The property was very clean and exactly as it was described. It was only about 100ft from our back door to the slopes, with a very convenient path to get there. The room was spacious and the beds were soft (although we couldn't find blankets and pillows for the pull-out bed).
We did find that it was poorly stocked on toilet paper. 7 adults for 6 nights and we only had 2 rolls of the thinnest, weakest toilet paper I've ever seen.
We also had some noisy upstairs neighbors and some unsupervised little kids that kept knocking on our door and running away, but I can't hold that against Vacasa.
Overall, we were pleased. It wasn't a 5* experience, but I'd stay here again.

The only negative was they didn’t explain that the key code given was not for the door but for a box in the lobby that had our key cards. Had to call management but the way responded immediately so no big deal.

We rented the property for 5 days, 4 nights. Upon checkin, the place had not been cleaned, every bed and towel was used, garbage cans were overflowing , and the dishes were dirty and spread throughout the kitched. Fish had been left in the garbage and the heat had been left on quite warm, so the odor was aweful. After multiple calls and emails to VACASA and VRBO and the owner, no return call for 3 days. WORST EXPERIENCE!! WORST COMMUNICATION!!

Nice apartment
We saw a bad reviews regarding this property (and several regarding other Vacasa properties) so we contacted Vacasa and we have been reassured by Debra (Vacasa rep) and Andy (local property manager). Due to a weather alert we decided to travel during the night and we arrived at 11am. Since the apartment had already been cleaned, the manager (Jason) gave us the possibility to enter immediately without having to wait for the normal check in time! We really appreciated it because we were exhausted from the long trip! The apartment was in good order, the fridge was not super-clean (we are very picky guests :o) and, as we did not want to wait for the cleaning staff, we completed the cleaning ourselves, but Jason refunded us the cleaning fee to make up for the inconvenience. There wasn't a trash bin in the kitchen and the 2 hair dryers didn't work, but Jason and Andy arranged to bring us everything (and brand new) the following day including extra sanitizing wipes.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious and on the slopes.
We appreciated the assistance from the management and we will potentially go back next year.

Great stay at Smuggs
Location if this condo was great with the trail mere feet away. Condo was clean and well stocked with linens. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Only complaint was both hair dryers were not operational, but that was a minor inconvenience. Smuggs was great for our family and the condo was a perfect spot for us to crash for the week.

Poor Response to Complaints
Unfortunately I still have not gotten a response from the management at vacasa. I called twice and explained the issues we encountered at Falcons Unit 11 Smugglers Notch. I first complained to Management at Smuggs and was told I would have to handle my request for a partial refund with vacasa. I spoke with vacasa personnel on two occasions and was promised a call back both times but never heard back from them. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and very disappointed with the pool amenities and their cleanliness and safety. I have never given a poor review before but am so disappointed that I was not even given a call back. Very poor customer service!

Ski In Ski Out at Smugglers’ Notch
We spent a fun week in this Falcons condo at the end of the season. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with views of the Magic Learning Trail and the Magic Mogul Mouse lift. It is a very short walk to the slope for a true ski in ski out experience. We would love to return.
