included with your stay. If you want to heat the entire pool we have an additional heating fee of $199 plus $25 per night to maintain the temperature. If you arrive at the house and change your mind about the pool heating, the initial heating fee of $199 will not be refunded.
Our pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Our lawn/landscape professional comes on Wednesdays. These dates are subject to change based on weather or other factors, but in general that is when they are scheduled.
The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.
We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
EV Charging: There is a fee of $5 per day if you will be charging an electric vehicle at the home.

Beautiful beachy vibe interior with a great layout for our family! Backyard was a perfect oasis where we spent most our time if not at the beach! Ate most our meals outside, great dining area & fan offered pleasant breeze too!

The house is as described. It is newly remodeled and it was pretty clean. The deck area was pretty nice. Having said that, what totally ruined our stay was the super controlling management company/owner. The #1 issue was the AC is at a controlled temperature that a guest cannot change. The lowest it can go is 71. The entire house smelled like mold and mildew for the entire duration of our stay. The sleeping was unbearable because the AC is very old and ineffective/inefficient. The pool and spa are difficult to figure out even after watching the videos, so we ended up not even being able to use it. The person on the other end - very uncooperative and unwilling to help (all they care about is charging more money). Their guests' experience and satisfaction is their least priority. I would not recommend.

This was such a great property!! We were 2 families with 3 kids and a dog. The drive on beach was a big plus but still close enough to walk the wet dog home. Kids used the pool every single day. Location was perfect for grocery, restaurants and activities. Clean,spacious, comfortable, convenient and affordable.

We rented the place for a month. Friends also stayed with us for part of the time. Great location and a short drive to St. Augustine. The owner was quick to respond the couple of times I contacted him. The property management team was great when we met them. We had no problems. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. We are sure you will find this gem a great value.

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood about a 10 min walk from Butler beach The backyard is amazing with a pool and hot tub and dining area Backyard is completely fenced. The dining area in the house is a little bit tight It is limited to a table for two and seating at the island Very clean and comfortable Lots of golf courses in a 30 minute radius We had an amazing time

The house was conveniently located within 15 min to everything. The house appeared clean and well sanitized.
Despite it raining all week, we still enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The patio has a great pergola with a large fire table, gas grill and wood fire pit. The house was very comfy for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for both lounging and cooking all week. The hosts were very quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely be planning to stay again next year!

Great house for vacation, its a home away from home. Would have a all 5 star review but the house smelled of slight mildew, some plug in would slove that problem easily. Also the washer need a deep cleaning with some apple cider vinegar. I hang all my family's clothes and after I washed them in the washer they smelled like throw up and soiled clothes. Rewashed my clothes and they didnt smell after that,just a little upset that I had to pay $22 to wash and the property had a washer. The washer and dryer are up to date just needs a deep cleaning. Over all great property.

Check in process was so smooth even when deciding to check in early. David and Patti were absolutely accommodating. We walked in and were blown away on how beautiful the home was.
It was a home away from home. They let us know when services would be arriving on which days and kept us up to date with everything. We never had any issues and I highly recommend staying here!

The location of the house was perfect for going downtown or to the beach. It only took a few minutes. After being out all day, coming back to the pool was refreshing. The house was clean and looked exactly as shown in the photos. I had no need to reach out to the host for any issues. All in all a great place to stay for the best vacation.

Beautiful oasis! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the backyard was an oasis. We only went to the beach once the whole week. We spent all of our time in the fabulous pool and spa. We grilled and ate most of meals outside in the gazebo. Absolutely stunning! We have been going to St. Augustine for the last 20 years and will definitely stay here again!

This property was purfect. Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Outdoor dinning area. Fenced back yard for the dogs. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the beach just 1/2 mile away. Communications and responses with property management was superior. Third trip to St Augustine and the best location of all.

This home had everything we needed! Main bed and queen beds were very comfortable. The location was superb. Walk to the beach, very short drive to so many delicious restaurants. The pool and hot tub were perfect, we enjoyed them both every day!

The house was beautiful. We loved the screened in porch area and the pool. Unfortunately it rained quite a lot during our stay so we only got to use the pool once. We will most definitely book this property again and hope for sunnier weather! Check in and check out were easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. All in all a very nice stay at a very nice house.

Loved our stay at the Ocean Pearl. Super location close to beach and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Backyard with pool, hot tub, and covered dining area is a great place to relax. Space inside is good, and furniture in living area is new and very comfortable.

This beautiful home was everything we could have asked for and more. The owners were just a text away if needed. The pool and oasis in the back with hot tub was just tranquil. We loved it so much we never went to the beach!!! The neighbors were also wonderful. Highly recommended with people who have small children, our daughter loved it!

This is the second property that we stayed at which is owned by the listed owner. Again, this property was clean and nice. The spa was excellent and worth the rental. Highly recommend this property.
