What a great place to stay - the views from the outside balcony make it all worth it. Great place to host friends for a long weekend. Very clean, well maintained, and you can’t beat the location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Pebble Beach. They go above and beyond with every little detail in the house. It was incredibly clean and the views were unbelievable. We loved the large property so our dog could join us stress free. Would absolutely stay here again!

We only stayed for a weekend though certainly would have liked to stay longer! It's a cozy yet spacious place with a lot of personality and in a nice quiet spot near Pebble Beach. Great views by day and you can see plenty of stars at night. Big modern kitchen and a lovely outdoor patio space as well. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return.

We loved this house! The location was amazing with great views and a nice patio. The house had all the amenities and things to make you feel at home. It was easy to get to Carmel, Monterey, and everywhere else we wanted to go. The property manager (Rebecca) was the best! She was quick to reply and get us anything that we needed. She helped our check in go quickly and her overall communication was great! We will definitely be back!

we love so many things about this property. All the amenities such as a pizza oven a fireplace so many different seating options, both outdoor and indoor, the fact that it was a huge property and all fenced in. We could let the dogs run free without worrying. The dogs absolutely love that! And it was a very beautiful house. Equipped with everything you could possibly want and attention to detail. We are already planning our next trip next year. But we want to stay longer this time

We had a great stay! The house was very well-equipped. The property management company was responsive. The house was conveniently located to both Carmel and the Pebble Beach resorts. The beds were comfortable, and we felt at home. My only complaint would be that the furniture in the large living room was not comfortable for relaxing at all, which is a shame because thats where all of the large windows are. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed with our two children and the layout worked okay for us, but if people are not traveling with family, this home is probably not ideal. The primary bedroom is in an upstairs loft space with NO doors (not for the bedroom, the bathroom or the toilet closet). The two secondary bedrooms are small and share a small bathroom. One of the bedrooms has the laundry facilities as well. They are located right off a secondary living room, which we found very useful. The views are gorgeous. The kitchen is large with nice upgrades and had everything we needed. There are two balconies and an outdoor patio with a fireplace (& smore kit is provided which was a nice touch). The beds we’re comfortable with nice plush bedding, plenty of towels & wash cloths, however it was pretty chilly during our stay and there was only one throw blanket for movie watching. They did provide great beach towels. Check in was annoying as you have to go to the rental
Office in Monterrey. The staff never mentioned going thru a checkpoint/gated section or that we wouldn’t need to pay the $12 toll, so after a long travel day, these aspects were off-putting. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I think it just falls short of 5 stars, however most items could be remedied

We enjoyed this home, although we didn’t spend very much time in it. This would be a fantastic place to “just hang out“ a couple of concerns, however. One, they are required to go by their management office to sign paperwork prior to check in and the Contact is not super fast about answering texts. The second concern is that the master suite well very spacious and comfortable, has a less than satisfactory master bath. There’s essentially no privacy in the master suite and the shower, while stylish, is very drafty to the point of uncomfortable.

This is a quirky house that worked great for us but might not be suitable for 3 unrelated couples. That is because there are two small bedrooms on the main floor and a spectacular bedroom with a balcony, sitting area and views on the second floor. There are no doors upstairs. It worked well for us because we were on the upper floor while our adult daughter, her husband and toddler were on the lower floor. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a great grill outside, an outdoor fireplace, and a pizza oven. The grounds are gorgeous. The house must be on two or three fenced acres. There is a lot of flat area which was great for our toddler and my dogs. It was only 10 minutes to Carmel and 10 minutes to Monterey from this well-located house.

This was a serene place with access to pebble beach and the surrounding area as well close to many of the Monterey attractions. With a toddler, it was slightly difficult for to bath him because the bathtub upstairs was slippery for him. However, we managed it well and there were no other problems. The appliances in the house were high grade and there was plenty of space to spend quality time to relax, converse and play.

This is really a fantastic property in Pebble Beach. The house is probably a bit over 2500 sq ft. A large master suite with a large bathroom (though note the suite is loft-style so somewhat open sound-wise to the living area). Two bedrooms and 1.5 other bathrooms. The other two bedrooms aren't large but each have a queen (maybe king) bed. Very large fenced yard which is great for a dog. Very nice outdoor patio and two ocean-facing decks. While not "on the ocean" you can certainly see the ocean through the trees and it makes for an incredible view.
Very well equipped gourmet kitchen, as well as beach towels, blankets to keep dog fur off furniture.
Checkin went relatively smoothly but it was a bit difficult to contact the managers; a few early attempts just got dropped. They didn't tell us that the Pebble Beach entry stations would have our name, so we were a bit concerned there (didn't want to pay the 17 mile drive entrance fee!). Also, somewhat understandably, the list of rules and possible fines is large. They're all pretty sensible but a bit off putting in the full book of them and noted possible charges (compared to other rentals).
But overall we loved the property and plan to return again.

The house was spotless and the location was wonderful to Pebble Beach Resort, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove, etc.
Extremely large master and master bath (loft style upstairs with no doors) and a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean, which you can also see every morning from the bed. The large bathtub was wonderful, and there’s also a double shower.
The two smaller bedrooms down are completely separate from the rest of the house with a sitting area and tv. Very nice for privacy.
The kitchen and dining area are large, and a balcony is off the dining area with another great view of the ocean. They supplied ample coffee, paper products and cleaning products. If you like to cook a lot, which we didn’t do on this trip, the spices provided are very limited. They have very beautiful dishes and cups; but please be careful — many are not microwave safe.
We enjoyed a wood-burning fire outside on the patio while we were there too. We did have to purchase the wood ourselves, which we found at Safeway.
The main living area with large tv has movie theater-type seating. Although I would have preferred similar type furniture used in the other sitting area for a little more comfort (my husband really liked the leather seating though), it would not deter me at all from renting this property again!

Beautiful, spacious, meticulously clean home in a perfect location, close to Pebble Beach and the Monterrey Bay Area. Our family loved the outdoor fireplace, the well appointed easy to cook in kitchen, and the comfy theater chairs. The layout worked for our family, but it might be helpful to note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft (with an incredible bathroom and double shower) but no bedroom door to separate the space from the downstairs. Great place overall, and we'd definitely stay again.
