This is a great condo but from very beginning we had trouble with management. Was promised early check in as unit had been vacant for two days before us. We arrived a few hours early with toddlers in tow and repeatedly got the old “ we will call you soon with door code” routine. Finally after my son in law got rude himself - they just gave us the code immediately. As if they had it the whole time. Upon arrival we were very impressed with condo. Very clean, nice furniture and appliances, extra bedding. All you need!! But 2 days in water started pouring through bathroom ceiling. POURING. We scrambled to remove our items and to keep condo damage to minimum. Called immediately to report. And I must say the service was unspeakable. Found out this was an overflowing TOILET. Maintenance never came. - til next day. We were left to clean and disinfect remove broken tiles - bathroom was unusable until next day. 😳 with kids this is bad. Condo people absolutely did not care and seemed upset that we asked for new towels after having to use condos to clean up water and save their unit!! So nice place to stay but just know you’re on your own if anything breaks!! Have asked for a partial refund - so we will see what they say to that. Hopefully management is not the same as the lady answering the phone.

Perfect size for the family. Place is in a great location and perfect condition for the family. It was clean and ready for us to stay when we arrived. Everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful and very polite. Would stay again. We all loved the placed.

I just got back from a weeks stay at Long Beach Resort 2-901. There were 12 of us in a 3 bedroom rental, 6 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of one another. The condo was up to date and had all of the major kitchen items. Including a blender and touch screen toaster, that took us all a minute to figure out. We have stayed at other Long Beach Resort Rentals and they have come with 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. This one did not. It wasn't a big deal because we had all brought our own, but that added convenience is nice. The other thing is this condo only comes with 2 parking passes. You will have to purchase a third for an additional charge, but just email Blue Swell and they will have it waiting on you. Overall, we had an excellent stay and the people at Blue Swell were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be booking another stay with them in this condo. Long Beach Resort's pool and convenient location to Walmart and Pineapple Willy's make this my favorite place to stay in PCB!

The home was amazing this year. Our suggestions are:Clean the track for the sliding door. All the salt and sand make the door impossible to open.Possibly replace the bed pillows. They are well worn and not comfortable.We had a great time and plan to return soon.

My son’s wedding was in Panama City Beach and was looking for a condo. I absolutely loved the condo, was just too busy with the wedding to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and city. I will definitely be returning for a vacation!!!!

My family had a wonderful vacay in this very spacious condo. We loved that all the rooms were so spacious and each had it's own bathroom. Even the living room/dining room was perfect for our family of 10. And the balcony had the best views of the sunset and sunrise! The special touches from Blue Swell upon arrival like the bundles of clean towels wrapped up in pretty blue ribbon were so cute and much appreciated! The condo was clean as well. We all loved the pools and the access to the beach!! Wish we could have stayed longer! This is a must for a large family for sure! Easy to reserve, easy to access upon arrival. Blue Swell was in constant touch via text to make sure all was good and that was a great level of customer service. We would stay here again!

However the beds were uncomfortable and the furniture needed to be updated.On the 3rd day of our stay, one of the toilets overflowed and we were unable to shut the water off behind the toilet due to the knob being hard to turn. It flooded the bathroom and bedroom, before we could get it turned off. It took over an hour for anyone to come to the condo. We used every towel in the condo to try to keep the water out of the other areas.The next day, one of the beds broke while two girls were sleeping. I have never seen a wooden bed break like this one did. The repair man did arrive within 15 minutes of the call, but was told to fix it... the bed needs to be replaced.One bathroom smelled of urine constantly, even after I cleaned it. The shower liner needed to be washed or replaced as they had water stains on them, prior to usage.They didn’t offer any of my money back nor did they try to make things right financially...I will definitely rent from Long Beach again, just not with Blue Swell!

I highly recommend this property for future guests. My family and I plan to stay here for future trips. It was plenty comfortable and spacious for our 10 guests. The pictures are beautiful but don't do it justice. The views are breathtaking and the grounds and amenities are well kept.
The only complaint that I have is that there are only 2 parking passes provided for this unit. That doesn't adequately accommodate a 12 person unit, as we had to travel in more than two vehicles. Per property management, the HOA elected to remove the option of purchasing additional parking passes, so additional vehicles are required to park off site.

Great location/ large beach area
This is the second time we stayed. This condo was in building three. The condo itself was nice but my husband did have to fix one of the beds in the mother in law suite before my son had a place to sleep.
Only one of the elevators was working while we were there and there was some red sticky sauce that had been spilled in the floor of the elevator that did not get cleaned until Monday.
But overall the vacation was refreshing and we had a wonderful time as a family. Due to the property being spread out in front of the beach our beach front was much less crowded than the surrounding properties. You didn’t have to get out there at sunrise in order to get a place on the beach. That was nice!
The property was kept up as well as it was when we stayed here a year and a half ago but we went in Oct rather than like the first time in June. Maybe that made a difference.
I would recommend this condo and I would stay here again.
