Great place. Location is perfect for food, and being near the mountains. I felt this property was of great value given the hot tub, and most importantly the space. The rooms were large, and comfortable with and individual bathroom in the master. The living spaces were open and great for watching the games and board games. The kitchen was large and had all the necessaries for cooking large meals. The hot tube is private and great for relaxing and starting gazing. Excellent experience, would stay again.

Long family weekend getaway before school went back - nice place to relax and unwind. Kayaking up the street and centrally located to some day trips we had planned.

The house was great and jeffersonville is a little gem. Hot tub a plus!

Great location with easy access and check in. Comfy beds. Nice to have the hot tub after a busy day of biking. House was adequate to meet our needs and has clearly had lots of renters! We had gorgeous weather so didn’t spend a great deal of time hanging out at the house. Figure out what you want to do ahead of time since there is no notebook with suggestions of local activities or restaurants and be prepared to stagger showers since water pressure is low.

My husband, our 2 labradoodles and myself stayed for a weekend at this property. The owners were excellent at communicating and very responsive. The location is great as far as general stores, distance from Stowe, including the amazingly scenic and fun to drive Smuggler's Notch road, which gets you there in around 20 minutes. We attended the Stowe Farmer's Market on Sunday and enjoyed the Recreation Path that is a long the river throughout Stowe. We also went to the Alchmist brewery. The general store in
town carried excellent wines and craft beers and really great quality items such as produce, cheeses, pantry items, dairy and just about everything you may need! Great for a family with children and the fenced in yard made it pleasant with the dogs, as it is near a busy street.
The property was pretty clean, however, the kitchen had some potholders, pots and pans, and dishes that weren't very clean and needed rewashing and some scrubbing to use. The rugs are a bit worn out and ripped in some areas and the front and back doors were pretty dirty (fingerprints, dog breath and paw marks) and not the best first impression. There is a busy street that is pretty noisy and the A/C worked great, but was noisy as well. These are just my 'picky' comments.

Comfortable and homey. The home was as described, kitchen had everything we forgot. The beds smelled like laundry detergent (in a good way) and were very comfortable. Nice stay. Fenced yard was great for the dogs, they did pick up several ticks though, so be on the look out for unsuspecting dog owners. Fantastic view from the hot tub.

This property was able to give us all the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Having the hot tub and the fire pit just outside the dining room was convenient. The rooms were spacious and the location was great for day trips.

The house exceeded expectations with its spacious layout, ideal for our group of 7 friends and 3 dogs. The fenced yard was a huge plus for our pups to play freely, and the hot tub was a dreamy way to relax post-skiing.
Plus, its prime location near Smugglers’ Notch ski resort, grocery stores, and restaurants made it incredibly convenient. The kitchen was also fully stocked which is rare to find in a rental. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

This house perfectly supported our needs for a ski trip to Smuggs while staying off mountain. Bonus - Bunk bed mattresses were super comfortable even for an adult. Hot tub with fenced yard and deck was perfect for hanging with our dog on a clear starry night!

The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location for our ski trip. We were 10 mins from Smugglers Notch which was the reason for our visit and maybe 40 mins from Stowe. We also went horseback riding which was 15 mins away. We will definitely be back.

My husband and our 2 golden retrievers stayed for a long weekend as a short getaway. House was bigger than we needed but splurged on having a king size bed and hot tub available! The dogs loved having a yard to play in and we loved being able to relax in the hot tub. Great location too! We took the dogs to Mills Riverside Park and found some delicious pies on the way there from Poorhouse Pies (including GF)! Garrett was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. TV had cable which was nice to watch in the evening!

This is a great little home with plenty of room for eight people. Although VT 108 is closed between Smuggler's Notch and Stowe Mountain Resort, the drive around only takes about 45 minutes, so if you're planning on skiing there, don't discount this house! The owner was very easy to communicate with through the VRBO app. Would highly recommend this to anyone considering a ski trip to Smuggler's Notch or Stowe Ski Resort!

We family of 4 came to Vermont to play some disc at Smugglers Notch. 2 great 18 hole courses! The home was very close which was great. The home was a comfortable layout and nice hot tub for after our days. Fenced in yard for our dog was also a plus. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic for hikes with dogs and road trips to the towns around the area. Great for the dogs to have a fenced in area & for us to sit on the deck and look out at the fall scenary. The house was great with a cook's kitchen and places to have a family meal. TV's were big in living room and master bedroom. House was clean and bathrooms were all clean. Host was as attentive as you needed & responded quickly with any needed communication. Loved it for our first trip to VT.

Property was optimally located for our time spent near Smugglers Notch Resort.
House was spacious, accommodating 4 adults easily.
Hot tub was a great additional amenity we were able to use (though not as much as planned!)
Communication was excellent and clear.

Property was clean and decked out with nice amenities even down to trash bags and hand soap, which most rentals I’ve stayed at do not have.

Overall just what we needed for family ski getaway! House was as described, everything we needed to cook and plenty of space. Neighborhood is not ideal for dog walking, so the fenced yard was really appreciated.

My husband and I spent 5 nights over the holidays here with our 3 dogs, visiting our son who lives in the area. I would definitely rent here again. The house was clean, the beds comfy and the kitchen very well equipped for cooking. As a dog owner, it is amazing to find a place that allows dogs and has a fenced in yard for them so that they can come along. The hot tub was a fantastic spot to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and the location convenient. Garrett was a great communicator and replied to a few questions we had immediately. I highly recommend this rental!

The house was roomy and comfortable for all 4 adults, and our 3 small dogs. We enjoyed lounging and cooking when not hitting up vineyards close by. Easy to get to Stowe, Waterbury, and Burlington.

Great stay and close to family which made this even better! If the fenced in area was mowed it would have been a 5+ but we still used it and enjoyed ourselves! Would definitely stay again and can’t wait for the hottub! Garrett was extremely accommodating! Wonderful weekend with our family!

The check-in was easy. The house was comfortable and perfect for my family.
There were a couple of issues... We had a pet but couldn't use the fenced in area as it wasn't mowed and we were concerned with ticks. We want open the windows but the sills had many bugs as did the front porch. The master bath had hair on the floor and walls. The location was perfect for the family wedding at The Barn at Smugglers Notch.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful and so clean. There was an entire spice rack which was a plus for me since I love to cook. The bed was so comfortable and all the linens smelt amazing. The location is so great if you’re looking to be secluded in the mountains. The river gorge nearby was stunning! We also hiked up to Sterling Pond. It was a great time!

Nice Getaway
My friends and I booked this place last-minute. It was clean, there was ample room for our group, and easy parking for the few cars. Garrett was kind enough to provide some good local restaurant options.
