Booked the stay for overnight work trip. Location was great and room was very comfortable.

Desk clerk was super nice! I will be back😊

I like the way the desk clerk accommodated me with placing my room on the lower floor because I had four little grandchildren with me and it was much easier not using the elevators

Nice centrally located place in Florence, AL to stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The AC was COLD. That was a good thing considering it was the beginning of July. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The water pressure was good on the 3rd floor and the water was HOT!!!! I always like those two things. It was very clean, inside and out. There was a little league baseball tournament in town the weekend we stayed. We could NOT hear the other people there, NOT even the kids playing in the hall. They had plenty of charger outlets for your phones or tablets.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to a leak while I stayed there. We stayed in a suite and the couch was beyond UNCOMFORTABLE! It was hard as a brick to sit on. I could not get the bed to come out from it either. Our view was of the trampoline place next door's roof, so our curtains stayed closed. I am struggling to find anything really bad to write about.

It’s a nice place kids were very disappointed the pool was closed as we traveled for softball.

Pool was closed for maintenance and it should have been posted on the website.

Lovely hotel and lovely people!

From entering the facility, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff were very polite and wanted to make sure I had what I needed.

The only thing I didn't like is leaving toreturn home!

Not good.

It was okay but nothing to write home about.

During the bad weather they had a pipe to burst that flooded the lobby. This they could not control. What came after is what could have been controlled. My husband and I was out of our room all of Christmas Day and through the evening. They did try to call us on our house phone that we could not answer because we were not home. They had both our home number as well as my cell phone which they never called. When we returned to our room is when we found out that the hotel had booked us into another hotel. It was horrible. The hotel smelled, had not been updated since the 60s, nothing in the room they assigned us worked, and it took me 2 trips to the desk to get our room changed. It was so bad my husband and I considered driving home right then. The possible icing roads made us reconsider. The Comfort Inn could have put us in a comparable hotel, but they didn't. My husband and I will never stay at another Comfort Inn EVER!!!!!!!

Very good

It was clean and comfortable

The selection for breakfast was almost entirely carbohydrates. A little more option on the protein and fruit side would have been appreciated. One meat and one fruit was not much to choose from.

This hotel was terrific Housecleaning did a great job. Enjoyed our fresh clean room. Great location.

Breakfast was ok. Just your normal continental breakfast. Location of hotel was great. Close to restaurants & shopping.
