This was a wonderful place to stay, easy to get to the beach, discovery trail, and downtown. The condo was probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. We had everything we needed, the manager reached out multiple times to make sure we were doing well.
Only thing I would add would add would be fans for the living room and bedroom, both were warm at night.
Overall would definitely stay again!

My mom and I stayed here for a special girls weekend and we loved it! The space was so beautiful and cozy! The views were so pretty, and the visits from the deer were an added bonus! This was also one of the most well stocked and organized rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Helped us feel even more at home!

This was our second time staying at a Bloomer Estates managed property, and once again they thought of absolutely everything! The condo was immaculate and perfect, with a lovely view and an amazing fireplace. Bloomer thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay, you literally can pick up some groceries nearby, walk in the door, and never leave except to hit the beach. We felt very well looked after and will definitely be back. The location of this condo is particularly epic for beach/boardwalk access and the views were incredible.

Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Catch N' Relax. I previously stayed at this property, but in a top floor unit that doesn't allow pets or children. I was a bit hesitant to stay two floors down in a condo that allows dogs, but the moment we walked in, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The panoramic ocean view was every bit as good, and the unit was spotless (and had zero dog smell!). Absolutely spotless with beautiful decor, not to mention the terrific amenities. I brought along a few items that are sometimes missing from rentals & soon discovered that the condo had every single thing we needed, and then some. Bloomer Estates is a top notch property management company & this unit is perfect in every way. Can't wait for our next stay!

October, mid-week, was the perfect time, and this cozy condo was the perfect place for a quick ocean get away. It was so welcoming, clean and cozy, with every amenity we could have wanted. Perhaps robes? Thanks for the snacks, tea, even honey! Maybe some more decaf for old folks. Same time, next year, for sure. Thanks so much.

This gave us a chance to take our son on his first vacation he has alot of allergies mostly pertaining to food and this place had a super nice kitchen with everything you need so we could cook for him, probably the best view of long beach the facilities were clean and we had the time of our lives 10/10 recommend!!

Everything was excellent. Our only difficulty was with the European Door handles on the front door and patio door. There was a learning curve to these. Could be interpreted as funny or annoying. A great family stay altogether.

Great location, water view from deck, walk to town,!
We stayed at this same unit last year because we love it here. The unit is very well kept, new furnishings and new washer/dryer which is a great bonus. We love the deck and being able to feed the deer apples in the morning. It is very quiet as well. We will return!

The property was as described - clean, beautiful view, and well stocked. There was a fair amount of communication regarding expectations for the guest - most appropriate, I think. I was disappointed to discover that not all tenants (permanent or short-term - I do not know) respected the requirements to walk lightly and be respectful of neighbors. The folks directly above me walked so hard the ceiling and walls vibrated. For someone needing a quiet retreat this was disappointing.
