What a place! What friendly people!!
So, breakfast over the road was 20 seconds away, we were welcomed every morning by reception and the severs.
The location could not have been more prefect in regards to catching the bus to Lake Louise, it was 20 yards from the front of the hotel! The La Terrazzo bar was great on a night, a special thanks to Ibon who was did an amazing job serving us on NYE along with bar tenders James and Dmytro who were also brilliant. Also, thanks to Alexe for sorting a billing enquiry out for me (which was totally my fault!) To sum up, I've travelled the world and I can honestly say the hospitality at this place was the best I have ever come across. I can't wait to return! Thanks guys, and well done!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Große Zimmer, mit Platz für Koffer.
Freundliches Personal.
Ziemlich neues Hotel und trotzdem gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang - nur Dusche wäre besser und hygienischer.
Shampoo etc. in kleinen Fläschchen, leider nicht sehr umweltfreundlich.

Great location, new building, and rooms were well equipped, staff were really friendly.
There is a storage room for skis, boards and boots but no drying room or heaters in room for clothing. We only skied one day so wasn’t an issue but might be problematic if doing a longer stint on the snow. Restaurant and spa are at the sister hotel across the road so there is a walk. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming but adequate.

Nice and new. Great location.

Modern and in good condition, location is fabulous
Noisy - really noisy. next to rail track - every day we were woken at 5am by the train and then 5:30 by the rubbish and delivery trucks
the green policy - very misleading - you are asked when you check in how regularly you would like your linens changed - we said 3 every 3 days as we assumed that meant sheets (as that’s what linens are)
what it actually mean is that our room wasn’t serviced at all apart from
one day when we were provided with clean towels - no bins emptied, no toilet roll, no beds made, no fresh toiletries or glasses or coffee cups - felt like staying in a youth hostel, not like a holiday

WIFI password wasn’t provided when doing mobile check in. Toiletries wasn’t replenished after the first day.

Liked the very helpful and friendly staff. The location is great - not the busiest street, but very close to main street. The hotel is small, parking is wonderful. Easy to get around.
Nespresso machine in the room was a great bonus.
The windows and balcony door sound proofing was poor. The windows were facing the back alley. Every morning from 7 AM there was a garbage truck making tons of noise. That was disappointing.
While rooms are very expensive the y are not particularly fancy. Very simple appliances.

L’emplacement, la propreté et le confort. La gamme de l’hôtel aussi, qui est un très bel hôtel
Seul bémol sur l’hôte d’arriver qui s’est trompé dans le montant et a encaissé un montant erroné

We booked a room with “limited view” on bookings.com. In a resort town like Banff, limited view means there is a view of scenery however limited. Our room is half underground and half above ground with a window to an alley in the back of the hotel. We had to draw the blind all the time because the room is so dark we need to turn on the light. And to protect our privacy we had to close the blind. So “limited view” is a complete misdescription of the room. There is no view. Period. So no we do not like the property.
See above.

Really cool architecture, modern, comfortable building and an excellent location

Hotel é maravilhoso, um luxo, super localizado. Atendimento excelente.
Wifi oscilava bastante.

Overall, the hotel and room are clean (except one spot)
Location is great, can easily access to shops, restaurants, nice spots like Bow river.
Hotel provides parking spaces and washing machine (with complimentary detergent and dryer sheet 😊 (but if the price for parking can be lower for hotel guests and/or complimentary if stay more than x nights will be perfect)
Sofa bed is uncomfortable and underneath the sofa bed was not clean. Lots of dusts when we prepared the bed.
With the premium room price, it'd be nice if breakfast is included, in.addition to the (already have) coffee and hot chocolate at the guest lounge.

Amazing location in the heart of downtown Banff. Swanky and modern feel. Close to restaurants and shops!
Our view was of an alley.

great location, clean, friendly staff
the fridge in our room never got cold enough to store food. We had upgraded our room when booking due to food allergies so that we would have a fridge/kitchen to store the food. staff looked at it, but no resolution. had to leave due to hazardous air qualities because of fires. tried to get a refund for the missed night. would not refund.

It was a decent room with a bad view
The signage for entrance and exit only faces one way. I drove down to the parking garage before check-in because there wasn’t signage I could see that said I had to check in. The driveway is easily hidden by parked cars and shoveled snow. They made me back out of the spiral ramp which was incredibly stressful. Once you actually make it down to the parkade, there’s and incredible amount of pillars and it’s very difficult to maneuver even a small car which we had. Of all of BANFF this was the most stressful place to be. Word of advice, the gate arms should be wider and your signage should be visible from all angles.
