This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.
With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer.
On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.
The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.
The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. Two docks are available for guest and resident use (motor boat docking is not permitted). The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.
There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go.

Condo is beautiful and very spacious. View is amazing. Actually better than just regular ocean front view. Dolphins and Manatees were regular visitors. Docks could use some maintenance but were awesome for fishing. Lots of helpful left over beach items. Could stand to add some brooms or vacuums. Parking garage is great but tight as the neighboring condo kept a large truck in front on the driveway making it difficult to pull in and out of garage but no fault of this condo. We ranged from age 1-70 and it was absolutely perfect so we would definitely stay again!

Nice and big. Loved all the balconies. Easy walk to the beach which was in crowded and beautiful.

Stayed here around 4 to 5 years in a row, the place is starting to need some TLC on a few things but overall, still nice. Will return again.

The condo was very nice and convenient to the beach. Plenty of linens but could use beach towels. The noise from seafood market was very loud when you sat on back balcony must times. The siding glass to bay on 2nd was hard open. Our granddaughters could not open it.
Overall we had a very nice stay
Thank you

I’ve been coming to Redington Shores my whole life - my grandparents had a condo across the street - and we visit the area several times a year. We came for my 40th birthday and had friends come into town, so needed a place with a bit more room. This townhome was perfect. Everyone had their own space and comfortable bed. You couldn’t beat the views from any of the multiple balconies. The beach access is right across the street and the area is walkable to several key town staples for food and beverages (Cocowood Grill, SeaBreeze, Wahoos, Beach Pizza). We stayed in and cooked one night (Mazzaro’s) and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. We will definitely be back next time we have a larger group!

Place was well decorated and mostly clean, needs a deep clean- ceiling fans were too dirty to use and that would’ve been nice as the AC will not go below 75 degrees. Air filters need changed, some air vents had mold growth. Told to leave broom clean, but the only broom was a 3 foot long one, which killed my back to use. Went and bought a swiffer. View was amazing, area was great. Ground keeper was very nice and efficient. Laundry was great as well as the appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms were very clean

We absolutely loved this location. It is conveniently located in a quiet beach town. we are not fans of the hustle and bustle of overpacked beaches, this by far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and smelled great! We highly recommend booking here. We want to come back next year!

Our family, in GREAT need of a mental break, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Redington Shores. Though we are very much NOT used to stairs (bad ankles and knees in our bunch) we loved this house and the location. The kids, grandpa and dad all enjoyed the fishing on the bay and we all enjoyed how close the beach is and how much room is in the house. We hope to stay here again!

The property was as advertised. The location was perfect. The layout was well described and accurate. The property was large enough for all 5 of us to have space. Watching the dolphins and manatee from the balconies was a plus.

Very nice place, easy to access various points of interest. We did have a gnat problem that was annoying but wiping down kitchen area with Clorox wipes seemed to alleviate that somewhat. Would recommend to others. Grill worked great!

Extremely pleased with this condo, very clean and close to several restaurants. Spacious with an absolute gorgeous view!

We really liked the location: close to amenities, not too busy, easy to get around Tampa Bay area. Great view from the living room patio.

Lovely, well-maintained three-story townhouse with sweeping vistas of Boca Ciega bay. Pleasant bedrooms and deluxe en suite principal bedroom. Be prepared for lots of stairs, however! Nice kitchen and laundry facilities. Several decent restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Nice Christmas holiday with the family. They even had a fireplace so we could “hang” our stocking from Santa. Good location and access to the beach and good restaurants.
6.0
Well-located with reasonable beach access (2 blocks). This is more of a bay property as it was right on the water. Decorated in 19th Century garage sale but very adequate. Appliances were very good, especially the ovens. Brand new gas grill on patio. Nice view from MBR, but uninspiring street views from others. Plenty of space. Could have used more towels. Good laundry facilities (BYOSoap). Fruit fly or gnat infestation when we arrived. Lots of beach toys & necessities that were helpful. No internet the entire trip and management wouldn't answer our calls, let alone help. Owners are rental business people - not owners who take pride in their unit, service or even if things worked. We had to leave voicemails or email for assistance. They own three units. Should have known for their refusal to contact us despite requests before the trip. They're very "hands-off" and inaccessible.
It's very livable with good roominess and walking access to decent restaurants with a relaxing view off the back patio, deck and MBR, but we'll never stay here again due to the inhospitable management. Hope you have better luck because you're on your own...

The house was great. The only issues we had was the dog barking next door keeping the downstairs sleeper up. We had issues with the code getting into the house. It took about 45 minutes but we got it worked out and there was a box trailer parked in the no parking area which made it hard to get around. We loved the house and location and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for a quiet family get away and supper close to St John’s Pass.

Great Place
Didn't realize we had to cross 4 lanes of traffic. Traffic wasn't horrible so it wasn't difficult to cross. Easy walk to beach after crossing the highway. Wonderful view of bay and the ocean was beautiful. We would book the property again.

A Lil more TLC
Overall this property is great. The location was awesome. The view of the Bay was wonderful and the Herons and Pelicans we saw where many. We saw dolphins once. The biggest caveat is for those who struggle with stairs. You will be climbing them. 3 flights of stairs to bedrooms from entryway. And this particular town house needs new living room furniture.
Couch Chair and love seat are shot in my opinion. Beds are average in comfort.
The property itself is nice. Very functional. And 3 bathrooms make things really handy. The fish place next door smelled a little fishy at certain times of the day but otherwise was quiet. We was not bothered by any reefers or refrigerated equipment. Lots of little things needed attention like faucet tightening and basic wear and tear stuff. But nothing to inconvenience us or deter us from revisiting. Automatic coded deadbolt took a little bit to get used to but was a nice asset to have. And the seafood restaurant next door basically The Seabreeze Island Grill was delicious!!

No propane replace/ bug spray
Over stay was good, we requested our Propane tank be replaced the second there and the house be sprayed because there were black Nats and tiny Ants all over the house especially in the Kitchen. No one address the issues so we couldn’t grill and we sprayed bug spray ourselves. But other than that it was beautiful and good!!! Thank you so much, God Bless everyone 🙏🏾💯!!!

Well needed vacation
The property was great. Close to a lot of restaurants. Close to grocery store. Beach was right across the street. Wonderful and relaxing. Morning coffee with the sunrise looking at the bay. 😊
Nice to be able to eat at home. Full kitchen.
Lots of stairs in the unit. If you have a difficult time with stairs, I would not recommend. (We did not have a problem.)
Definitely planning on visiting again.

Best kept secret!
Great location! Beach was pristine and quiet. My favorite kind of beach. House had tons of space. We practiced yoga every morning on the grass on the bay. We were a party of 4 adults and 5 children and we had enough room. They need new cots. If you are going to need to use a cot or two they were very uncomfortable for my son.
There were lots of beach toys and a canopy and wagon left by previous guests. They also had umbrellas left behind. All were really beneficial to our stay. We bought two chairs and a fishing pole and left them for the next visitors. We would definitely stay here again.

Best of both worlds
Loved being on the bay with the beautiful views of dolphins and birds, very peaceful. And then only a short walk to the beach. Had the best of both worlds.

Very, very nice !
This property was perfect for a break from reality ! Coffee overlooking the bay each morning included dolphin & manatee sightings. Dock was perfect for the fisherman in the family & the beach was a short stroll away. Easy to cook at home and/or eat out. We definitely enjoyed our stay !

Great place on the inlet water
Townhouse is right on the inlet water. Short walk to the beach just across the street to public beach access. Beach wasn’t very busy, not like it is in front of condos.
Nice area and close to Johns Pass as well as Clearwater, St Petes, and Madeira Beach.
Great places to eat close by, Conch Republic and Seabreeze.
Inlet water has a nice dock. We saw dolphins multiple times everyday. Fish market next door has wonderful fish and dip for sale!

Enjoyed our stay
This property is spacious and comfortable and our group of six adults were content. Some of the things mentioned in previous reviews we did find to be true: the master bedroom suite is really too cold when the air is set to be comfortable for the other bedrooms, the faucets indeed are hard to turn on and off in the master sinks, not having a garage remote is a bit of a pain as well. The quickest route to the beach-straight across Gulf Ave- is sometimes a choice between dodging traffic or a longer walk by a couple minutes to a crosswalk. And finally, pay attention to their information on what they provide -it seemed oddly less than some other rentals we have stayed at. Examples-we found no dishwasher detergent provided at all, very little extra TP and just barely enough towels for our length of stay.
BUT on the POSITIVE side, the house was clean, kitchen was modern, beds were comfortable, living and dining area spacious. Things we especially loved: the decks overlooking the inter coastal waterway-we saw dolphins and loved watching the pelicans dive as well. The beach is a short walk (5 min?) across the street and is lovely and was not crowded. The new washer and dryer up on the bedroom level are clean and convenient. There are restaurants close by and everything from Clearwater to St. Pete is a short and easy drive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Mixed review
The property and location were excellent.
We spent a lot of time there because of the bay and quick access to the beach. Truly is just a few minutes walk across the street.
The bay is gorgeous. We did see dolphins almost every day and were lucky enough to see a manatee a few days!
Upon arrival we did have issues.
Whoever they use for their cleaning service did a very poor job.
Communications with the office was difficult. They did not respond to any phone call requests when we needed immediate assistance. Only communication was via the vrbo message board and earliest return response was 24 hours and at times was as much as 48 hours.
While they were upfront with the "bare bones" supplies really felt it a bit ridiculous when doing longer term rental. They took it to the next level. Had to request a vacuum. Not even "start up" gas for the outside grill.
No dish towels, sponges, etc. No extra sheets or blankets. Only a set of pot holders and had to wash them before we could use. As well as cleaning the top oven, coffee maker and grill.
One tv did not work.
On a positive note....Allbeit slow, they were always pleasant when responding. They did give us an adjustment for the cleaning issues we experienced.

Good but not great
This property was nice but there were some things that need to be addressed by the owners.
First the positives, this house is about 2 mins to the beach and had some beach stuff to be used. The view off the balcony off the back is great! And we got luck to see some dolphins on a couple of different mornings. There is plenty of space for everyone. Like other reviews said you do get sick of the motor from the neighbors refrigerator for the fish market but it didn’t change our opinion of the place.
However, the place is nice but there are quite a few things that need to be fixed. Such as the faucet handles in the both upstairs bathrooms so hard to turn our kids couldn’t turn them. The TV in the master bedroom doesn’t even have a cable box to hook up to. And the walls could use a coat of paint as there are scuffs from all the use. Don’t plan on using the laundry available as the washer had so much mold in it it was unusable. And finally I’m not saying how to run your business but there is only one garbage bag and one pod for the dishwasher. These should be things that are provided as they help keep your house clean during the stay. We haven’t stayed in a lot of places but this is the first to only provide 1 bag and 1 pod each.
Again, the house is nice but you can tell they need to take a couple of days and really give it a good cleaning and maintenance check.
In the long run we would stay here again just wanted others to be aware of what to expect.

It was great only thing is they didn’t specify you had to cross the street to get to the beach but other than that we loved it and would stay again

Great Beach weekend getaway
We rented both townhouses for our group of 9. Hosts were very easy to work with, houses were beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Being in 2 spaces was not a problem at all...we spent much of our time in the backyard and it was easy to get to each house through the garage/bonus room on ground level. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Love the location and the unit
We have stayed here six times. Love this area and it is well maintained and very clean. Kids love it. Has lots of stairs so that might be a concern with small children. We plan to stay here anytime we come to this area

Amazing Reddington Rental
This was one of the best properties that we stayed at. With 1 minor glitch of a TV in master not working, everything was perfect. Everyone in the family loved this place and it was super clean and very close to the beach. Would like to stay there again

Perfect Location and a Beautiful Condo
Perfect location just North of St. Pete Beach, feet from the bay and very short walk to the beach. Condo is large and comfortable, close to a handful of great restaurants - and two doors from a fantastic fish market. Short drive to St. Pete Beach, Indian Rocks, and Clearwater. Had a few small issues that were immediately addressed by the property managers. The furniture is older and there are only two TVs (Living Room and one Bedroom). BUT patios and outdoor space made up for the lackluster furnishings. Big garage was nice, two cars deep. Quite a few steps but not an issue with us. Appliances were fairly new - Spacious kitchen, nice bathrooms and very nice laundry facility. We would definitely stay there again.

Florida 2021
We had a great time. The location was perfect with it being on the water and a short walk the the beach. The house was beautiful. We also saw dolphins swimming while we were drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning. The only downside was being next the seafood market. They constantly have compressor/generator always running. It ruins the serenity of property. But if you can get past that, it was a great stay!
