About this apartment rental

This top floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo overlooks Snowmass Ski Area and has incredible ski-in, ski-out access. This third floor condo is accessible by elevator and features a private balcony overlooking the slopes, a wood-burning fireplace, covered parking, ski storage and a fully stocked kitchen. Don't forget about our on-site, 18-person hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking. IN307 includes a king bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people comfortably.

Interlude 307 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.

There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $16.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall.

This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great property - we had infant up to great grandparent for a family weekend and it was great. Very nice to having a parking spot since parking can be scarce in Aspen/Snowmass.

The condo had a cozy mountain charm that we adored. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasswear and coffee mugs. We loved the beauty from our deck and accessibility of the slopes right outside the back of our building. Short walk down to Village Mall and the shuttles make it a wonderful place to stay! The Laurelwood Property management team could not have been more helpful. Would not hesitate to book this unit again!!

We had a lovely stay! This is the second time our group stayed here and it was a perfect location and accommodations for closing weekend. The condo is very cozy and was comfortable for our group.

Beautiful property and maintained very well. Suggestion- need little bit more bright light in the kitchen . We enjoyed the stay and will recommend everyone to this property . Shops and market is in walkable distance which is advantage . Over all experience is Excellent

The property was perfect as described. The patio was quite and a great place to relax. We had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed mountain biking which was easily accessible from the condo. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit had a musty odor. The furniture was old and worn. The floors, walls, etc. were worn and beat up. It was not at all what we expected based on the pictures.
