I got a hotel with a pool/hot tub for a reason, and payed extra for it. Hot tub is dirty and has an old nasty bucket sitting in the bottom of it. Was not informed it was out of service before booking. Not impressed. I will have to remember to ask in the future.

Quiet, restful

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfy! The staff at the front desk were very kind and professional.. Will for sure stay again and recommend it.

I found a dirty child’s sock in the bed and there was a bad smell. I did notice building materials out back of the building. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were not told about the remodel, the hotel was a mess. Our room was not complete, and workers started construction in the rooms around us at 7AM. We also went downstairs to get things from the snack bar overhearing a guest upset having been given a room assignment to a dirty room, as in housekeeping did not clean the room. The desk attendant then asked if she could just charge our stuff to the card on file. However. She did not look at what we had, being to focused on the other angry guest. She then proceeded to charge my debit card 25 dollars for two drinks, a cookie, and a candy bar. 25 dollars!! We were very unhappy on this stay, as the construction mess was everywhere, we were woken up early by workers with no warning it was happening then a bill total 245 bucks. No one was at the desk when we left. So these complaints could not be given. Maybe some sort of reimbursement needs to happen?

It didn’t meet Holiday Inn standards.

It was easy to find. Staff were nice.

First, the bedside lamp didn’t work. The next morning, the hair dryer burnt up. There was construction going on to fix burst water pipes (weather-related damage). It was a bit of a mess.

Great place to stay

All the staff was nice and friendly. The guy that was working when we checked in was really nice friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good

Had some noisy teenagers until 3 in the morning. We probably should have called front desk but we didn’t
